Abstract

The involvement of children in crime who are in public life is awkward in society. There are many factors that could be behind someone committed a crime, such as: opposition and competition culture, differences in political ideology, density and composition of the population, differences in the distribution of cultural differences in wealth and income, the mentality unstable, as well as factors such basic biological factors, psychological and socioemotional. Many negative impact given by the development, progress and demands on Children, there spotlight very attention that struck the Indonesian Nations Children's happened in the city of Pekanbaru in Riau, one of which criminality committed by the Son. Number of Children criminality committed every turn of the year still amounts.The data were analyzed descriptively ie by making a description or a description of several phenomena found in the field. After all the primary data can be collected from the respondents, were analyzed qualitatively. That the causes of the Children's Criminal particularly in the city of Pekanbaru is due to economic, educational, environmental, law enforcement and is also inseparable from the negligence of parents in educating children.Keywords: Criminal Kids, Prisonof Class II B, Factor Of Criminals

Abstract

Konflik, pertikaian, perebutan hak dan sebagainya sering sekali terjadi di masyarakat, Beragam sebab yang dapat menyulut pertikaian/konflik di tengah masyarakat, baik dikarenakan perebutan lahan/tanah, mempertahankan martabat waniata dan keluarga, menjaga kehormatan dan harga diri, pelanggaran adat, sengketa warisan dan lain sebagainya. Namun seiring itu mekanisme penyelesaian yang dimiliki masyarakat pun beragam caranya. Banjar sebagai suatu komunitas memiliki satu mekanisme dalam menyelesaikan berbagai konflik di masyarakat. Mekanisme itu disebut dengan “adat badamai”, yaitu suatu cara menyelesaikan masalah dengan pendekatan kekeluargaan dan sandarannya adalah Hukum Adat Banjar yang sudah ada sejak lahirnya Undang-Undang Sultan Adam (UUSA).

Abstract

Vidio application is a video streaming application platform that finds many interesting features. The Vidio application has several advantages and disadvantages, which can be seen in user comments on this application in the playstore. It is necessary to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the Vidio application. The data collection technique uses task scenarios and through the SUS questionnaire distributed to users of the Vidio application, to collect and analyze data on user satisfaction with the Vidio application. The method used to analyze the data is using the Usability Testing method. The results of the evaluation on the Vidio application show an efficiency value of 89% in the efficiency aspect, the memorability aspect has a good memory level, the learnability aspect shows an effectiveness value of 97%, and in the satisfaction aspect the Vidio application gets a range of f values

Abstract

This study explores the use of hyperbolic and metaphorical language styles in Rembulan Merah, a novel by Musthafa Luthfi al-Manfaluthi, through a stylistic analysis approach. Language plays a crucial role in literature, serving as a medium for authors to convey emotions, themes, and artistic expression. By analyzing the stylistic choices in this novel, the research aims to uncover the effects, meanings, and intentions behind the author's use of hyperbole and metaphor. The findings indicate that these stylistic devices significantly enhance the novel’s aesthetic and emotional appeal, making the narrative more engaging and impactful for readers. Hyperbole intensifies dramatic moments, emphasizing emotions and ideas in an exaggerated manner to create a lasting impression. Meanwhile, metaphor enriches descriptions, allowing abstract concepts to be conveyed through vivid and relatable imagery. Furthermore, these linguistic techniques contribute to the overall readability of the novel by making complex themes more accessible. The study highlights how al-Manfaluthi's writing style enables readers to immerse themselves in the story, experience the characters’ emotions, and visualize events with greater clarity. Additionally, the use of hyperbole and metaphor helps maintain narrative dynamism, preventing monotony and enhancing literary appreciation. Through this stylistic analysis, the research underscores the importance of language in shaping literary works and engaging readers.
