Abstract

This research was conducted at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to analyze the behavior of motorbike rider at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The main focus in this study is the behavior of motorcycle traffic at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 5 people. The author uses descriptive and qualitative methods of data are analyzed qualitatively and using purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the behavior of motorbike riders in traffic and serve the passengers are as follows :1. Precautions, In observing alertness, research subjects always pay attention to personal health and self condition so as not to bring bad impact for passengers. 2. Awareness, to pay attention to consciousness, passengers with the usual remember the nature of his work not only about the fulfillment of economic needs itself. 3. Anticipate, in increasing the quantity of work, motorbike rider need to pay attention to the condition of the body which must always be healthy and fit. Factors that influence motorbike rider behavior in traffic and serving passengers are as follows : Internal factors (Motivation, knowledge, skill, age and economy) and External factors (vehicle condition and environmental conditions).Keywords: Behavior, Behavior Factor, Motorbike Rider

Abstract

Introduction Shopping online carries risks, one of which is fraud. Fraud is caused by consumers lacking knowledge of the characteristics of fraud, low emotional control, such as being easily tempted by cheap prices and only interested in displaying images. Students who are in their late teens are vulnerable to becoming victims of online shopping scams. So a program is needed to improve student purchasing decision-making skills to prevent online shopping fraud. Method This research uses a descriptive study with a 3D model (define, design, develop). The research data were obtained from three stages, namely the first stage is a needs analysis. The second stage is designing a frame of reference for the implementation of the program smart buying. The third stage is validating with the validator. Results This study shows the results of the validation of the module content assessed by the validator, which have a score in the range of 0.58-0.83. The results of the validation of measuring instruments that were assessed by the validator had a range of numbers from 0.25 to 0.83. Conclusion and Recommendation Based on the results of the validity test of the module content of the program smart buying . is at a good level of content validity, meaning that there is a conformity of the content or material in each session of the program module smart buying with the objectives to be achieved. Keywords: Module validity, Decision making skills, Program smart buying , Online shopping ABSTRAKPendahuluan Belanja daring memiliki resiko salah satunya penipuan. Penipuan disebabkan konsumen kurang memiliki pengetahuan terhadap karakteristik penipuan, rendahya kontrol emosional seperti sangat mudah tergiur harga yang murah dan hanya tertarik dengan tampilan gambar. Mahasiswa yang berada pada usia remaja akhir rentan menjadi korban penipuan belanja daring. Sehingga diperlukan program guna meningkatkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan pembelian mahasiswa untuk mencegah terjadiya penipuan belanja daring. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan model 3D (define, design, develop). Data penelitian diperoleh dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan pertama merupakan analisa kebutuhan. Tahapan kedua merancang kerangka acuan kegiatan pelaksanaan program smart buying. Tahapan ketiga melakukan validasi bersama validator. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validasi isi modul yang dinilai oleh validator yaitu memiliki angka skor dengan rentang 0,58-0,83. Hasil validasi alat ukur yang dinilai oleh validator memiliki rentang angka dari 0,25-0,83. Kesimpulan dan Saran Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas isi modul program smart buying berada pada tingkat validitas isi yang baik, artinya terdapat kesesuaian isi atau materi dalam tiap sesi modul program smart buying dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Kata Kunci: Validitas modul, keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, program smart buying,belanja daring.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine The Effect of Attitude and Dicipline toward Employees’ Achievement of PT. Prioritas of Bengkulu City. The number of samples were used as many as 90 Respondents by using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t Test), Simultaneous Test (Test f).The results of this study indicate that partially significant attitudes influence work performance with a value of α = 0.00 and work discipline significantly influence work performance with a value of α = 0.11. While f Attitude Test (X1) and Discipline (X2) have a significant influence toward employees’ performance (Y) at PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City overall significant level of α = 0.000. It has a regression equation Y = 5.380 0.490 (X1) 0.317 (X2),with the coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R Square value is 0.423. The coefficient of determination has the meaning that together attitudes and discipline contribute in influencing work performance of employees of PT. Prioritas Bengkulu City. While the most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is a variable with a value = 0.490. Keywords: Attitude, Discipline and Work Performance of Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of e-modules that can be used by students in learning. Research and development of economic lesson modules with cooperative materials use the Research and Development (R&D) which include: 1) Potential and problems. 2) Gathering information. 3) Product design. 4) Design validation. 5) Design improvements. 6) Product trial. 7) Product revision. 8) Usage trial. 9) Product revision. 10) Mass production. The research subjects (Economics Educator at SMAN 1 Cerenti), media experts (Lecturer of Accounting Education at Islamic University of Riau), learning practitioners (Economics Educator at SMAN 1 Cerenti), and students in Class X IPS 3 SMAN 1 Cerenti. The results of this study are the availability of teaching materials in the form of electronic modules that have been valid and have also gone through trials from the validation and feasibility tests. Based on the results of validation by material experts the results were 92.7% in the very appropriate category, validation by the first media experts the results were 92.5% in the very feasible category, validation by the second media experts received 93.6% results in the very feasible category, and the validation of the students got the results of 97.4% with very interesting category. From these results, it can be concluded that the e-module product for economic lessons on cooperative materials is feasible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a tool for detecting and repelling pests on kale plants using Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) based pesticide liquid which can be controlled via the Telegram application. This system works by detecting the movement of pests using a PIR sensor, which then activates the mechanism for automatically spraying pesticide liquid to repel pests. Users can monitor and control this tool in real-time via Telegram, providing flexibility in plant monitoring. Data from sensors is sent to the IoT platform and integrated with Telegram to provide remote notifications and control. Test results show that this tool can detect the presence of pests with high accuracy and is effective in repelling pests from the kale plant area. It is hoped that the implementation of this tool can help farmers maintain the quality and quantity of their kale harvest in a more efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Abstract

Ada beberapa jenis PLC yang digunakan oleh PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. dalam mengontrol conveyor contohnya adalah PLC LOGO! Siemens dan PLC Siemens S7-300. Sistem Integrasi PLC pada project elevasi 35 ini terdiri dari PLC Siemens S7-300 yang merupakan server untuk membawahi 2 client yaitu PLC LOGO! di CE 34 dan PLC LOGO! di CE 35, PLC Siemens S7-300 memberikan perintah program kepada CE 34 dan CE 35, CE 34 dan CE 35 menerima program tersebut dan menjalankannya. Selain menerima perintah program, PLC LOGO! Siemens yang ada di lapangan mengirimkan data berupa safety device dan signal running motor conveyor ke PLC Siemens S7-300. Program yang ada pada Siemens S7- 300 menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Ladder diagram dibuat dengan Software simatic manager, program yang dibuat berfungsi untuk mengontrol PLC LOGO! Siemens pada CE 34 dan CE 35 yang ada di lapangan.
