Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze 1) the influence of customer value on purchasing decisions, 2) the influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions, 3) the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions, 4) the influence of trust on purchasing decisions, 5) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between customer value and purchasing decisions, 6) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between green marketing and purchasing decisions, 7) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions. The Sampling method of this study is purposive sampling. The sample size amounted to 115 samples distributed to herbalife customer respondents in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). The data analysis used is SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model) using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study proved that 1) customer value has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 2) green marketing has not significant influence on purchasing decisions; 3) social media marketing has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 4) trust has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 5) trust has the effect of mediation in the relationship between customer value and purchasing decisions; 6) trust has no effect mediation in the relationship between green marketing and purchasing decisions; 7) trust has no effect mediation in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out whether there is an influence between training, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa This type of research is an explanation (explanatory research) using a questionnaire method, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study population was employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa with a sample of almost the entire population or known as the saturated sample. The independent variables studied were training (X1), compensation (X2), and work discipline (X3), while the dependent variable was employee performance (Y). Based on the test results concluded that training has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to identify and to analyze the effects of compensation (X1), communication (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) simultaneously and partially on the employees’ performance (Y) of KPPN Banjamasin. This research is explanatory research. The samples in this study used saturated sample including 30 respondents who are implementing the overall employee population of KPPN Banjarmasin. To determine the influence of variables X1, X2, X3 to Y, statistical techniques were used; and multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the effects of simultaneous significance level using the F test; and t test was used to test the level of significance partially. The data was processed using IBM SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that the variable compensation, communication and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially gave positive effects on the employee’s performance. Among the three independent variables, the highest percentage of 8.2% was communication (X1) compared to the two other variables. This was due to that the employees were basically unable to perform anything in general. Communication is needed in driving a broad strategy direction, including the compensation system and policies of implementing job satisfaction needed to be described into performance expectation, so that it will give positive effects on an employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seiketsu (X4) dan shitsuke (X5) as independent variables to employee performance (Y) as dependent variable in External Relations Division at PT Adaro Indonesia. The method of this research used questionnaire with 83 employees of External Relations Division at PT Adaro Indonesia as a sample. The variables measurement uses Likert’s Scale technique with weighting scale from 1 to 5. To find out the correlation among variables X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 towards Y uses statistical technique of correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and to test the significance rate uses F test and t test processed with SPSS program. In the findings of this present research shows that seiri (X1) and shitsuke (X5) as Kaizen were found to have a positive significant relationship with the employees’ performance. While seiton (X2), seiso (X3) and seiketsu (X4) have no significant relationship with the employees’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and to analyze the influence of achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, managerial competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency on job performance of the employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. There were 310 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin as the population of the study. Probability sampling with proportional sampling technique was employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the samples of 173 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regressions. Based on the findings of the research, it was found that each variable of competencies, such as achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency influence employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of supportive leadership style (X1), horizontal communication (X2), and career development (X3) as independent variables, either simultaneously or partially on contract employees’ job satisfaction of the frontline section (Y) as the dependent variable in PT. Bank BCA Tbk Banjarmasin.The type of the research is explanatory research. Unit analyzed are PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk in Kalimantan Selatan. The total population were 91 people and 41 people were selected as the sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The variables were measured by Likert scale. F test was used to analyze the influence of variables X1, X2, X3 to Y simultaneously and t test was used to analyze the effect of the variables partially. The multiple linear regressions were used as the analysis technique.The research concludeed that there is a simultaneously and partially effect of supportive leadership style (X1), horizontal communication (X2), and career development (X3) on contract employees’ job satisfaction of the frontline section in PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the interaction of Affective Comitment on Locus of Control on Employee Performance and the interaction of Affective Commitment on Work Environment on Employee Performance at PDAM Bandarmasih Kota Banjarmasin The result of this indicated that (i) there was no influence between Locus of Control on Employee Performance, (ii) there was an influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance, (iii) there was no interaction of Affective Commitment to the influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance, (iv) there was an interaction of Affective Commitment to the influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the role of interaction in job satisfaction (Z) and its influence on exogenous variables: the organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) for endogenous variables: employee performance (Y) of the Theological College Evangelical Protestant Church in Banjarmasin. This study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Primary data have been collected using questionnaires. Research respondents used saturated sample with 31 employees of STT GKE. Data analysis technique to find out the role of interaction on the influence of exogenous variables X1 & X2 on endogenous variables (Y) used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. software. The result of this research concludes that there is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is job satisfaction (Z) interaction on the competence of the employee performance (Y). Another finding is that there is no influence of competence variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) and there is no job satisfaction (Z) interaction on organizational culture (X1) influence towards employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress (X1), compensation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously toward turnover intention (Y) as the dependent variable on contract employees of PT. Gagah Satria Manunggal Banjarmasin. The method of this research used a questionnaire with 45 contract employees of PT. GSM Banjarmasin as the samples and they were selected from population of 54 employees. The variables were measured using Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze the variables X1, X2, X3 to Y, statistical technique of multiple linear regression analysis was used, and to test the significance rate, F test was used, and t test was processed with the SPSS software application program. The results of the research concluded that there was a positive significant influence from each independent variable toward the dependent variable. From the three independent variables, job stress had a dominant influence compared with two other independent variables. And there was a significant simultaneously influence from the three independent variables towards the employee’s turnover intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of labor discipline and work experience on the performance of employees at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue East Barito Regency either simultaneously or partially. The independent variables were examined consisted of work discipline variables (X1), work experience (X2), while the dependent variable is the performance of employees (Y) This type of research uses explanatory research. The study population includes employees of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue East Barito District totaling 67 people who serve as the respondent, using census / saturation sampling, data analysis using multiple linear regression. Results showed simultaneously through the F test in the can that work discipline variable (X1) and work experience (X2) bepengaruh significantly on employee performance (Y). Partially through t test, in that the independent variables which can include work discipline significantly affect performance and work experience significantly affect performance. Work experience greater influence than the discipline of work, it is because employees who have more work experience, able to make a positive contribution to each employee who has no experience.
