Abstract

Compared to other Islamic financial institutions, Islamic Fintech has some advantages in accelerating the growth of SME Enterprises in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the existence of Islamic Fintech is not free from various problems, such as regulation aspect, human resources aspect, also perception of society and potential fraud. This research sought to find solution of the problems with SWOT analysis, then comparing the aspects each other to find out strategies in the effort of growing Islamic fintech for accelerating SME Enterprises. The results are some strategies consisting of, first, ecosystem strengthening between Islamic Fintech, government, academics and civil society, including Islamic Fintech customers and Islamic Banks. Second, optimalization potential of Islamic Fintech in managerial skills also Islamic contracts capacity. Last, massive and targeted socialization and promotion of Islamic Fintech.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that determine the awareness, intention and decision of the Indonesian people to cash waqf. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with PLS (Partial Least Squared) method as a data analysis tool in this study includes a path analysis model. The results obtained show that the social environment and understanding affect one's awareness and interest in cash waqf. The emergence of awareness and intention will encourage the person to carry out cash waqf. While the promotion of cash waqf does not affect awareness and intentions which in the end will not encourage someone to cash waqf.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan kesadaran, minat dan keputusan masyarakat Indonesia untuk berwakaf uang. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Squared) sebagai alat analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini memuat model analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial dan pemahaman mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat seseorang akan wakaf uang. Munculnya kesadaran dan minat akan mendorong orang tersebut untuk melaksanakan wakaf uang. Sedangkan promosi tentang wakaf uang tidak mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat yang pada akhirnya tidak akan mendorong seseorang untuk berwakaf uang.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informai memberikan berbagai dampak terhadap perusahaan, salah satu dampaknya adalah sebagai alat untuk mempermudah pekerjaan dalam mencapai keberhasilan perusaahan. Keberhasilan perusahaan dapat diukur dengan pelayanan perusahaan yang sangat baik. untuk memberikan keberhasilan pelayanan perusahaan salah faktor penting adalah sumber daya manusia. namun pada departemen agama kabupaten jepara dalam kepuasan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat setiap tahunya mengalami penurunan. artinya kualitas Sumber daya manusia dalam departemen agama kabupaten jepara belum mencapai keberhasilan. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap distrupsi teknologi. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan bantuan program Smartpls Versi 3. Teknik pengunpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diajukan peneliti kepada responden dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap distrupsi teknologi.

Abstract

The online-based or ride-hailing service business in Indonesia continues to develop and metamorphose into multifunctional transportation services, this development makes it difficult for customers to determine alternatives to the top two ride hailing services, namely Goride and Grabbike. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to make decisions based on performance, service, security, price, promo and branding criteria to determine the best and make it easier to choose the transportation. The method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model with the help of Super Decisions software. The data sampling technique was carried out by distributing online questionnaires of 100 respondents to the public using transportation services. The results of this research indicate criteria and alternatives. Shows the Safety Criteria 36.02%, Service Criteria 23.73%, Price Criteria 16.36%, Promo Criteria 11.29%, Performance Criteria 7.79%, Branding Criteria 4.81%. It seems that security is the most important factor for potential customers because it is related to customer safety, while the two most popular alternatives to Goride and Grabbike are Grabbike. Where GrabBike is superior in terms of cheap prices per kilometer and good branding and everywhere, while Gojek excels in terms of services provided to customers.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in the field of e-commerce such as JD.ID provide convenience and benefits for users. The presence of this application is interesting because it strengthens the brand with guaranteed original products. This study aims to examine the effect of the perceived ease of use variable, whether perceived usefulness has an effect on the use of the JD.ID application with the basic theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is a type of quantitative research conducted by survey. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed online. The sample of this research is the application users. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was an online questionnaire, the method used was purpose sampling. Data processing method with Smart PLS 3 application. From the test results, it can be seen that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on application use. From these results, it means that the higher the perceived ease and usefulness of consumers, the higher the use of the application. The results of this study are in line with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory.

Abstract

This study aims to propose a halal tourism model by adopting religious humanism integrated with the creative industry as a baseline. This is a legal study with a statutory approach, relying on various laws and regulations as the primary data, including MUI’s fatwas. This study found that religious humanism can be integrated into the development of the halal tourism industry based on creative industries, with Regional Regulations (Perda) as the guideline. The integration of religious humanism in development is possible with the participation of all stakeholders. This is because the development of halal tourism is not merely about tourism objects but also the community. In this case, religious people easily accept the idea and are willing to participate as long as the integration is structured.

Abstract

The Board of Directors is one of the organs of a Limited Liability Company which has great duties, responsibilities and authority in managing the company, as well as directors of Islamic banks whose legal entity is also a Limited Liability Company. In carrying out their duties, the directors may take actions that result in losses for the company, and for this the directors must be held accountable. However, the business judgment rule doctrine suggests that the board of directors may not be held responsible for the company's losses as a result of its management as long as the board of directors is proven to have managed it in good faith and in accordance with the company's Articles of Association. For directors at Islamic banks, this doctrine is only one of the reasons that can cause directors to act professionally without fear of being wrong. In addition to the doctrine, the existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and commissioners is important because they participate in supervising and providing advice on the actions of the directors, and the main thing above all is the belief in the existence of divine accountability, all of which become one unit which in the end can give rise to actions that are solely for the benefit of the company and welfare. Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyampaikan pemahaman tentang multikulturalisme dalam konteks zaman modern sebagai refleksi dari beragamnya kebudayaan masyarakat Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai suku bangsa, agama, dan keyakinan yang beragam, serta memiliki bahasa dan tatanan sosial budaya yang beragam. Kegiatan PkM ini telah dilakukan di Asrama Panti Yatim Indonesia (PYI) di Tebet Barat, Jakarta Selatan. Secara umum, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan diterima positif oleh pengurus dan anak-anak panti. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak panti telah memahami dan menerima makna multikulturalisme di era modern ini. Hal ini terlihat melalui antusiasme yang ditunjukkan oleh para anak panti saat mereka mengikuti presentasi dan menonton video mengenai kehidupan harmoni dalam keragaman masyarakat Indonesia, sebagai bukti terjalinnya komunikasi lintas budaya. Kata Kunci: Multikultural, Keberagaman, Lintas Budaya, Era modern Abstract The primary objective of this Community Service initiative is to foster multicultural awareness in the contemporary era, highlighting the rich cultural tapestry of Indonesian society, which is inherently diverse. Indonesia is a pluralistic society, encompassing a multitude of ethnicities, varying faiths, and belief systems, along with distinct languages and socio-cultural norms that differ between communities. This Community Service project was executed at the Panti Yatim Indonesia (PYI) Dormitory in West Tebet, South Jakarta. Overall, the execution of this initiative proceeded smoothly and received a positive reception from the facility's management and the children under their care. The outcomes of this community service endeavor underscore the fact that the children at the orphanage now possess an understanding of and an acceptance for multiculturalism in today's world. Evidently, their enthusiasm during presentations and when watching videos about coexisting harmoniously within the diverse landscape of Indonesian society exemplifies the establishment of cross-cultural communication. Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) menghadapi tantangan besar akibat pandemi COVID-19 yang terus berubah. Dalam upaya untuk bertahan dan tumbuh di tengah ketidakpastian ini, perusahaan ini telah mengadopsi pendekatan adaptasi yang proaktif. Rencana bisnis tahun 2020 - 2024 PT KAI mencakup beberapa elemen kunci, termasuk identifikasi pasar baru dan peluang bisnis potensial, pengembangan strategi pemulihan yang kuat, serta investasi dalam kampanye promosi guna meningkatkan minat penumpang.Salah satu aspek utama dari rencana ini adalah penelaahan ulang pasar dan penyesuaian kebutuhan pelanggan. PT KAI telah memprioritaskan identifikasi pasar baru yang muncul sebagai dampak dari perubahan tren perjalanan akibat pandemi. Ini mencakup peningkatan layanan kereta api jarak jauh yang dapat menjadi alternatif bagi penumpang yang enggan terbang atau menggunakan moda transportasi lain. Selain itu, perusahaan telah merancang strategi pemulihan yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan, keamanan, dan kebersihan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan penumpang. Investasi dalam teknologi dan inovasi juga menjadi bagian integral dari upaya pemulihan, termasuk pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang mempermudah pemesanan tiket dan memantau jadwal kereta. Terakhir, PT KAI berkomitmen untuk memperkuat promosi dan pemasaran produknya, dengan fokus pada kampanye yang menarik perhatian pelanggan potensial. Ini mencakup promosi paket perjalanan dan penawaran khusus untuk menarik penumpang kembali ke kereta api. Rencana PT KAI untuk tahun 2020 - 2024 mencerminkan komitmen perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan pandemi dengan beradaptasi, berinovasi, dan memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi kepada pelanggan. Furthermore, the company has designed a recovery strategy focused on improving service quality, safety, and cleanliness to enhance passenger trust. Investments in technology and innovation are also an integral part of the recovery effort, including the development of mobile applications that facilitate ticket booking and monitor train schedules.Lastly, PT KAI is committed to strengthening the promotion and marketing of its products, with a focus on campaigns that capture the attention of potential customers. This includes the promotion of travel packages and special offers to entice passengers back to the railways. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction employees, and work motivation on the performance of the Production Division employees at PT Diamond Cold Storage. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study is an employee of PT Diamond Cold Storage of 100 people with the method Non Probability Sampling and data processed using the IBM SPSS application Version 25. Based on the results of the partial significance test (T-Test) the results obtained that (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance employees of PT Diamond Cold Storage; (2) Employee Satisfaction has an effect positive and no significant effect on employee performance of PT Diamond Cold Storage; (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance PT Diamond Cold Storage. Then the results of the simultaneous test (UjiF) state that work discipline, employee satisfaction, and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on performance employees of PT Diamond Cold Storage.
