Abstract

Smoking can increase death risk from many types of cancers (ec : lung cancer), heart stroke, throat inflammation, and pregnancy disease. Students of Medical Faculty of Riau University have capability and good knowledge about health and the smoking effect. But from the research showed that there were several of them smoking. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. Informans in this research were the smoking students of Medical Faculty of Riau University with total 5 respondents. Accumulation of data, observation, and the collected data was explained as qualitative. The economic social background of informans was from high-status family which it made them bought cigarettes easily. The result showed that family and friends had relation with smoking attitude. But the informans said friends were main factor. Personal factor also influenced them to smoke, and they said smoking could make disappear their bored and daily problems.Keywords : student of medical faculty, smoking activity, smoking factor.

Abstract

Implementation refers to concrete steps and the process of applying a concept, plan, or solution into real-world practice. In the context of the public sector, implementation includes the process of applying policies, programs, or projects within government or public institutions. The implementation process requires coordination, resource management, and continuous evaluation to ensure the success of the application. Financial accounting implementation in the public sector plays a crucial role in supporting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing public entity finances. However, government agencies often face complex challenges in implementing financial accounting systems, such as complex regulations, unclear procedures, and the need for adequate resources. Therefore, this research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of financial accounting in government institutions to identify specific barriers and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial accounting systems in the public sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) untuk menganalisis implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMA Negeri 5 Kendari; dan 2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMA Negeri 5 Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu peneliti memberikan gambaran secara ilmiah dari data yang didapatkan di lapangan mengenai Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMA Negeri 5 Kendari. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, 3 orang guru dan 4 orang siswa jadi total keseluruhannya adalah 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Model Milles & Huberman, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dilakukan melalui dua tema, yaitu kearifan lokal dan gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Perencanaan projek melibatkan pembentukan tim fasilitator, penilaian kesiapan, serta perancangan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu. Pelaksanaan projek mencakup persiapan sumber belajar, penjelasan tugas, pembagian kelompok, dan pelaksanaan projek. Evaluasi projek bersifat menyeluruh dengan fokus pada proses, menggunakan berbagai bentuk asesmen yang melibatkan peserta didik. Faktor pendukung meliputi partisipasi guru dan sekolah dalam pengembangan kurikulum, kualifikasi guru, dan ketersediaan materi pendidikan. Sementara faktor penghambatnya termasuk karakteristik peserta didik yang beragam dan status projek sebagai bagian dari kurikulum baru.
