Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of corporate image and service quality of Bukalapak.com. in influencing the purchasing decisions of Bukalapak.com customers. Methodology Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by accidental sampling. The findings show that the decision to buy Bukalapak.com customers is determined by the company's image and quality of services provided. Suggestions The quality of service from Bukalapak.com needs to be continuously improved and maintained to be of good quality according to customers. And the company's image needs to be improved continuously through active promotion and socialization. And the selection of stores that are members of Bukalapak also needs to be selected and evaluated strictly to continue to improve the company's good image.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of user (students) acceptance to the system by using the approach to the Technology Acceptance Model combined with the Structural Equation Model. The method used is the method of causal variables to be studied. This method will describe what factors are affecting the acceptance of Academic Services Information Web-Based System and the causal relationship between these factors. Given this research can be known what factors affect the acceptance of Academic Services Information Web-Based System, such as a factor of Perceived Ease of Use, a factor of Perceieved Usefulness, a factor of Attitude Toward Using and a factor of Actual System Usage, as well as the causal relationship between these factors. Moreover, the author can provide information, advice and feedback to stakeholders to improve services and student satisfaction.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an important factor for a company to achieve success. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction at Sushi Groove, Kota Kasablaka, Jakarta. Population which is visitors of Sushi Groove Kota Kasablanka Jakarta.The sample consisted of 391 people, taken randomly with convenience sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 22 program. The results of a simple regression analysis is Y = 4.175 + 0.106X1 + 0.111X2 + 0.099X3 + e, which the variables of product quality, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Sushi Groove Kota Kasablaka Jakarta. Therefore, management of Sushi Groove Kota Kasablaka Jakarta should be able to improve product quality, service quality, and brand image so that customer satisfaction increases and want to make repeat buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, product innovation and promotion to product purchase decision of "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung". Data were collected by questionnaire distribution technique using Likert scale. The population in this study was obtained from the transaction data "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung" in January-July 2017 amounted to 3,033 transactions.The sample wasselected using purposive sampling obtained100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study usingclassical assumption test, multiple linear regression with α 0,05, whichdetermine, fit test model (F test), and t test with SPSS Program version 24. The results of this study indicate that variables of product qualityand promotion have significant positive effectson purchase decision,while variable of product innovation has no significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyampaikan pemahaman tentang multikulturalisme dalam konteks zaman modern sebagai refleksi dari beragamnya kebudayaan masyarakat Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai suku bangsa, agama, dan keyakinan yang beragam, serta memiliki bahasa dan tatanan sosial budaya yang beragam. Kegiatan PkM ini telah dilakukan di Asrama Panti Yatim Indonesia (PYI) di Tebet Barat, Jakarta Selatan. Secara umum, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan diterima positif oleh pengurus dan anak-anak panti. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak panti telah memahami dan menerima makna multikulturalisme di era modern ini. Hal ini terlihat melalui antusiasme yang ditunjukkan oleh para anak panti saat mereka mengikuti presentasi dan menonton video mengenai kehidupan harmoni dalam keragaman masyarakat Indonesia, sebagai bukti terjalinnya komunikasi lintas budaya. Kata Kunci: Multikultural, Keberagaman, Lintas Budaya, Era modern Abstract The primary objective of this Community Service initiative is to foster multicultural awareness in the contemporary era, highlighting the rich cultural tapestry of Indonesian society, which is inherently diverse. Indonesia is a pluralistic society, encompassing a multitude of ethnicities, varying faiths, and belief systems, along with distinct languages and socio-cultural norms that differ between communities. This Community Service project was executed at the Panti Yatim Indonesia (PYI) Dormitory in West Tebet, South Jakarta. Overall, the execution of this initiative proceeded smoothly and received a positive reception from the facility's management and the children under their care. The outcomes of this community service endeavor underscore the fact that the children at the orphanage now possess an understanding of and an acceptance for multiculturalism in today's world. Evidently, their enthusiasm during presentations and when watching videos about coexisting harmoniously within the diverse landscape of Indonesian society exemplifies the establishment of cross-cultural communication. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan sewa gedung perkantoran di Menara Astra pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 125 orang karyawan perusahaan yang merupakan penyewa Gedung Menara Astra. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan alat bantu IBM SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sewa, sementara harga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sewa. Sedangkan lokasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan sewa di gedung perkantoran di Menara Astra pada masa pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Lokasi, Promosi dan Keputusan Sewa
