Abstract

This study aims to conduct a critical analysis of RUU Sisdiknas 2022 to the professional education of science teachers in Indonesia. The method was library research, data obtained based on literature study. The material object of this study was the regulations that form the basis for implementing teacher professional education. The study results show that professional education for teachers from all fields of study is achieved through PPG developed by LPTK. We observe the RUU Sisdiknas 2022 chapter 56 act 5 concerning the implementation of professional education, which must be carried out through collaboration between universities and professional associations. It is necessary to have a clear formulation related to science teacher professional education and a form of cooperation between professional associations and universities. An independent and professional science teacher organization is needed. The organization must also have a clear legal umbrella. PPG can adapt the established professional education, especially in setting teacher competency standards, which are still dominated by policies from universities.Keywords: RUU Sisdiknas; Science Teacher; Teacher Professional Education ProgramTujuan dari kajian ini adalah melakukan analisis kritis terkait RUU Sisdiknas 2022 yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan profesi guru IPA di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), data diperoleh berdasarkan studi literatur. Objek material dari kajian ini adalah peraturan-peraturan yang menjadi landasan penyelenggaraan pendidikan profesi guru. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan profesi untuk guru dari semua bidang studi ditempuh melalui PPG yang dikembangkan oleh LPTK. Mencermati RUU Sisdiknas Pasal 56 Ayat 5 sehubungan dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan profesi yang harus diselenggarakan melalui kerjasama antara perguruan tinggi dengan asosiasi profesi, perlu ada perumusan yang jelas terkait pendidikan profesi guru IPA dan bentuk kerjasama antara asosiasi prosesi dan perguruan tinggi. Diperlukan sebuah organisasi guru IPA yang independen dan profesional. Organisasi tersebut juga harus mempunyai payung hukum yang jelas. PPG dapat mengadaptasi pendidikan profesi yang sudah mapan tersebut terutama dalam menetapkan standar kompetensi guru yang selama ini masih didominasi oleh kebijakan dari perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: RUU Sikdiknas; Guru IPA; Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru

Abstract

Effectiveness generally refers to how far a predetermined goal can be achieved. In order for the goal to be achieved, we must be able to provide the right innovation in a learning process. Learning innovation itself is an interaction between a complex set of practices, methods and designs that are part of the efforts made in higher education to improve the quality of teaching and learning. In this study, researchers applied the Real Time Report innovation to the implementation of the Mind Mapping-assisted Field Study. The aims of this method innovation are; Through Real Time Report Innovation in Field Study, students can report their observations directly and get input at the same time so that the process in the field is more focused. Through Mind Mapping, students can connect the images from the field study with the concepts they have correctly. Furthermore, knowing the effectiveness of the application of the method innovation that is applied to the learning outcomes of prospective teacher students. This study uses quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The results show that the application of the Field Study method with innovation in the form of Real time reports assisted by Mind Mapping is effective in teaching Ecosystems

Abstract

Improving the competence of school principals is very important and needed in education management. This is because school principals have an important role in determining educational development policies. The aim of this training is to improve the leadership competence of school principals to manage quality education within the scope of the Nusa Cendana Education Foundation (Yapnusda). Leadership management was chosen as the training theme because it suits the problems and needs of schools in Yapnusda. Participants are school principals and school treasurers. The training method is case study. Implementation of training activities starts from preparation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the survey results, it was concluded that the participants were satisfied with the training activities, the training materials were relevant to the needs and problems at school, and this training activity was useful for their duties as school principals. Training activities improve the training participants' knowledge and understanding of leadership management.
