Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasingly fierce in the era of globalization. Information technology can shift the way of practice and change the way of thinking in the business world. The rapid development of technology makes the economy also increasingly developing. One of them is the innovation in the field of online health services. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and negative EWOM on purchase intentions with perceived usefulness and perceived risk as mediating variables in Halodoc health service application users in East Java. This study uses 200 samples with non-probability sampling techniques and the method used is a judgmental sampling. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis technique. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on purchase intentions with perceived usefulness as a mediating variable, and negative EWOM has no effect on purchase intentions because perceived risk does not mediate between these relationships in Halodoc health service applications. Based on these results, it is recommended that Halodoc health service application makers pay attention to the ease of use of the application and the benefits that can be felt by consumers and prospective consumers when using the application so that a positive EWOM is formed to reduce the risks that exist in the application and have an impact on purchase intentions towards health services in the application.

Abstract

This study examines and analyses the influence of a healthy lifestyle and brand image on consumer preferences for ready-to-drink. The population for this research is ready-to-drink (RTD) consumers, students from the State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. The categories of ready-to-drink that became the research object were Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and The Botol Sosro Tawar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling method. The number of samples used by researchers in this study was 116 samples according to Machin and Champbell (1987). The statistic used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. The results show that a healthy lifestyle and brand image positively and significantly affect consumer preferences. Based on these results, "RTD" beverage manufacturers must pay attention to changes in consumer lifestyles that are healthier so that they can bring up innovations to meet consumer needs. In addition, it must also improve its brand image so that it can always be an option for consumers of "RTD" drinks.

Abstract

Consumer perceptions of brands are based on experience and information obtained by consumers. Consumers seek information to evaluate brands before deciding to use the brand. Friends are one of the most effective sources of information in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence of brand image on purchase decision of beauty clinic services that moderated by reference group. This reseach used 220 sample from four beauty clinic services in Surabaya and applied moderating regression analysis to test the research model. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the beauty clinic services, while reference group con not moderating the influence brand image on the decision to use the beauty clinic services. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get the Product Life Cycle’s phase from Dota 2 and CS:GO based on Polli and Cook model and to know the difference of impact of Marketing Event Dota 2 and CS:GO strategy on Product Life Cycle Dota 2 and CS:GO. The method of this research is qualitative. The data used are secondary data collected through documents on the internet. The data processed by the Polli and Cook formulas to produce the Product Life Cycle stages and data on Event Marketing both games are collected and compared each criteria. The results show that product life cycle both online games can be proved by Polli and Cook model. At each stage the two games have different strategies. Dota 2 Product Life Cycle stages are: 1) the introduction phase starts and ends in July 2012; 2) the growth stage starts in July 2012 and ends in November 2012; 3) the maturity phase starts in December 2012 until now. CS:GO Product Life Cycle stages are: 1) introduction phase starts and ends in August 2012; 2) the growth stage starts in August 2012 and ends in January 2014; 3) the maturity stage starts in February 2014 until now.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on online repurchase intention that mediating of satisfaction variable. Samples taken as many as 210 peoples. Measuring instruments used are questionnaire data analysis using path analysis.The results showed that the perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness having a positive and significant influence towards satisfaction. Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness having a positive and significant effect against online repurchase intention . The satisfaction of having a positive and significant effect against online repurchase intention.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berusaha menanamkan berbagai kebiasaan-kebiasaan baik kepada siswa agar bersikap dan bertindak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa. Nilai-nilai  karakter  perlu diajarkan kepada siswa sejak dini karena dengan praktik-praktik pendidikan karakter siswa akan terbangun pikiran, perkataan dan tindakan yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa.Strategi yang di gunakan penulis untuk mewujudkan budaya siswa yang  berkarakter dan peningkatan prestasi siswa di SMKN 5 kendal adalah dengan setrategi DINAR, yaitu karakter disiplin, nasionalisme dan religius.Langkah-langkah yang penulis lakukan diantarannya adalah 1) melakukan kegiatan apel hormat bendera dan menyanyikan lagu Indoseia Raya setiap pagi 10 menit sebelum pembelajaran di mulai, 2) melakukan pembiasaan 5 S ( senyum, sapa, salam , sopan dan santun) setiap bertemu dengn bapak ibu/guru dan karyawan, 3)melakukan pemeriksaaan rutin pemakaian seragam sekolah dan atribut, 4)melakukan taduruas Al Qur’an sebelum pembelajaran di mulai pada jam pertama, 5) melakukan shalat jamaah shalat dhuhur di masjid sekolah, 6) melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan peringatan hari besar agama.Penulis telah melakukan dan mengembangkan setrategi ini sejak tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Kesadaran dan keikhlasan siswa meningkat dalam membangun budaya berkarakter dan berprestasi baik akademik maupun non akademik.   Kata Kunci : DINAR; Budaya Siswa Berkarakter dan Berprestasi

Abstract

Effective and responsive bureaucracy is an important factor in achieving efficiency and professionalism within police institutions. This research identifies the problems faced by the Gayungan Surabaya Sector Police regarding bureaucratic reform to evaluate the impact of bureaucratic reform on institutional performance. This study uses a qualitative approach in its research, involving the use of data collection methods such as participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. The informants in this research are members of the Gayungan Surabaya Sector Police who are actively involved in HR management. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods. This research is expected to be able to identify problems that arise in the bureaucratic reform process and evaluate the impact of the reform. In addition, this research aims to provide policy recommendations that can improve the performance of police institutions in terms of efficiency, responsiveness and professionalism. The contribution of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of bureaucratic reform in improving the performance of police institutions, as well as contributing to the development of human resource management theories, such as change management and Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), which emphasizes the integration of HR policy with strategy organization.
