Abstract

In accordance with the theme of the 77th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia "Recover Faster and Rise More Strong", it is necessary to revive the community's economy. Organization KNPI (Indonesian National Youth Committee) with youth organizations others in the Cisauk sub-district are trying to encourage the revival of the economy society, especially MSMEs driven by organizations youth or by citizen units. The activity held is a bazaar which is entitled “Cisauk Youth Fest”. For the implementation of this activity the Faculty Atma Jaya Unika Engineering partners with BUMDES to provide assistance in preparation for BUMDES participation in the "Cisauk Youth Fest" bazaar, which was carried out at Gate 3 of the BSD Intermodal Modern Market. This activity is in collaboration with the the manager of the BSD Cisauk Intermodal Modern Market for the provision of a place.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, PLN adalah penyedia utama listrik rumah tangga, individu, dan industri. Namun, karena pasokan listrik PLN tidak selalu stabil, pembangkit cadangan diperlukan. Karena mereka adalah sumber energi terbarukan dan ramah lingkungan, pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) menggunakan energi matahari sebagai sumbernya. Namun, pasokan PLTS tergantung pada cuaca. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, PLTS dapat dirancang sebagai Pembangkit Listrik Hibrid (PLTH), yang menggabungkan sumber PLN dan pengaturan beban. Studi ini mengembangkan sistem kontrol pintar otomatis dan manual yang menggunakan Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). Sistem ini menggunakan ESP 32 dan memiliki mikroprosessor dengan modul WiFi 802.11b/g/n ESP 32 di Rentang Frekuensi 2.4 GHz. Studi rumah tangga menunjukkan bahwa kontrol pintar berfungsi dengan baik dalam simulasi dan pengujian. Meskipun ada waktu start-up inverter, delay rata-rata PLN-SHS adalah 1835 ms dan SHS-PLN adalah 2695 ms dalam mode otomatis dan 937,5 ms dalam mode manual dengan kontrol Thinger io. Dalam 12 pengujian, delay rata-rata kurang dari 2 s. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jarak tidak memengaruhi delay, namun, kecepatan internet ESP 32 dan pengguna memengaruhi delay.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of the number of nodes on the performance of data communication in Nomad clusters using the gossip protocol. Through a series of tests, it can be concluded that data communication performance is greatly affected by the number of nodes in the cluster. Tests were conducted using two clusters, where one cluster consists of three nodes. The results show that when using a cluster with three nodes, no packet loss occurs in all data transmissions performed, indicating a reliable communication system. The average latency in one data communication cycle varied in each test, but generally remained within the acceptable range of below 100ms based on data communication quality of service parameters. CPU and disc usage remained relatively stable throughout the experiment. Although there were slight differences in throughput between clusters, the throughput generally remained above 100 Mbps, which is still in the good category according to the research parameters. These results show the importance of taking into account the number of nodes in the cluster in designing and managing data communication systems in a Nomad cluster environment with the gossip protocol.

Abstract

Prediction of the stock market is highly needed to assist traders in making decisions. Many methods are used by traders to predict this such as technical analysis and moving averages. Moving averages predict stock trends based on the past data of the stock. The disadvantage of using a moving average analysis is the delay in crossover signals. As a solution, a deep learning technique known as LSTM is applied to the moving average strategy in this paper. In this research, the BBCA stock dataset spanning from 2010 to 2018 was utilized. The data was segmented into two parts: 2010-2017 for training data and 2018 for testing data. The training process employed Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, with the subsequent results being combined with moving average crossover techniques. Validation results indicate that BBCA shows a relatively minimal error. BBCA's average MAPE is 1.1%, and its RMSE is 65.402, classifying it within the "Highly Accurate Forecasting" category. Various combinations of moving average crossovers were tested during model training, with the combination of SMA05 and SMA50 for BBCA yielding the highest profit potential. Stocks that exhibit a downward trend are more likely to incur substantial losses. The model can predict the reversal of trends by predicting the trading signal given by the moving averages.

Abstract

In the industrial environment, automation technology is becoming increasingly vital for boosting process efficiency and dependability. Water filtration is one of the most essential industrial uses. This study aims to evaluate the performance of PLC virtual control systems in regulating and managing water filtration processes, and HMI provides an intuitive graphical interface for operators to monitor and control processes. The simulation in this study employs the integrated Virtual PLC Codesys Virtual Win V3 and HMI Aveva Intouch software. Turbidity sensors are used to confirm the clarity of water after it has been filtered. The results of this study demonstrate that using the virtual control system, PLC and HMI, can facilitate the operation and monitoring of water filtration.
