Abstract

Tanaman sayuran merupakan salah satu komoditi tanaman yang memiliki peluang untuk ditingkatkan produksinya. Sehingga dalam melakukan kegiatan usahatani sayuran, analisis perhitungan sangat diperlukan untuk dapat memberikan gambaran tentang produksi serta harga jual yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan petani dalam berusahatani sayur-sayuran. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola tanam usahatani sayuran yang terjadi di Desa Barabung dan mengetahui tingkat pendapatan berdasarkan pola tanam usahatani sayuran di Desa Barabung. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan petani yang yang berusahatani sayuran di Desa Barabung yang berjumlah 15 orang dengan penngambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara sensus pada petani-petani yang melakukan kegiatan usahatani sayuran di Desa Barabung. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini digunakan pada penelitian yang memiliki jumlah sampel terbatas. Sehingga seluruh populasi pada penelitian ini dijadikan sampel yaitu sejumlah 15 orang. Dimana 6 orang menerapkan pola tanam monokultur dan 9 orang menerapkan pola tanam tumpang sari selama tiga musim tanam dalam setahun terakhir. Data diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis pendapatan menggunakan B/C ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keuntungan pola tanam tumpang sari lebih tinggi dari pola tanam monokultur.

Abstract

Abstrak. Bawang merah  merupakan komoditas sayuran umbi yang populer dikalangan masyarakat yang telah lama dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap bawang merah dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dan daya beli masyarakat yang cenderung naik. Kota Banda Aceh tidak cukup untuk melakukan supply bawang merah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang cukup tinggi, sehingga didatangkan bawang merah dari beberapa daerah diantaranya Kota Medan. Bawang merah Medan merupakan jenis bawang bombai yang di impor dari India, Cina, dan Thailand dan dipasok melalui distributor dari Kota Medan. Perbedaan harga jual bawang merah, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan pendapatan keluarga menjadi penyebab terjadinya perbedaan permintaan antara bawang bombai dan bawang merah Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbedaan  permintaan antara bawang bombai dan bawang merah Aceh pada konsumen di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar peunayong menggunakan 60 sample diantaranya 30 orang konsumen bawang bombai, dan 30 orang konsumen bawang merah Aceh. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier beganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permintaaan bawang bombai dipengaruhi oleh harga bawang bombai, dan pendapatan keluarga. Sedangkan permintaan bawang merah Aceh dipengaruhi oleh harga bawang merah Aceh, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga.Comparative Analysis of The Demand for Onions and Aceh’s Shallots in Banda Aceh CityAbstract. Shallots are a popular  root vegetable commodity that has been cultivated in Indonesia for a long time. Community needs for shallots from year to year have increased along with population growth and people's purchasing power tends to go up. The city of Banda Aceh is not sufficient to supply shallots to fulfill the community needs whice are quite high, so onions are imported from several regions including the city of Medan. Medan shallot is a type of onion imported from India, China, and Thailand and supplied through distributors from Medan City. The difference in the selling price of shallots, the  number of familydependents and family income is the cause of the difference in demand between Aceh's onions and shallots. This study aims to analyze the differences in demand between onions and Aceh shallots and among consumers in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at the Peunayong market using 60 samples, including 30 consumers of onions, and 30 consumers of Aceh's shallots. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) .The results showed that the demand for onions are influenced by the price of onions and family income. Meanwhile, the demand for Aceh's shallots are influenced by the price of Aceh's shallots and the number of family dependents.

Abstract

The increasingly widespread presence of modern coffee shops is triggered by  the changes in lifestyle of urban communities in Indonesia which trigger changes in coffee consumption patterns, where consumers now consider coffee as a lifestyle. The increase in the number of modern coffee shop businesses in Banda Aceh City proves that the coffee buyers in Banda Aceh City are very large. Therefore, it is important for modern coffee shop business owners to have their own advantages in the eyes of consumers compared to their competitors in order to gain customer loyalty. A total of 100 samples were taken from the 5 largest and most popular modern coffee shops in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City. Based on the research data, it is obtained that together the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Service (X4), Promotion (X5), and Health Protocol (X6) have a significant influence on Consumer Decisions in choosing a modern coffee shop during the Covid-19 pandemic in Syiah Kuala District.

Abstract

The rattan handicraft industry in Keude Bieng Village has produced various kinds of rattan handicraft products such as chairs, flower pots, trash cans, and serving hoods so that they can be comfortable and have their own charm compared to other rattan products. This study aims to determine what internal factors and external factors influence the strategy of developing rattan handicraft business in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District, and to determine the strategy of developing rattan handicraft business in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District. . The object of this research is focused on the strategy of developing the rattan handicraft industry in Keude Bieng Village and the scope of the research is limited to the strategy of developing the rattan handicraft industry in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District. The method used in this research is a case study. The results showed that the internal factors that could support the development of the rattan craft business in Keudee Bieng Village were the strength factor which included good product quality, while the weakness factor was the lack of promotion in product marketing that had not been implemented. Meanwhile, external factors that can support and hinder the growth and development of the rattan craft business in Keudee Bieng Village are opportunity factors which include potential locations that support the business and threat factors include the influence of competitors' entry. With this, external and internal factors have a significant effect on the strategy of developing rattan handicraft business in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District. The most appropriate is to use an aggressive strategy, namely a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of existing opportunities. Rattan craft business owners should carry out marketing management through digital marketing promotions and directly to all consumers, especially those in the Aceh area, so that it will expand consumer interest to buy and minimize the entry of competitors in the rattan craft business in Keudee Bieng, so that it will minimize the weaknesses that arise. exist in the industry, and can maintain existing strengths and opportunities.

Abstract

While in the 2016, Aceh Besar government had printed 512 acres new paddy field successfully that scattered in several villages. The new paddy field that had been printed successfully had been realized by 100% as the planned target, but several villages didn’t reach the planting area target. It means there still hurdles in the several villages that hindering so that new paddy field can’t be used as the planting area, especially Jantho district. Therefore, it’s necessary to have an evaluation of the success of a new paddy field printing program. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the evaluation of a new paddy field printing program based on CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Researchers used descriptive analysis based on CIPP model program. The result of this research show that the paddy field printing program that had been done in Kota Jantho district still has several ineffective aspects from each CIPP  component based on descriptive analyzing and CIPP model program evaluation. The ineffective aspects are 1) Agricultural conseling officers (PPL) availability, 2) New rice field printing program recipients (farmers) availability, 3) Aceh Besar government’s supports, 4) The Hurdles faced by the farmers in utilizing the new rice field printed and 5) The rice’s  harvest growth in Kota Jantho district.
