Abstract

Land is a place for people to exercise their nature as personal and social. Land ownership must be clearly evidenced by a legally registered land title certificate called a land certificate. Certificate of land is very necessary in the order of land administration. To improve the service to the public in the certification of land and in order to bring about the implementation of duties and functions, BPN Kabupaten Kampar carried out the mandate of BPN RI based on the regulation of Head of BPN number 18 Year 2009 to society developed land services called Larasita (People's Service for Land Certification). Still less people in the management of certificates through Larasita and the lack of services received in various regions attracted writers to conduct research titled Evaluation of People Services Program for Land Certification (LARASITA) in Kampar District. In Dunn's theory, there are 6 (six) evaluation indicators, namely: e.factivity, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and policy accuracy. Research method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were Head of Controlling Section and Empowerment of BPN Kabupaten Kampar, Chief of Larasita, Larasita Secretary, Larasita Member, District Siak Subdistrict Siak Hulu District, Kampar Left and Bankinang Subdistrict, Kades Tanah Merah, Subdistrict River Hope, District Governance Sand Sialang Subdistrict From the results of qualitative descriptive data analysis from the side of the evaluation, the Service Program for Land Certification (Larasita) in the district of Kampar is categorized as yet to be successful. This is evident from the unreachable goals and objectives of the Program. In addition, there are also factors that influence policy evaluation, namely: Lack of Socialization, Lack of Human Resources and Operational Budget, lack of mobilizing vehicles and frequent interruption of communication devices and presuption Community about this program.Keywords: Evaluation, Land, Service, Larasita

Abstract

The research was to evaluate the effect of boiling with different water volume fish ratio on salt contention and proximate composition of salted trash fish. Salted trash fish obtained from salted fish collectors were grouped into different species of fish.The trash fish was boiled for 15 minutes with ratio of water volume to fish ratio of 3: 1, 4: 1, 5: 1, and 6: 1. Fish then was made for fish meal and the trash fish was analyzed for salt, protein, fat, and NPN . The results showed the salt content of fish meal decreased with the greater volume of boiling water. Salt consentrat of fishmeal processed by boiling in the water and fish 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, and 6:1 reduced from 13,62% to 2,61%, 2,40%, 2,22%, 1,70% respectively. Protein,fat, NPN also decreased from 29,96%, 3,97%, 1,69% respectively before boiling to 19,81%, 2,20%, 0,53% respectively after boiling.Keywords: trash fish salted, boiled

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of kultum (Seven Minute Lecture) as a means of developing public speaking skills as well as English and Arabic foreign language skills for students at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kultum not only serves as a medium for delivering religious messages, but also as a platform to train studentsin expressing their opinions and ideas in front of an audience. Through this activity, students are expected to increase self-confidence, mastery of material, and communication skills that are essential in social interaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and documentation methods to collect data from students who have implemented the cultum. The results showed that the kultum contributed significantly to reducing nervousness and improving public speaking ability, which are important skills in daily life and career development. Thus, cultum becomes an effective tool in building students' soft skills, supporting individual successin interacting with society. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar mandiri siswa. Kurangnya minat, dorongan, dan kemandirian siswa dalam belajar merupakan faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap permasalahan penelitian ini, terutama pada aspek "inisiatif dan kreativitas" yang proporsinya paling rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol yang hanya berpartisipasi dalam post-test. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan basic random sampling, satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kemandirian belajar dengan 15 pertanyaan valid dan koefisien reliabilitas yang kuat (α = 0,785). Dibuktikan dengan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kedua kelompok, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Inisiatif, tanggung jawab, dan keberanian siswa dalam mencoba hal-hal baru kelemahan yang terbukti dapat diperbaiki oleh PjBL telah diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pembelajaran berbasis proyek mendorong sikap yang fleksibel, kolaboratif, dan kreatif, yang penting bagi kemampuan abad ke-21, selain meningkatkan kualitas kognitif
