Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan keandalan utilitas, analisis kegagalan dan tingkat, asal kegagalan dan penyebab kerusakan fisik harus dipelajari. Metode yang digunakan adalah distribusi weibull. Statistik Weibull telah banyak digunakan sebagai metode matematika untuk menghitung laju kegagalan, keandalan, dan memprediksi waktu sisa umur peralatan apapun. Tugas Akhir ini membahas analisis keandalan transformator daya (150/20 kV) yang dipasang di Gardu Induk Kendari New. Penyebab PMT 150/20 kV transformator daya 60 MVA trip/lepas yang disebabkan dari gangguan eksternal terjadi 12 kali trip/lepas selama 486 menit, gangguan internal terjadi 7 kali trip/lepas selama 3212 menit dan gangguan yang tidak diketahui penyebabnya terjadi 1 kali trip/lepas selama 83 menit, total gangguan yang terjadi sebanyak 20 kali trip/lepas selama 3781 menit. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan nilai MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) adalah 0,8076%/tahun dan nilai dari fungsi laju kegagalan atau % fungsi hazardous didapatkan nilai laju rata-rata kegagalan yaitu 1,2382%/tahun.

Abstract

Indonesia as the 16th largest economy in the world, the 4th in Asia-after China, Japan and India as well as Southeast Asia’s largest-has the potential to be the seventh biggest by 2030, due to the increasing economic. Indonesia also has many potential natural resources that can be utilized to support development in order to increase the nation welfare. However, the number of poor people still has not been significantly reduced, reaching 28.07 million or 11.37% of the total population in 2013. The Government has tried to reduce poverty with some programs such as BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai/Direct Cash Assistance) and Jamkesmas (Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat/ Community Health Protection Scheme). However, the programs are considered not effective and do not make poor people become financially independent. Ironically, in inadequate evaluation, the Government continues to runs the programs. By using a qualitative approach, researchers will provide policy alternatives that can be implemented by Government.

Abstract

The Jakarta Provincial Government faces significant challenges in managing urban transportation amidst the rapid growth of the city. Traffic congestion, air pollution, and the increasing volume of vehicles pose major issues. In addressing these challenges, the Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented various strategic policies. The development of public transportation, restrictions on private vehicles, and the empowerment of buffer zones are the primary focuses. This research aims to determine the Policy Strategies of the Jakarta Provincial Government in addressing urban transportation challenges. The study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review as its data collection technique. The results indicate that the Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented a comprehensive policy strategy to tackle urban transportation challenges. This includes the development of public transportation, restrictions on private vehicles, infrastructure investment, technology utilization, and the empowerment of buffer zones. The government has also demonstrated a commitment to creating an efficient, sustainable, and responsive transportation system. Abstract

The East Kalimantan Provincial Parliament Building Complex was established 35 years ago. Building D of the East Kalimantan Provincial Parliament was inaugurated by the Governor of East Kalimantan H. Suwarna on January 11, 2004. Building D is more than 21 years old and needs to be re-examined The level of building reliability refers to Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021 which is a derivative regulation of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings stating that buildings must be managed administratively and also technically, periodic inspections of the reliability of all or part of the building, components, building materials, and/or infrastructure and facilities within a certain period of time to declare the feasibility of function buildings. This study is to determine the level of building reliability from the aspects of architects, structures, utilities, and fire protection, accessibility, and also building layout and environment in the DPRD Building Complex Area, especially Building D of East Kalimantan Province. Qualitative and Quantitative Methods by conducting visual observations, surveys (measuring, taking samples by means of Non-Destructive Test), Counting, Interviews and Questionnaires as well as Project Documents (As Build Drawing), etc. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, laws and regulations and the assessment of reliability score values referring to the Journal of Building Reliability of the Mandiyo Priyo Building, Ibnu Herlambang Wijadmiko 2011. The criteria used to determine the reliability of the building are reliable for a score of 95-100, Less Reliable for a score of 75-<95, Unreliable for a score of <75. The research results in the reliability of Architects of 80% (less reliable), reliability of Structures of 96% (reliable), reliability of Utilities & Fire Protection of 83% (unreliable), reliability of accessibility of 84% (less reliable), reliability of Building and Environment of 100% (reliable). Therefore, from the recapitulation of the reliability assessment of the building D of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD, a reliability value of 88% (less reliable).

Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mempertahankan bisnisnya tak lepas dari peran karyawan. Karyawan yang berkualitas dapat dilihat melalui hasil kinerjanya. Investigasi ini dilaksanakan guna untuk memberi informasi dari dampak yang diberikan oleh variabel kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat dua jenis variabel yang digunakan dalam investigasi meliputi variabel independen yang terdiri dai kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja, sementara kinerja berperan sebagai variabel independen. Objek penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan produksi PT. Bintang Karya Laut Rembang dengan total karyawan 114 orang. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Data bersumber dari data langsung dari responden dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dngan melibatkan uji instrumen dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil penolahan ditemukan hasil dimana variabel kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial memberi dampak pada kinerja karyawan. Nilai adjusted R square memberi nilai 72% inteprestasi dari variable independen dalam menerangkan variabel dependen. Investigasi ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan bagi pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan terkait kemampuan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Pemerintah terus mendorong partisipasi publik dalam aplikasi e-government-nya, tidak terkecuali dalam aplikasi JAKI dengan fitur JakLapornya. Sejumlah literatur menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan intensi publik untuk berpartisipasi dalam layanan e-government antargender dan antargenerasi. Menilik kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan intensitas keterlibatan publik antargender dan antargenerasi muda dalam menggunakan fitur JakLapor dari aplikasi JAKI di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan terhadap 353 responden dari Jakarta berusia 15—42 tahun. Data mengenai niat keterlibatan publik (PEI) dan dimensinya, yaitu penerimaan teknologi (TA), kepercayaan publik (PT), dan motivasi partisipasi (PM) dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat PEI yang rata-rata tinggi di antara responden. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam PEI dan dimensinya antara responden laki-laki dan perempuan. Namun, perbedaan signifikan ditemukan dalam dimensi PT antara Generasi Z dan Generasi Milenial, dengan Generasi Milenial menunjukkan tingkat kepercayaan publik yang lebih tinggi. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan lain yang diidentifikasi antara kedua generasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gender tidak memengaruhi partisipasi publik dalam JakLapor. Sementara generasi menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan yang serupa secara keseluruhan, membangun kepercayaan publik seharusnya lebih diutamakan untuk Generasi Z. Penelitian ini memeberikan kontribusi wawasan kepada otoritas terkait untuk secara sama-sama melibatkan kedua jenis kelamin dan menyesuaikan strategi membangun kepercayaan berdasarkan karakteristik generasi saat memanfaatkan platform digital partisipatif seperti JakLapor.

Abstract

Supervision is an aspect that must be strengthened to maintain the meritocracy system in carrying out bureaucratic reform in government in Indonesia. One form of supervision within the scope of public institutions is the establishment of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) which is tasked with supervising the performance and integrity of ASN in carrying out their duties. However, the revision of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus has consequences for lax supervision of ASN. It is feared that ASN's neutrality will become a big issue in the 2024 political year. For this reason, this research discusses the possible impacts on ASN's neutrality in the 2024 elections if KASN is officially disbanded. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the possible impact was a decline in the quality of public services due to ASN's alignment with certain political interests, recruitment and position mapping in government institutions were influenced by corruption, collusion and nepotism. Then, there will be potential for commercialization of positions by ASN.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using two types of coarse aggregates, Senoni and Palu, combined with silica sand as a fine aggregate replacement, on the compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete. Tests were conducted at concrete ages of 7, 14, 21, and 28 days to observe the development of concrete strength over time. A total of 80 cylindrical specimens were prepared, consisting of 40 specimens using Senoni aggregate and 40 specimens using Palu aggregate, each tested for both compressive and split tensile strength.Statistical analysis using the independent sample T-test was applied to determine the differences in strength between the two types of aggregates. The results showed that there were significant differences in compressive strength at all testing ages, indicated by significance values (Sig.) 0.05 and t-calculated values greater than t-table, leading to the rejection of H₀ and the acceptance of H₁. This confirms that the physical characteristics of the aggregates have a significant effect on the compressive strength of concrete. In contrast, for split tensile strength, not all ages showed significant differences. Some ages produced Sig. values 0.05, indicating no statistically significant differences between the two aggregates under those conditions.Furthermore, a statistical correlation analysis between compressive strength and split tensile strength was conducted. The results indicated a moderately strong and positive relationship between these two parameters, although the strength of the correlation varied depending on the concrete age. Overall, this study confirms that the selection of coarse aggregate types plays an important role in concrete performance, both in resisting compressive loads and indirect tensile forces.

Abstract

Concrete is a primary material in construction, directly influencing structural strength and stability. Therefore, quality control, particularly of compressive strength, is essential. This study evaluates the planned concrete strength of f’c 30 MPa used in the Presidential Parking Building Project at Indonesia’s new capital, employing a Statistical Quality Control (SQC) approach. The main objective is to assess the stability of concrete quality and the effectiveness of various control chart methods in statistically monitoring the production process. A total of 32 compressive strength tests were conducted at 7 and 28 days, each involving three specimens. Five control chart methods were applied: X̄, R̄, S̄, Moving Range (MR), and Moving Average (MA), based on SNI 1974:2011 standards. Results show that the X̄ chart indicates the average compressive strength remains within control limits, suggesting process stability. R̄ and S̄ charts confirm controlled variation among samples, while MR charts reveal minor short-term fluctuations. MA charts successfully capture subtle trends without indicating significant process shifts. Overall, the concrete production process is statistically in-control. The combined use of these five control charts provides a comprehensive view of concrete quality; covering average, variation, and trend, and serves as a foundation for continuous quality improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality and statistical control of 30 MPa concrete used in the construction of the Main Genset Building at Nusantara Capital City (IKN). The primary objective is to determine whether the concrete meets the design specifications and assess the statistical capability of its production process. A total of 69 concrete cylinder samples tested at 28 days were analyzed using two quantitative approaches: inferential statistics (normality test and one-sample t-test) and statistical quality control tools (control charts and process capability analysis).Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that the average compressive strength at 28 days reached 33.464 MPa, exceeding the target value of 30 MPa. The normality test confirmed a normal distribution, validating the use of the T-test, which showed a statistically significant and positive deviation from the design strength. Control chart analysis indicated that the production process was stable and statistically controlled, fulfilling the prerequisites for process capability evaluation.The process capability index (Cpk) was calculated at 1.101, suggesting that the production process is capable of meeting specification limits. However, the slightly lower Cpk compared to Cp (1.193) indicates a shift in the mean compressive strength toward the upper specification limit. The study concludes that the concrete quality meets design requirements with satisfactory process control, but recommends tighter control of material variability and adjustment of production settings to center the strength distribution, enhancing efficiency and reducing future quality risks.
