Abstract

BSTRACTIssues that are examined in this study is whether there is any effect of working capital loans,  investment loans and consumer loans to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar branch . This study aims to determine : 1) the effect of working capital loans to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar Branch, 2) the effect of investment lending to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar Branch, 3) the influence of consumer lending to operating income of Bank Nagari branch Pasar Raya Padang. This type of research is a quantitative study with the location in the Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar and the methodology used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that : First: Working Capital Lending significantly and negatively related to Operating Income Branch of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a regression coefficient of -1.085 , meaning that if the working capital loans increased 1 billion then the regression coefficient decreased by U.S. $ -1.085 billion with Sig 0.023 < 0.05 . Second: Investment Lending positive and significant impact on Operating Income Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a coefficient of 13.775 , meaning that if lending increased by 1 billion investment the regression coefficient increased by Rp 13.775 billion with 0,000 Sig < 0.05. Third: Consumer Lending positive and significant impact on Operating Income Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a coefficient of 0183 , meaning that if lending increased by 1 billion investment the regression coefficient increased by USD 0.183 billion to 0.000 Sig < 0.05 .

Abstract

 ABSTRACT The purpose of this research  to analysis influence of workwomen income of infolmal trade toward family income (study cases of the retail trade in Inpres Air Haji Market, sub-district Linggo Sari Baganti).The type of this research is descriptive quantitative that used primer data. This research had done in Inpres Air Haji market, sub-district Linggo Sari Baganti on January 2014. The population in this research was retailer women with amount the sample 105 peoples where the technique of collecting the sample was. Simple random sampling.The tool to analysis the data in this research used econometric approach with multiple regression equation. The result of study showed that the variable length of education (X1), the of hours work of repiler women (X3) and the namber of family dependents (X4), in partial have positive influence and significance toward woman’s retailer income in Inpres Air Haji market, Sub-district of Linggo Sari Baganti, where as variable of age (X2) in partial haven’t significance influence toward woman’s retailer income Inpres air Haji market, Sub-district Linggo Sari Baganti. In general, all variables were researched have significance influence toward woman retailer in Inpres Air Haji market, Linggo Sari Baganti. This, the income of repiler income have positive red significance offocr on family income in  Inpres Air Haji market, Linggo Sari Baganti.Keywords: workwomen income, length education, age, hours worked, namber family.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study are the factors that affect the property tax receipts in West Pasaman period of 2001 to 2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the property tax receipts in Pasaman West. The methodology used in this study is the method of OLS ( Ordinary Least Square). The data used are time series data such as GDP per capita annual data. the number of mandatory property tax, and investment in West Pasaman , collected through documentation related to service agencies.First results showed that :The factors that influence the acceptance of property tax in West Pasaman : 1 ) GDP per capita has a positive effect with a coefficient value of 0.021 . 2 ) The number of taxpayers earth and building a positive effect with coefficient value of 16 389 . 3 ) Investment positive effect with coefficient of 0.004 . Second : GDP per capita is not significant to the property tax receipts in West Pasaman where tcount < table = 1.8375 < 2.365 . GDP per capita is not significant because the value of GDP received by the public does not increase the asset population in West Pasaman and ownership of GDP is only consumed by the public . Third : The number of mandatory property tax has a significant effect on property tax receipts where t count > t table = 2.4753 > 2.365 . Changes in the amount of property tax shall contribute significantly to the property tax receipts are required to increase or decrease the amount of property tax will have an impact on the increase or decrease in property tax receipts Pasaman West . Fourth : Investing is not significant to the property tax receipts in West Pasaman tcount < table = 0.0966 < 2.365 . Investing is not significant because the data collected did not succeed in proving the link between investment and the acceptance of the UN . Because of all this investment is also used to build schools and education are to pay scholarships . So investment is not directly related to property tax receipts . Fifth : GDP per capita , the number of mandatory property tax and investment jointly affect the acceptance of the United Nations indicated by the F - statistic of 12.191 , while the F - table at level α = 5 % error obtained R2 values of 4.459 to 0.8393 amounted to 83.93 % , which means the UN acceptance is influenced by variables GDP per capita , the number of mandatory property tax and investment while the rest is explained by other variables .

Abstract

                                                                     ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the distribution of household income Kenagarian rubber farmers in the River District of Tiumang Langkok Dharmasraya . The method used in this research is descriptive method . The study population was all farm households in the river kenegarian langkok tiumang Dharmasraya districts totaling 548 households. The sampling technique mengguanakan purposive sampling technique . Data were collected through a questionnaire which has been valid and reliable test . The analysis technique used is deskriktif , Correlation Coefficient , and the Gini ratio . Correlation coefficient to see there is a relationship between the land revenue , with revenue production , pengethuan with income , and capital with the relationship . Testing done with SPSS version 16.0 . Gini ratio to look high and low income individuals and functional disrtibusi in villages Langkok River districts Tiumang Dharmasraya district .The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Existence of a weak relationship between the area of Land with income . 2 . Existence of a strong relationship between the production of income . 3 . Meanwhile, knowledge and capital to have only a very weak relationship to income . 4 . Results of this study show the condition of the household income distribution of rubber farmers with the results of Gini ratio of 0.3902 or 0.39 , which means the distribution of personal income in the category of rubber farmers inequality being . The author suggested to the national and local governments are expected to organize well in providing credit counseling and assistance in the maintenance and purchase of seeds and tools that can help increase the production of rubber so that the right target and to the people who really need .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the effect of agricultural extension materials on human resource farmers in Nagari pakan rabaa tengah Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Subdeshelf Solok Selatan Distict. The Research used in this study is a case study. The population is all the groups farmer in many population 1.241 in Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah. Sampling was conducted with a sample of study respondents with a sample of 104 people consisting of four farmer groups. An analysis in this study is a 1. Descriptive analysis 2. Multiple linear regression f-test. The results of this study that : 1. Agricultural Materials significant and positive impact to improving the quality of human resources of technic farmers in Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah 2. The agricultural economics Materials significant and positive impact to improving the quality of human resource farmers in Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah 3. The management of farm households science significant and positive impact to improve the quality of human resources of farmers in Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah 4. Abstract

Etnomatematika adalah penghubung dunia matematika dan budaya lokal. Pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika ini sangat  penting  untuk  menanamkan  nilai-nilai karakter  sekaligus  memupuk  rasa  cinta  anak  terhadap  budaya  lokal  yang  selama  ini  sudah  mulai ditinggalkan  karena  kemajuan  teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur matematika yang terkandung di dalam motif busana ninik mamak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data triangulasi yang  terdiri  dari  reduksi  data,  penyajian  dan  penarikan  kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya unsur-unsur matematika pada busana ninik mamak berupa konsep geometri dan transformasi geometri.
