Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan kombi­nasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam hal: 1) aktivitas siswa; 2) aktivitas guru dalam pembelajaran; 3) respon siswa; 4) hasil belajar matematika siswa setelah penerapan kombinasi tipe NHT dan Tipe TGT. Penelitian yang berjenis ekspe­ri­men semu ini mengambil data tentang aktivitas siswa dan keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data hasil belajar menggunakan instrumen tes dan data respon siswa diambil menggunakan angket respon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa serta respons siswa dan analisis statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aktivitas siswa berada pada kategori baik; (2) kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sangat baik; (3) siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap pembelajaran; (4) hasil belajar siswa setelah diajar dengan kombinasi model kooperatif tipe NHT dan tipe TGT mencapai ketuntasan belajar 96,43 % mencapai KKM dengan nilai rata-rata 83,04 dari nilai ideal 100 dengan standar deviasi 10,04, sehingga hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dengan nilai t hitung = -38,550, dk = 27, dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan t tabel = 1,7033  dan nilai p<0,05. Selain itu, pengujian rata-rata hasil gain ternormalisasi diperoleh nilai t hitung = 18,882 dan nilai p<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata gain ternormalisasi yang diajar menerapkan kombinasi tipe NHT dan tipe TGT lebih dari 0,3. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika melalui kombinasi kooperatif tipe TGT dan tipe NHT efektif diterapkan pada siswa kelas XI Ilmu Alam SMAN 2 Enrekang. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini memberi referensi kepada guru bahwa penerapan kombinasi kooperatif tipe NHT dan tipe TGT efektif dalam pembe­lajaran matematika. Kata kunci: efektifitas, model kooperatif, tipe numbered head together (NHT), team games tournament (TGT) Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the combination of cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together (NHT) and the Teams Games Tournament (TGT)  in terms of: 1) student activity; 2) teacher activities in learning; 3) student response; 4) students' mathematics learning outcomes after the implementation of the combination NHT and TGT. The quasi-experimental research took data about the student activity and the implementation of teacher activities obtained using observation sheets. Learning outcomes data were taken by using test instruments and student response data were taken by using a questionnaire response. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis to describe student learning outcomes, teacher activities, student activities and student responses and inferential statistical analysis to test the research hypothesis using the t-test. The results of the study showed that: (1) student activities were in good category; (2) the teachers’ ability learning management was in a very good category; (3) students gave a positive response to learning; (4) student learning outcomes after being taught by a combination of cooperative type NHT and TGT achieved learning completeness 96.43% reaching KKM with an average value of 83.04 from the ideal value of 100 with a standard deviation of 10.04, so that student learning outcomes increase significantly with t value = -38,550, dk = 27, and a significance level of 0.05 with t table = 1.7033 and p <0.05. In addition, the average test results of the normalized gain obtained by the value of t = 18.882 and the value of p <0.05 so it was concluded that the normalized gain average was taught to apply the combination NHT and TGT more than 0.3. Thus, it can be concluded that mathematics learning through a coope­rative combination of the TGT and NHT was effectively applied to the XI grade students of Ilmu Alam SMAN 2 Enrekang. So that the results of this study provided a reference to the teacher that the application of the cooperative combination NHT and TGT was effective in mathematics learning.  Keywords: effectiveness, cooperative model, numbered head together (NHT), teams games tournament (TGT)

Abstract

This study was a research and development which aimed at developing and producing mathematics learning tool for Geometry learning which was valid, reliable, objective, and practical.The product expected from this study was the learning tools on the topic of Geometry which was valid (R>85%), practical ( observe = 2) , and effective (THB = 85,7%, students activity > 80%, and positive response 98,7%). The product was consisted of 8 components, namely (1) Lesson plan; (2) Text book; (3) Worksheet; (4) Evaluation test of learning tools; (5) Observation sheet of students activity; (6) Observation sheet on implementation of learning tool; (7) questionnaire of students respons; and (8) validation sheet. The development process of authentic evaluation instrument used the modification of 4-D Model from Thiagarajan.The tried out was conducted at SMAN 1 Enrekang to grade X students. The result of the study revealed that the development of authentic evaluation instrument for Geometry learning which was valid, reliable, objective, and practical. Suggestion for this study are (1) other researchers who are interested in developing this study should learn the limitation of this study and (2) the development of authentic evaluation instrument for Geometry learning should also develop other subject materials to assist teachers in evaluating student’s based on their competence.

Abstract

This research was a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the characteristics of the level of mathematics literacy skills and students' thinking skills in terms of the level of mathematical ability in PISA. Data collection methods used in this study were written tests and interviews. The main instrument of this study was the researcher himself who was assisted with assistive instruments in the form of PISA mathematics questions, and interview guidelines. The results showed that all subjects met the indicators of level 1 PISA math ability and were the highest level for Subject 2. So that the level of mathematical literacy ability in Subject 2 was at level 1 and thinking skills were in Low Order Thinking. Indicator of PISA mathematics ability level 6 was fulfilled by Subject 3 and Subject 4. So that the level of mathematics literacy ability in Subject 3 and Subject 4 was level 6 and thinking skills were at the High Order Thinking level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Instrumen Penilaian Autentik pada Pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan Scientific. Prosedur pengembangan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pengembangan instrumen asesmen autentik menurut Djaali & Muljono (2008: 60) dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) mengembangkan dimensi dan indikator dari variabel penelitian, 2) membuat kisi-kisi instrumen, 3) menetapkan besaran atau parameter, 4) menjabarkan butir-butir instrumen ke dalam bentuk pertanyaan dan pernyataan, 5) tahap validasi pakar, 6) revisi atau perbaikan berdasarkan saran dari pakar, 7) penggandaan instrumen secara terbatas untuk keperluan uji coba, 8) uji coba instrumen di lapangan, 9) menentukan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, dan 10) perakitan butir-butir instrumen yang valid unjuk dijadikan instrumen final. Instrumen penilaian autentik pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan scientific yang telah dikembangkan, telah divalidasi oleh pakar dan praktisi serta telah diujicobakan sehingga didapatkan hasil yang layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian autentik pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan scientific bersifat valid dan reliabel. Instrumen penilaian autentik yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan reliabel secara rasional maupun empirik meliputi instrumen penilaian sikap: Lembar Observasi Sikap Spiritual, Rubrik dan Lembar Observasi Sikap Sosial. Instrumen penilaian pengetahuan: 1) Kisi-Kisi Tes, 2) Tes Kompetensi, 3) Rubrik dan Lembar Penilaian Tes Kompetensi. Instrumen penilaian keterampilan: 1) Tes Kinerja, dan 2) Rubrik dan Lembar Penilaian Tes Kinerja.

Abstract

This is a pre experimental research which aims were determine the effectiveness of learning mathematics through application of TGT and NHT cooperative models combination which includes: (1) students’ activities, (2) teacher’s activity in managing learning, (3) students’ responses, and (4) mathematics learning student's achievement after the application of TGT and NHT cooperative models combination. Population is XII IA students at the first semester of academic year 2016/2017. The sample was 28 students taken through random cluster sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) students’ learning activities was good category; (2) the ability of teachers to manage learning was very good category; (3) students responded positively to the learning; and (4) the learning outcomes of after being taught by a combination of TGT and NHT cooperative models achieved 96,43% and the mean score is 83,04 with a standard deviation of 9,75.
