Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of stressor from environment, organization and personal in simultaneosly or partially to the employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs Banjar Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The analysis unit of this research is employees in the Office of Religious Affairs in Banjar Regency. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents. Determination of samples using non probability sampling techniques and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results revealed stressor from the environment, stressor from the organizational and stressor from personal has influence positive and significant in partially or simultaneously to employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs in Banjar Regency. Stressor from the organizational has the most dominant influence to the employee performance in the Office of Religious Affairs at Banjar Regency

Abstract

The purpose of the reserch to identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaniously and partially on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

Many UKM in Indonesia are experiencing problems in their business. There are also problems faced by UKM including very small business capital, not applying digital marketing to their products until products are monotonous (less attractive). What's more, during the current covid-19 pandemic, sluggish economic conditions, UKM Bakul Purun "Aresa" Banjarbaru have difficulty selling their products, because they only use traditional marketing, besides that, very minimal business capital also hampers production which ultimately reduces production. their income. To overcome the problems above, a strategic and comprehensive step is needed, namely by applying digital marketing sales such as Whatapps business, Instagram, etc. The problem of small business capital in UKM Aresa , can be overcome by using Fintech lending such as the Lumbung Dana application. The output obtained from the service at UKM Aresa is from a technical aspect, there is an increase in sales of basket purun products because they have used e-commerce (digital marketing) so that their market share and market share increases, which in turn increases the income and profits of these UKM. In the non-technical aspect, the output is that UKM there can already use fintech applications such as Lumbung Dana, if in the past the business capital was only around 1-3 million, now it's around 5-8 million. Increased business capital will affect the amount of production of purun baskets and their derivative products, ultimately affecting income and profits of around 6%-10% for UKM Aresa in particular and the community of bakul purun craftsmen there in general. Key words: Fintech Lending, Lumbung dana

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Diversifikasi Bakul Purun pada UKM Bakul Purun Aresa Kelurahan Palam Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru berupaya mengembangkan usaha bakul purun yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Terdapat 15 UKM Bakul Purun yang masih aktif serta banyak menyerap tenaga kerja di daerah sekitarnya Usaha baru melalui diversifikasi produk bakul purun dari hasil pengembangan melalui usaha pengolahan bahan dasar purun yang direncanakan akan membuat produk bakul purun seperti : beragam produk bakul purun sulam kreasi dan bakul purun sulam pita dengan model yang cantik dan menarik dengan berbagai macam ukuran serta dengan berbagai varian harga, demi meningkatkan penghasilan dan kesejahteraan namun karena keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang diversifikasi produk bakul purun sampai sekarang masih belum bisa terlaksana secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu pengembangan produk bakul purun melalui diversifikasi sangat potensial dan ditingkatkan ke depannya sehingga memberikan nilai tambah produk bakul purun. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat kelompok ukm bakul purun dilakukan menggunakan analisis ekonomi dan keuangan melalui analisis pendapatan dari hasil penjualan bakul purun, hasil penjualan produk bakul purun program diversifikasi. Peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat bertambah, maka akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan jaringan dan kerjasama, pemasaran, pengembangan bisnis, dan kerjasama dengan daerah lain dapat ditingkatkan sehingga ada pertumbuhan pendapatan yang besarnya antara 200% hingga 400% per tahun. Di sisi lain dengan bertambahnya fasilitas produksi dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi, yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan dari hasil penjualan bakul purun biasa, bakul purun sulam kreasi dan bakul purun sulam pita, sehingga diperkirakan terjadi peningkatan pendapatan sekitar 400% atau 8x lipat

Abstract

Kabupaten Barito Kuala khususnya kecamatan Mandastana desa Karang Indah propinsi Kalimantan Selatan sudah banyak berdiri kelompok kecil UKM dalam mengembangkan dan membudidayakan jamur tiram sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Usaha budidaya jamur ini mempunyai nilai sosial ekonomi dan terdapat 2 UKM yaitu UKM Enam Sekawan Indah Sejati dan UKM Maju Jaya yang aktif membudidayakan jamur tiram. Namun produksi jamur ini belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal hal ini karena terkendala dengan menumpuknya produk jamur segar hasil produksinya yang tidak sempat terjual di pasaran. Hal ini apabila dibiarkan terlalu lama dalam penyimpanan tentu akan merusak penampilan jamur dan pada akhirnya jamur tidak akan laku dijual di pasaran dan akan berinplikasi pada usaha jamur akan mengalami kerugian. Untuk mengatasi menumpuknya produk jamur segar yang belum terjual di pasaran ialah melalui usaha baru pengolahan produk jamur dengan metode diversifikasi produk jamur hasil produksinya sehingga memberikan nilai tambah produk jamur. Sehingga dari usaha budidaya dan pengolahan jamur melalui metode diversifikasi ini bukan tidak mungkin bisnis budi daya usaha jamur ini akan semakin berkembang seiring dengan inovasi dan kreativitas diversifikasi produk jamur. Budidaya jamur dan diversifikasi produk jamur merupakan dua hal yang saling komplementer dan saling mendukung terutama peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama anggota UKM jamur Karang Indah. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat kelompok UKM jamur. Setelah dilakukan analisis ekonomi dan keuangan melalui analisis pendapatan dari hasil penjualan jamur segar dan hasil penjualan produk jamur melalui program diversifikasi terjadi pertumbuhan pendapatan yang besarnya berkisar antara 3% hingga 5% per tahun. Dan jika bertambahnya fasilitas produksi diperkirakan akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan dari hasil penjualan jamur segar dan produk sampingan lain terjadi peningkatan pendapatan sekitar 10% hingga 15% per tahun.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan limbah ikan gabus sebagai bahan tambahan pakan alternatif bagi burung puyuh (Coturnix coturnix japonica). Burung puyuh memiliki prospek tinggi sebagai sumber telur dan daging, namun biaya pakan masih mendominasi sekitar 70 - 80% dari total biaya produksi. Untuk menekan ketergantungan pada tepung ikan komersial, limbah ikan gabus diolah menjadi tepung dan diuji kualitas nutrisinya. Hasil analisis proksimat menunjukkan kandungan protein kasar sebesar rata-rata 48,50% dengan tiga perlakuan, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan substitusi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan, dengan parameter pengamatan berupa konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, serta rasio konversi pakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepung limbah ikan gabus mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pakan, memperbaiki pertumbuhan, dan menurunkan rasio konversi tanpa menurunkan produktivitas telur dibandingkan pakan komersial. Selain itu, program ini juga mengintegrasikan penggunaan berbagai metode multimedia sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran hasil produksi telur puyuh, sehingga diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan konsumen dan meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi peternak. This community service program focuses on the utilization of snakehead fish (Channa striata) waste as an alternative feed additive for quails (Coturnix coturnix japonica). Quails have high potential as a source of eggs and meat; however, feed costs still account for approximately 70–80% of total production expenses. To reduce dependence on commercial fish meal, snakehead fish waste was processed into fish meal and evaluated for its nutritional quality. Proximate analysis showed an average crude protein content of 48.50% across three treatments, indicating its potential as a substitute ingredient. The activity employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications, with observed parameters including feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio. The results demonstrated that snakehead fish waste meal improved feed efficiency, enhanced growth, and reduced the feed conversion ratio without decreasing egg productivity compared to commercial feed. Moreover, this program integrated the use of various multimedia tools as a means of promoting and marketing quail egg products, thereby expanding consumer reach and increasing added value for local farmers.

Abstract

Burnout, a form of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion that occurs more frequently among medical and paramedical personnel than among other personnel, remains a common problem. Indications of burnout can be caused by excessive workloads, inappropriate reward systems, or concerns about job security. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and reward fairness on burnout with job security as a moderating variable at Ratu Zalecha Martapura Regional General Hospital. The design of this study used a qualitative research with a correlational approach based on explanatory research. The data collection was cross-sectional using a questionnaire to the research sample, namely some of the paramedics in the inpatient ward of Ratu Zalecha Martapura Regional Hospital. The sample selection used a probability sampling method (proportional stratified random sampling) in 9 inpatient wards with a PNS: PTT ratio of 5:3 and the accumulated results were 139 paramedics. The measurement analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this indicated that (i) there was a positive significant influence workload on burnout, (ii) there was a negative significant influence justice reward on burnout, (iii) there was an interaction of job security as the monitoring variable to the influence of workload on burnout, (iv) there was an interaction of job security as the monitoring variable the influence of justice reward on burnout. Conclusion, there is an influence of workload and reward fairness on burnout with job security as a moderating variable at Ratu Zalecha Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The focus of the research is to investigate and evaluate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance in South Kalimantan palm oil enterprises, incorporating organizational citizenship behaviors as the intervening variable. Research method— This study employed a proportional random sampling technique involving 78 employees in palm oil companies in South Kalimantan. To evaluate the model, Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied. Result— The results reveal that servant leadership has a positive impact on employee performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. Additionally, as hypothesized, organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance Conclusion— These findings provide insights and a better understanding of how servant leadership plays a significant role in affecting employee performance in the organization, especially in the palm oil companies in South Kalimantan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of compensation on turnover intention, (2) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and (4) the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between compensation and turnover intention in employees of PT Candra Gemilang Grogot East Kalimantan. This quantitative research involved 58 employees with census sampling technique and used questionnaires and SEM-PLS analysis (Smart PLS 4.0). The results showed that (1) compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, (2) compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and (4) job satisfaction serves as a significant negative mediating variable between compensation and turnover intention.
