Kasus Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) karena efisiensi sering menimbulkan perselisihan Hubungan Industrial terutama dalam pemberian Uang Pesangon uang Tunjangan Hari Raya dan lain lain seperti yang terjadi di PT.Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk. Antara 703 pekerja dengan perusahaan. Kedua belah pihak tidak sepakat atas uang pesangon dari perusahaan yang sangat jauh dari ketentuan Perundang-Undangan. Bukan hanya masalah uang pesangon yang belum disepakati antar kedua belah pihak, Upah selama tidak dipekerjakan sesuai dengan pasal 93 ayat 2 huruf (f) Undang undang No 13 tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan yang seharusnya dibayarkan oleh pengusaha karena pekerja bersedia melakukan pekerjaan tetapi pengusaha menghalang halangi melalui security perusahaan. Prosedur dan tata cara pelaksanaan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) Diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 2 Tahun 2004 tentang penyelesaian Hubungan Industrial, Tetapi dalam permasalahan yang terjadi Di PT.Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk tersebut Banyak terjadi pelanggaran Normatif mengenai hak hak pekerja maka yang berhak menangani prmasalahan tersebut adalah Dinas sosial tenaga kerja (DINSOSNAKER) Bidang Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan. Dalam permasalahan yang terjadi antara pihak pekerja dan pengusaha tersebut pengusaha telah melanggar ketentuan pasal 93 ayat 2 huruf (f) yang dalam ketentuan pidana ada sanksi administratif telah melanggar pasal 186 ayat 1.Karena alasan perusahaan melakukan efisiensi terhadap pekerja tidak sesuai dengan pasal 164 ayat (3) terdapat kalusul yang menyatakan tutup, Namun pada prakteknya perusahaan tidak dalam kondisi tutup tetapi melakukan efisiensi, Hal inilah yang menjadikan normatersebut kabur atau tidak jelas.

This article discusses about the aspects of maslahah harm against pelegalan cannabis as a drug in the perspective of islamic law. Pernelitian using this type of library research using the techniques of analysis. By using this approach, the study of normative-juridical. As for the source of the data used, namely: primary data and secondary data. Data processing method that uses the analysis of the content, i.e. to explain and analyze the data that have been found or observed. The results of this study indicate that 1) Maslahah in accordance with the understanding that: each of the everything that is beneficial to humans. While the harm that is something that can be detrimental to self or others and should be left alone when not in a state of dharurat, 2) Which became the basis pelegalan marijuana as a drug that the presence of some consideration by the state-state related benefits of marijuana. Therefore, in the UN Convention of the recommendations of the WHO, the united nations issued a cannabis from class IV to class I, which means Narcotic type of cannabis is legalized in the purposes of treatment, 3) in Terms of the rules of Islamic Law Cannabis equated or by analogy with the wine that is haraam because the same can be intoxicating for its users, there are opinions of scholars that there are scholars who remain forbidden even though as a drug and there are also allow. Scholars who forbid marijuana as a medicine because it argues that cannabis has more loses than maslahahnya, whereas that allow because in a state of dharurat for medical purposes. From the aspect of maslahah and the harm of marijuana, cannabis have much more beneficial compared to mudhratnya, not only in terms of aspects of health but also in terms of economic aspects, construction, and others. The implications of this research are: 1) People need to know more about the maslahah and harm of various aspects in order not to be abused, especially for the youth need education about the marijuana both in terms of religion and norms there. 2) As muslims in got information should really seek out the source of the clear order not to be mistaken in the understanding of maslahah and the harm of cannabis.

This thesis discusses the Use of Menstrual Delay Pills for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims (Comparative Study Between the Views of Yusuf al-Qardawi and Ibn Utsaimin). As for the formulation of this problem, namely (1) How is it legal to consume drugs to delay menstruation for women who carry out Hajj and Umrah? (2) What are the views of Yusuf al-Qardawi and Ibn Utsaimin regarding the use of menstrual delay pills for women who perform Hajj and Umrah? (3) The type of research is library research which is known as (Library Research) because the data being researched are books, journals, manuscripts which are all from the library. The type of data used is qualitative data type, namely the type of data related to data in the form of written words, observable events and behaviors. The results of this study are how then Yusuf al-Qardawi the pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah are allowed to consume drugs to delay menstruation in carrying out the pilgrimage and Umrah with the aim of being able to do the pillars of Hajj and Umrah perfectly without any obstacles and no problems. Because basically everything is permissible, as long as there is no prohibition from the Shari'ah. Meanwhile, al-'Utsaimin was more judgmental in terms of harm, so he suggested to those who use the drug to delay menstruation, it is better not to use it than harm in the future that befalls him.

This article aims to find out the implementation of endorsement practices as a marketing strategy, and to understand the perspective of the Syafi'i school on the implementation of endorsement practices as a marketing strategy. The research method that the author does is qualitative research, namely by using library research (Library Research) while the approach used is descriptive and syar'i. Qualitative research is research that is used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or features of social influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach. the implementation of this endorsement practice is carried out by providing information on an item or product through social media carried out by a public figure. Based on the results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy through endorsement according to Imam Syafi'i can be used as long as it is in accordance with the contract in the sale and purchase and no losses are incurred. In this contemporary era, everything will switch to the world of technology or digital and all possibilities will happen, including strategies in marketing products that will follow the times and will bring creativity in trading electronically. This era has been read by Imam Shafi'i, therefore the Shafi'i school explains that as long as it does not eliminate the rights and obligations of the sale and purchase contract, it is permissible.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran peran guru dalam pembentukan karakter nasionalisme pada peserta didik melalui pembelajaran sejarah.Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peranan dan kendala guru sejarah dalam menerapkan pembelajaran sejarah yang berbasis pembentukan karakter nasionalisme di SMA Al –Khairiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran guru sejarah sebagai fasilitator dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai persatuan dan kesatuan, Guru sejarah menyampaikan nilai atau makna dari setiap materi pelajaran kepada peserta didik untuk dikaitkan dengan kehidupan saat ini serta menjadikannya sebagai pedoman atau pelakaran hidup saat ini dan masa yang akan datang.

The Indonesian government drafted a law on job creation using the omnibus law method and is effective on November 2, 2020, which aims to regulate job creation attempts that are expected to accommodate Indonesian workers in the midst of competitive competition. There is a statement that the Omnibus law was approved to allow foreign workers into Indonesia freely, which is incorrect statement. In fact, in Article 89 regarding the amendment to Article 42 Paragraph 1 of Law No. 13/2003, there are requirements for hiring foreign workers in Indonesia. The article states that every employer who employs foreign workers must have an endorsement of the plan for the use of foreign workers from the central government. Therefore, this research aims to find out the legal politics of easing the admission of foreign workers after the issuance of the Law on job creation and legal protection of Indonesian workers after the issuance of the Law. This research is descriptive normative research which used legal doctrines, legal issues and legal principles related to the research topic. There are several results from the research, such as (1) the existence of regulations that regulate the easing of foreign workers after the issuance of Law No. 11/2020 on job creation, which consists of Articles 42, 44, 46; (2) the existence of legal politics in the easing of foreign workers in Indonesia, by prioritizing the interests of companies in using foreign workers; (3) prioritizing the rights of local workers in getting jobs easily.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa sebagai calon guru sejarah tentang proses pembelajaran yang memadai , (2) memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa sejarah dalam memanfaatkan pemanfaatan aplikasi Plotagon dalam storytelling dalam proses pembelajaran. Manfaat yang diharapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa sejarah dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran khususnya storytelling yang efektif dan berkualitas dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan.Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pembelajar terutama dalam storytelling dapat dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan layanan aplikasi yang lebih memadai, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Adapun perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran storytelling terkini adalah plotagon.

This research is to: 1) determine the control the procedures for handling legal protection for teachers in Makassar City; 2) understand teacher protection from the perspective of siyasah syar'iyya. In an effort to answer this problem, we use descriptive qualitative research with several approaches, namely an empirical juridical approach and a Sharia normative approach. The data sources used in this research were primary data sources from interviews with the Head of Legal Division at the Regional Secretariat of Makassar City, GTK Staff (Certification Process Administrators) at the Education Service, PGRI Foundation Management, and Chair of the Indonesian Ulema Council of Makassar City. Secondary data sources are books, journals and previous research results. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The following research results were obtained: 1) Procedures for handling legal protection for teachers through mediation efforts if there is no criminal act, if a criminal act occurs then the resolution is carried out by law enforcement officials; 2) The siyasah syar'iyyah perspective views that Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2022 is in accordance with the concept that regulations must be made for the interests and benefit of the people. In Islam, teachers are defined as a very noble profession because they provide knowledge about Islam and also teach a person's morals according to the teachings of the prophets, so they must be given protection from the government.

The lack of direct involvement of students in learning activities, plus the use of conventional teaching methods by teachers to date, causes limitations on students’ critical thinking. This research is intended to explore the effectiveness of the application of the Think Pair Share model assisted by situation cards in improving the critical thinking skill of grade VIII junior high school student related to the material “National Cultural Challenges in the Era of Globalization”. This study applies a pre-experimental type of One Group Pretest-Posttest, with a sample of 34 students in class VIII-11 of SMP Negeri 4 Samarinda who were freely selected. The instruments utilized were pre-test and post-test essay tests and student involvement observation instruments. The findings in this study were analyzes statistically through a descriptive analysis approach and the Paired Sample t-Test. The findings indicated that there was a significant difference between the pre-test mean score of 48.32, increasing to 83.21 after the implementation of the post-test. The normality test of the data was identified as normally distributed, and the t-test showed a significance of 0.001 <0.05, indicating a significant difference between before treatment and after treatment. Based on this research, it is proven that the application of the Think Pair Share model assisted by situation has an impact on improving student’s critical thinking skills.
