Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Price (X4) on Satisfaction (Y1), analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Satisfaction (Y1) on Trust (Y2) and analyze the influence of Satisfaction (Y1) and Trust (Y2) on Customer Loyalty (Y3).This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 150 respondents who are Instagram followers with kasasiur_banjar accounts. In this study using the Non Probability Sampling technique by purposive sampling. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of the studied variables Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools are used.The results of the study concluded that User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Information quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of information t has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on trust. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyse effect of leader behavior, job characteristics and job demands on employees’ innovative work behavior. The three independent variable are analyzed according to 4 phases of the dependent variable (opportunity exploration, idea generation, idea championing and idea application). Deeper analysis is also conducted on each function (core, technical and support). Research data is collected from 116 supervisors who work at PT Adaro Indonesia and classified into 3 functions (core, technical and support). The questionnaire is distributed and answered online. The data is analyzed by utilizing regression method on Minitab 19.The result shows 8.93% employees’ innovative work behavior is affected by leader behavior, job characteristics and job demand. Job characteristics is proven to be affecting but leader behavior and job demands are non-affecting. Four-phase analysis reveals job characteristics and leader behavior have effect, each on idea generation and idea application consecutively. Function-based analysis presents two facts: leader behavior has effect on idea championing and idea application at core function and job characteristics has effect on idea generation and idea application at support function. Keywords: innovative work behavior, leader behavior, job characteristics, job demands

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the dimensions of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the H. Ijul Tabalong Building materials store.This study uses six exogenous variables responsiveness, reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and price, while the endogenous variable is customer satisfaction. Sampling was done by purposive sampling totaling 166 respondents.The data analysis technique used Variance Based SEM (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software version 3.29. The results showed that the variables of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and tangible had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; In contrast, the variables of empathy and price had a negative and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction at H. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Store Image, Store Athmosphere, and Store Theatric on Impulse Buying mediated by Positive Emotions at Banjarmasin Cosmetics Shop.This research method uses quantitative research methods. Using a purposive sampling technique by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers Banjarmasin Princess Cosmetics Shop who make purchases outside of planning, and at least 17 years old. The total sample in this study were 100 people. Furthermore, hypothesis testing uses SEM - PLS analysis. the results of the study prove that the 10 hypotheses tested were stated to be significant.Keywords: Store Image, Store Athmosphere, and Store Theatric, Impulse Buying, Positive Emotions

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (i) To analyze the quality control of the products applied to the Amplang Karya Bahari business based on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools, (ii) To find out and analyze what factors cause product damage / disability at the Amplang Karya Bahari business in Samarinda.This research method uses quantitative quantitative discretionary research method that is research that is used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or features of social influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach. The operational definitions of this research are (i) Quality control processes, (ii) Quality control measures. Types and sources of data use primary data obtained directly from the object of research. Data collection techniques are (i) observation, (ii) interviews, (iii) documentation, (iv) laboratory tests. Analysis of the data used are: (i) collecting data (check sheet), (ii) histogram,(iii) making control charts, (iv) causal diagrams, (v) proposed improvements.Keywords: Quality Control, and Maintaining Quality.

Abstract

This service activity aims to empower MSMEs, traders associations in the “Semangat Dalam” Market (barefoot entrepreneurs) so that in the end they can improve their welfare. The approach method to achieve the goals of the service activities carried out is to provide counseling to the target audience - through the delivery of discourse to open insights or bring up new ideas in their entrepreneurial activities. The target audience is a handful of market traders located at Jalan Semangat Dalam, Hadil Bhakti. The result of this service activity is the opening of the target audience's insight so that they are willing and able to make more efforts in utilizing market waste that has the potential to increase the variety of trade products, and to be more introspective not to get involved with debt, especially from loan sharks in an effort to increase the variety of their trading products. Keywords: barefoot entrepreneurs, MSME’s, market waste utilization

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation on product innovation and marketing performance. The respondents of this research were tanggui craftsman at Alalak, in North Banjarmasin, South Borneo, Indonesia which consists of 70 people. The Method sampling used was convenience sampling, and the data collection technique used a survey with a questionnaire tool.The verification analysis used Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The research results showed that market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation have a positive and significant impact on product innovation (H1 and H2 were supported), also marketing orientation was significantly influenced by product innovation (H3 was supported).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is twofold. First, assess the feasibility of seaweed cultivation. Second, identify the key internal and external factors affecting the cultivation of seaweed. The hope can be formulated business development strategy to be applied seaweed cultivators. The method used in this study is a research approach that is both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis to describe and analyze the prospects, potential and direction of development of seaweed cultivation. Data collection was conducted through a survey directly to businesses through the research questionnaire and also through interviews and discussion groups (Focus Group Discussion /FGD) with farmers. The results of the feasibility assessment methods NPV, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), IRR, Payback Period and BEP show that seaweed cultivation is feasible. SWOT assessment results show that the cultivation is in quadrant S-O (Strength-Opportunity), so that strategies can be done is Aggressive. This means that the powers that be should seek to take advantage of existing opportunities. Some do like: seaweed produces higher quality and made of processed seaweed products such as candy and dodol seaweed. The market for both types of products is relatively large. Some stakeholders can help farmers master the necessary skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) as partially independent variables on the customer satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable on users of ship guidance services at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents. The samples were determined based on the total sampling technique. There were 115 respondents chosen as the samples. The research site was at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. The unit of analysis was all customers at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Measurement of variables was conducted using the Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. These were meant to analyze the effect of variable rates (X1), quality of interactions (X2), quality of physical environment (X3), and quality of results (X4) on customer satisfaction (Y) using techniques multiple linear regression statistics. The results showed that the variable rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially on PT. Indonesian Port III, Banjarmasin Branch. and outcomes quality (X4) partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT.
