Abstract

This research aims to determine customer satisfaction at hotel Grand Central Pekanbaru to the service quality which consists of five dimensions which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.This study uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) or level of interest analysis and performance or customer satisfaction. The population of this study are all customers who have ever come or have used services at the Grand Hotel Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 100 respondents from hotel guest by the accidental sampling method. Based on the research that has been done, the data processing indicates that respondents to the Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru obtain excellent results. Where all the average values indicate the level of conformity the reality and expectations of respondents exceeded from 1 or greater than 100%, which is stated with great satisfaction.Keyword: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy

Abstract

Technological advancements drive innovation in the management of learning evaluation, including in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). One viable approach is the implementation of digital application-based evaluation, exemplified by the use of Liveworksheet, which supports both the efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation process. This study aims to describe the management of PAI evaluation based on Liveworksheet in an effort to foster a paperless culture at SMP Negeri 3 Lembang. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive data. The findings indicate that evaluation management is conducted through meticulous planning, implementation that is integrated with the learning process, and the use of efficient, environmentally friendly digital evaluation methods. Moreover, the Liveworksheet application not only facilitates teachers in conducting evaluations but also encourages students to become more disciplined, responsible, and environmentally conscious, in alignment with Islamic values.
