One of the main problems in the development of the agricultural sector is the lack of capital.Baitul Mal Aceh as one of the Zakat Management Board has issued productive zakat used for business activities.The results showed that the implementation of agribusiness-based business financing program by Baitul Mal Aceh has been effective with the form of qardul hasan or without interest and profit sharing,business capital is revolving,the amount of business capital financing varies from Rp 2.000.000, - - Rp 10.000.000, -, this has an impact on the increase of income mustahik from Rp 2.300.000 - Rp 10.000.000, -From the time side of the mustahik return the current collectability is 91.04%,less current 5.67%,Doubtful 3.28% and no business returns are stalled.The average income of the mustahik after receiving agribusiness-based business financing of Rp 4.310.000 has fulfilled the Decent Living Needs. Revenue mustahik be better since the existence of such financing activities and give multiplier effect to the previous income with an average amount of Rp 2,261,429. The increase of income of the mustahik in the research is 100.75%.

Rubber farmers in Aceh especially in the South West Coast region generally have almost no relationship with the rubber processing plant and Their relationship is limited to merchants at the village level which directly conduct bokar transactions with farmers. Farmers produce bokar as if fulfill commitments with collecting merchants which almost never distinguishes the quality of bokar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial feasibility of developing a crumb rubber processing plant. Data processing methods and the analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to obtain a description of the feasibility aspects of the development of crumb rubber processing industry, that is financial aspect. Results of the research investment cost of crumb rubber processing factory (crumb rubber) capacity 13,200 tons per year (economic life 20 years) is suitable for use with NPV Rp. 550.695.026.000, - NBCR 1.75, IRR 53.62% and payback period 5 years 9 months. Based on sensitivity analysis of rubber plant construction capacity of 5 tons per hour, it is still possible to do this can be seen from the Net B/Caverage above 1, this shows that the construction of a rubber factory is feasible.

Indonesia is one of agrarian countries in the world that rely on the agricultural sector in support of itseconomy. Indonesia had been a self-sufficient country in 1984 and now the government of President Joko Widodo with his Work Cabinet had established UPSUS Pajale program to achieve back the selfsufficiencythat ever lost. This research was conducted in order to analyze UPSUS Pajale strategy in increasing rice production in Big Aceh District and contribution of increasing rice production to economic improvement in Big Aceh District. The results showed that UPSUS Pajale in Big Aceh District did not increase rice production, even decreased production to 230,985 tons in 2015 and 199,248 tons in 2016 compared to before the implementation of UPSUS Pajale 264,190 tons in 2014 and 243,734 tons in 2013. UPSUS Pajale strategy that needs to be implemented in increasing rice production in Big Aceh District is SO (Strength-Opportunity). The implementation of the UPSUS Pajale program in Big Aceh District did not result an increase in the contribution of paddy production to the PDRB and agricultural sector PDRB, and even a decline in rice contribution during the implementation of UPSUS PajaleKeywords: UPSUS Pajale, rice production, regional economic growth

Abstrak.tingkat kesejahteraan petani sering dikaitkan dengan keadaan usahatani yang dicerminkan oleh tingkat pendapatan petani. Penerimaan yang berkurang akan diikuti dengan semakin rendahnya pendapatan yang diterima petani., penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan aspek teknis.. Penarikan Pengambilan sampel dari masing-masing desa dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simple-random sampling). Dari 316 total populasi di ambil 10% maka sampel sebesar 32 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kelayakan finansial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani karet rakyat di kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa layak untuk diusahakan ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan aspek teknis.Kata Kunci :Usahatani, aspek finansial, aspek teknis. Withdrawal Sampling of each village is done with using simple random sampling method. Of the total population 316 taken 10% then the sample of 32 people. The analysis technique used in this research is financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that rubber farming in Langsa Lama district Langsa City is feasible to be sought in terms of financial and technical aspects.Keywords :Farming, financial aspects, technical aspects.

ANALYSISBENEFIT SALES OF HOME INDUSTRY ON MELINJO AND FLOUR’S CHIPS IN PULO PISANG PIDIE CITY Muhammad Azrul/Agribussines Unsyiah ABSTRACT Flour crackers are traditional processed products using starch and wheat flour as the main ingredient. Melinjo is one of the flagship products of Pidie, which is produced in almost all districts. This study aimed to analyze whether the home business industry can provide benefits and do a comparison of income. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of income, ravenue cost ratio, BEP and comparative analysis. The survey results revealed that businesses Home Industry cracker flour and melinjo can provide benefits and melinjo business is more profitable than business of flour cracker. keywords : flour crackers, melinjo crackers, analysis income, comparison of income
