Abstract

This Organizational Climate Relationship with Work Engagement of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. This study aims to examine Organizational Climate (X) with Work Engagement (Y) on the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Samples taken as many as 36 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire, while data analysis uses product moment correlation. The results of the study prove that Organizational Climate is significantly related to Work Engagement of 0.711% or 71.1%. Based on this research it can be concluded that the better the Organizational Climate will be related to the increase in Work Engagement of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. Keywords:  Organizational Climate and Work Engagement

Abstract

This study aims to see whether the training provided by the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin has been effective or not. In the process, this study uses qualitative methods where the results show that the training provided by the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin to its employees has shown effective results in its implementation. .Basically, the company always wants every training that is carried out to be effective and produce effective output as well. In its efforts, the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin always strives for how every training given is always effective and produces effective outputs too, by bringing in trainers who are competent in their fields with the hope of meeting the factors of effectiveness itself, such as Trainer Clarity, Training Place, Communication Trainers and Training Materials so as to achieve effective training and achieve the vision and mission of the company. Abstract

Marketing is all efforts that start from identifying the needs of consumers, determining the right product or service to be marketed, coordinating with other management functions, and developing offers through promotional and distribution strategies. This study aims to determine the effect of discounts and electronic service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Respondents in this study were users of the Tix ID application in Banjarmasin City who were taken using the accidental sampling technique, so that there were 110 respondents who used the Tix ID application as the research sample. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that partially the discount variable (X1) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.293> 0.05 with a t value of 1.056 <t table 1.982, and electronic service quality (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a value of t count 12.080> t table 1.982. Simultaneously, the discount variable (X1) and the quality of electronic services (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated F value of 84.978> F table 3.08. Keywords: Discounts, Electronic Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) has a crucial role in improving an economy because its number of business units keeps growing rapidly, contributing 60% of GDP and being able to absorb large numbers of workers, namely 97% of the total workforces in Indonesia. However, MSME's also have characteristics which contain potential weaknesses which could create problems. Therefore, MSME's need to implement a good governance for their businesses, one of which is by applying the principles of GoodCorporate Governance. This study aims to analyze the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance at MSME's in Banjarmasin. This study is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, using descriptive analysis method and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques uses observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques uses the qualitative interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicates that the studied MSME's have applied the principles of GCG in their business, although the size of the application itself varies for each one of them. (1) The principle of transparency has been well applied through the delivery of information orally and in writing in the form of simple notes or MSME's which tend to be willing to make good financial reports due to capital requirements from the bank or the government. (2) The principle of accountability has been well implemented because thereare details of the duties and responsibilities of each employee, the manager whose duty is to ensure that his employees produce good performance and are consistent in maintaining food quality. (3) The principle of responsibility has been applied quite well especially for MSME's whose capital is assisted by banks or the government where they are required to have a business license, in addition MSME's have responsibilities towards their workers and consumers. (4) The principle of independence has been implemented very well because generally MSME's tend to run family businesses. (5) The principle of fairness has been implemented excelently through an equal payroll system, providing opportunities to express opinions to stakeholders and fairness to consumers through the quality of food and services provided.Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, MSME's

Abstract

AbstractThe research objective is to identify and analyze on community relations of palm plantation companies marshland in fostering good relations and handling problems with masyarakatsekitar where previously more rampant land clearing switching function for large-scale oil palm plantations. This raises the pros and cons in the community, especially around oil palm estates. The method used in this research is descriptive method Qualitative and exploratory research.Data collection through depth interviews with semi-structured interviews with key informants and informant support. Mechanical Analysis of data using analysis phases of Miles and Huberman namely data reduction, data presentation, Draw Conclusions and Verifikasi.Validation data using triangulation and triangulation methods. The results of this study indicate that companies of oil palm plantations in the area Barito Kuala particularly in Sub Rantau Badauh and the District Cerbon not implement community relations to the maximum, where the activities of community relations is limited only to charity, CSR partnership programs plasma and plasma-core, as well as sponsorship, while for the new community development include the provision of postal services where health is not enabled, so the action and communication in fostering and addressing the problems with the local community still require a further commitment from the company.Keywords : Community Relation, Community Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Palm Oil Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa mengenai community relation Perusahaan Perkebunan KelapaSawit tanah rawa dalam membina hubungan baik dan menangani permasalahan dengan masyarakatsekitar dimana  sebelumnya semakin marak pembukaan lahan yang beralih fungsi untuk perkebunan kelapa sawit berskala besar. Hal tersebut menimbulkan pro kontra dalam masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat sekitar perkebunan kelapa sawit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan  tipe  penelitian eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui depth interview melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan informan kunci dan informan pendukung.Teknik Analisa data menggunakan tahapan analisa dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu Reduksi data, penyajian data, Menarik Kesimpulan danVerifikasi .Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit di area Kabupaten Barito Kuala khususnya di Kecamatan Rantau Badauh dan Kecamatan Cerbon belum melaksanakan community relations secara maksimal, dimana kegiatan community relations masih terbatas hanya untuk kegiatan amal, CSR program kemitraan plasma dan inti plasma, serta sponsorship, sementara untuk community development baru berupa penyediaan tempat layanan pos kesehatan yang juga tidak difungsikan, sehingga sisi aksi dan komunikasi dalam membina dan menangani permasalahan dengan masyarakat sekitar masih memerlukan komitmen lebih lanjut dari pihak perusahaan.Kata kunci : Community Relation, Community Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Palm Oil

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitments and Employee Performance.The population of the study was all employees totaling 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method.The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant influence as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyse effect of leader behavior, job characteristics and job demands on employees’ innovative work behavior. The three independent variable are analyzed according to 4 phases of the dependent variable (opportunity exploration, idea generation, idea championing and idea application). Deeper analysis is also conducted on each function (core, technical and support). Research data is collected from 116 supervisors who work at PT Adaro Indonesia and classified into 3 functions (core, technical and support). The questionnaire is distributed and answered online. The data is analyzed by utilizing regression method on Minitab 19.The result shows 8.93% employees’ innovative work behavior is affected by leader behavior, job characteristics and job demand. Job characteristics is proven to be affecting but leader behavior and job demands are non-affecting. Four-phase analysis reveals job characteristics and leader behavior have effect, each on idea generation and idea application consecutively. Function-based analysis presents two facts: leader behavior has effect on idea championing and idea application at core function and job characteristics has effect on idea generation and idea application at support function. Keywords: innovative work behavior, leader behavior, job characteristics, job demands

Abstract

There is a risk that the transition process from the mining construction stage to the mining production operation stage will fail, which will have an impact on the production operation going forward. The impact of productivity, cost, social and security, commitment to customers are concerns. This study aims to find out what happened during the transition phase of construction to mining production operations at PT Maruwai Coal.To achieve these objectives this research uses a qualitative approach, case studies, data collection by interviews, observations and documentation and directly involved in the Operations Readiness process.The steps to create an Operations Readiness Plan and an Operations Readiness Execution Plan are critical in determining the success of Operations Readiness, which focuses on building a team, licensing and community acceptance, building infrastructure and mapping operational needs and schedules.Thus Operation Readiness requires a schedule, budget, organizational structure and senior management commitment. Operations Readiness must be considered for implementation by mining companies in preparing new mining operations from the start.Keywords: Operations Readiness, PT Maruwai Coal

Abstract

The potential of each source of power humans that exist within the company should be able to be utilized as well as possible, so it is able to provide the results of that maximum. Companies and employees are two things that need each other . If the employee managed to bring progress for the company, profits are obtained will be picked by both sides parties . For employees, the success is aktualisai potential of self as well the opportunity to meet the needs of life. While the company or agency , success is a means towards the growth and development of the company or institution that . Along with its development , the company often times neglect of management source power of man who owned.This study aims to examine the effect of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Self Efficacy (X2) on Job Performance (Y) on Employee PT. Tanjung Baru Kalimantan Selatan. Samples were taken as many as 93 employees using the Slovin formula . Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Analysis SmartPLS through the program PLS Version 2.0.The test result proves that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Job Performance with the influence of 42,3% including very enough category, Self Efficacy has significant influence to Job Performance with big influence 47,5% including strong enough category, while Self Efficacy significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a large influence 67,2% including very strong categoryKeywords: Job Satisfaction, Self Efficacy, Job Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors, strategies and business performance of the new Sasirangan entrepreneurs in Banjarmasin during the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal era using the 4P aspects, product, price, place, and promotion are aspects of the marketing mix. This research is a qualitative descriptive type using a sample collection technique using snowball sampling with observation and in-depth interviews.Data analysis techniques used are data collection and reduction as well as verification or drawing conclusions. This study uses triangukasu sources and methods to test the validity of the data. In this study, the authors made direct visits to the business actors of WUB Sasirangan in Banjarmasin to conduct interviews.The results showed that the factors that affected the Sasirangan WUB in Banjarmasin were affected during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the absence of orders, the difficulty of marketing and the availability of raw materials. However, there are other factors that also affect the ability of Sasirangan WUB to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the provision of training by the relevant agencies to support WUB's performance and the existence of online media that facilitates the buying and selling process. WUB's business performance is more dominant in product and promotion variables. This can be seen from the diversity of products sold by WUB as well as the strategies carried out by carrying out more intensive marketing through online and offline media. Keywords: business performance, marketing mix, business strategy, COVID-19
