<![CDATA[Permintaan produk tahu terus meningkat sehingga perusahaan tahu dituntut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah tidak tercapainya target produksi yang disebabkan oleh produktivitas menurun dan meningkatnya kelelahan kerja pada karyawan di perusahaan Tahu. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh sistem kerja yang belum optimal dikarenakan rancangan peralatan yang kurang ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat bantu pres tahu. Perancangan alat bantu pres tahu menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Teorija Rezhenija Izobretatelskih Zadach (TRIZ). Hasil penelitian menggunakan QFD dan TRIZ didapat rancangan alat bantu pres tahu dengan tinggi meja pres tahu 886 cm, panjang alat pres tahu 650 mm, lebar alat pres tahu 785 mm. A problem that frequently occurs is the production is not achieve the target which caused by the decreasing of productivity and the increasing of work fatigue on workers the company of tofu (soybeans).
