Abstract

Berdasarkan pengalaman, kendala utama dalam belajar dan berlatih musik kolintang adalah metode pembelajaran yang bersifat manual yakni melalui instruksi dari pelatih dengan menyebutkan nama-nama kord yang harus diketuk, sehingga kerap terjadi kesalahan dalam menerima instruksi tersebut. Kesalahan itu sangat mungkin terjadi  karena nama-nama kord kecuali kord A, semuanya berhuruf vocal “e” (C,D,E,F,G,B), sehingga sulit dibedakan apalagi ditengah suara keras musik kolintang yang tengah dimainkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut dengan menciptakan sebuah alat bantu pengajaran berupa aplikasi teknologi yang diberi nama “Abakod”.  Alat ini berfungsi sebagai petunjuk kord, kepada pemain sehingga  tidak perlu lagi dikomando, pemain cukup berkonsentrasi pada lampu indikator yang terpasang pada bilah-bilah nada kolintang. Bilah-bilah nada  yang menyala itulah  yang diketuk. Tahun pertama penelitian menghasilkan prototype Abakod, dan telah dilakukan uji coba cara kerjanya berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.Kata kunci: kebudayaan, kolintang, kord, prototype Abakod.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational characteristic and environmental change on the creation of entrepreneurial foundation through individual characteristic variables (case studies on SMEs in Palembang City). The research design was causal study. The type of data used in the form of primary data, namely the questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained Total sample of SMEs as many as 101 people. Data analysis technique used was path analysis method. By conducting path analysis for direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect. The results of the study stated: 1. Characteristics of the organization had a significant positive effect on individual characteristics (first hypothesis accepted), 2. Changes in the business environment had a significant positive effect on individual characteristics (second hypothesis accepted), 3. Organizational characteristics had a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs SMEs ( the third hypothesis was accepted), 4. Changes in the business environment had a significant positive effect on the creation of the organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (fourth hypothesis accepted), 5. The individual characteristics had a significant positive effect on the creation of the organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (the fifth hypothesis accepted), 6. Organizational characteristics, individual characteristics, and environmental changes have a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (6th hypothesis accepted), 7. Organizational characteristics and environmental changes had a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs through individual characteristics as intervening variables (the seventh hypothesis accepted).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Pengaruh Karakteristik Wirausaha dan Sikap Wirausaha terhadap Perilaku Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.sebanyak 124 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Ada tiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini , dimana variabel bebasnya adalah Karakteristik Wirausaha (X1) dan SikapWirausaha (X2). Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Perilaku Kewirausahaan (Y). Untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y), maka digunakan meode linier berganda . Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Karakteristik Wirausaha (X1).dan Sikap Wirausaha (X2) secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Perilaku Kewirausahaan mahasiswa wirausaha Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai korelasi R sebesar 72,4 %, R2 sebesar 52,3 % dan faktor lainnya sebesar 47,7 %. Nilai korelasi R menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y.            Variabel Sikap Wirausaha (X2) merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi Perilaku Kewirausahaan mahasiswa wirausaha Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.Dari pernyataan responden ternyata faktor Perilaku Kewirausahaan dari mahasiswa wirausaha dominan terlaksana karena Pengaruh orang lain. Dengan demikian disarankan peneliti untuk meningkatkan nilai Perilaku Kewirausahaan maka peneliti menyarankan agar nilai Sikap wirausaha lebih ditingkatkan lagi melalui program-program pelatihan maupun hibah kegiatan lainnya.
