Abstract

Proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang telah disusun dosen di awal perkuliahan, tetapi dosen terkadang mengalami beberapa hambatan sehingga perkuliahan tidak berjalan dengan baik. Perkuliahan dilakukan 15x tatap muka, dan Unesa telah menyediakan fasilitas daring  sebanyak 4x. Fasilitas perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring) merupakan bagian penting dalam pembelajaran saat ini, karena perkuliahan daring dapat menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka, sehingga hal ini menjadi alasan pengembangan perkuliahan secara daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan perguruan tinggi terhadap tantangan digital dan respon mahasiswa pada perkuliahan daring. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode addie dan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan perkuliahan dengan daring pada mata kuliah Pengantar Hukum Indonesia (PHI) dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang praktis dan mudah dipahami oleh mahasiswa S1 Hukum melalui beberapa tahap mulai dari pemetaan, pelaksanaan pembuatan media daring, pelaksanaan perkuliahan secara daring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui tugas. Pelaksanaan  kuliah daring memerlukan evaluasi persiapan perguruan tinggi, dosen dan mahasiswa.  Beberapa masukan dari segi media dan konten (isi) telah diperbaiki oleh tim peneliti dan pembelajaran daring telah siap untuk diberikan pada mahasiswa.   Kata kunci : metode addie, Pengantar Hukum Indonesia, ahli media, ahli hukum, pembelajaran daring AbstractThe learning process is by following with the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) that has been prepared by the lecturer at the beginning of the lecture, but the lecturer sometimes experiences some obstacles so that the lecture does not go well. Lectures are conducted 15x face-to-face, and Unesa has provided 4x online facilities. Online lecture facilities are an important part of learning today because online lectures can replace face-to-face learning, so this is the reason for developing online lectures. This research was conducted to determine the readiness of tertiary institutions for digital challenges and student responses to online lectures. The research uses the addie method and data collection uses structured interviews and analyzed with descriptive qualitative. The results and discussion show that the development of online lectures in Indonesian Law Introduction (PHI) courses using teaching materials that are practical and easily understood by S1 Law students through several stages ranging from mapping, implementing online media creation, online lecturing and evaluating online done through assignments. Implementation of online lectures requires an evaluation of the preparation of tertiary institutions, lecturers and students. Some input in terms of media and content has been improved by the research team and online learning is ready to be given to students.    Keywords: The Addie method, Introduction to Indonesian Law, media experts, legal experts, online learning

Abstract

The anti-corruption movement introduces the publik that prevention efforts are better than efforts to eradicate corruption itself. This case has been conducted by an anti-corruption activist representing the community. The purpose of this research is to know the experience and understanding in supporting and realizing the anti-corruption movement as an effort to prevent corruption in East Java society. This type of research is sociological juridical and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the discussion showed that Malang Corruption Watch (MCW) and the Judicial Commission of the Republik of Indonesia liaising East Java had implemented an anti-corruption movement with a focus on publik education and capacity building for youth and students and had exercised their authority and duties in realizing judges who were committed to implementing the Code of Ethics and the Judge's Conduct Guidelines (KEPPH) by monitoring special hearings on corruption cases.

Abstract

The absence of implementation instructions by formulating strategies as a model for company management as well as the company's initial provision in providing equal opportunities and preparing access to workers with disabilities. To formulate a management model as a recommendation for private companies in the policies of the district/city/provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office and agencies in the city/district government or State-Owned Enterprises companies, and as a recommendation for the preparation of academic texts of regional regulations in Indonesia. The results that the real problem is the environment or society's perspective, and companies can consider the advantages of workers with disabilities, in the form of character and abilities as well as a good image for companies. Adjustment the company's commitment to providing additional funds to prepare human resources and additional facilities to meet the needs in the work environment, increasing in the form of training on the awareness of other workers as well as awareness that persons with disabilities have rights as workers, and as business opportunities and benefits, or through company activity in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. More recently, the synergy between companies, the government and the community of people with disabilities, in the form of imposition of rewards based on the number of permanent workers and temporary workers of people with disabilities to all companies.

Abstract

Activities in the complaints form from victims who feel libel by others have increased and occurred at all levels of the police in Indonesia. Everyone can feel offended by different insults, so the law enforcement of criminal offenses based on Article 310 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code requires objectivity to accusations of defamation. The research points to a detriment as the basis for defamation, it is the concrete form of this detrimental requires further study as a manifestation of the substitute for defamation in the public interest.  This article aims to validate the objectivity of the victim's alleged insult and defamation allegations.  Article uses normative research type and conceptual approach with qualitative analysis. The defamation case regarding the meaning of the public interest. Justice is a baseline with the realization in concrete situations. The interest form of the community through the property by demanding actions that are proportional, appropriate, balanced, and in harmony with the rights of everyone. An emphasis on values prevailing in society (morals and customs).  There are direct interests that are primarily economic.  Then, the basis for filing a victim's complaint requires concrete evidence of the consequences of the alleged defamation, namely losses. Calculation of Losses.  The specific requirement is that material or immaterial loss arise during the pre-contractual, contractual, and post-contractual periods.  The complainant or victim must show the contract between the complainant and the offender.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran sebaiknya sesuai dengan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang sudah disusun dosen di awal perkuliahan, tetapi dosen terkadang mengalami beberapa hambatan sehingga perkuliahan tidak berjalan dengan baik. Perkuliahan dilakukan 15x tatap muka dengan pertemuan ke 8 adalah UTS dan pertemuan ke 16 adalah UAS, dan dosen harus kesulitan mengganti waktu perkuliahan untiuk memenuhi 15 tatap muka. Beberapa tahun ini, Unesa menyediakan fasilitas daring  sebanyak 4x. Fasilitas perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring) merupakan bagian penting dalam pembelajaran saat ini, karena perkuliahan daring bisa menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka saat dosen berhalangan hadir, sehingga hal ini menjadi alasan pengembangan perkuliahan secara daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan perguruan tinggi terhadap tantangan digital dan respon mahasiswa adanya kegiatan perkuliahan daring. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan perkuliahan dengan daring pada mata kuliah Pengantar Hukum Indonesia (PHI) dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang praktis dan mudah dipahami oleh mahasiswa S1 Hukum melalui beberapa tahap mulai dari pemetaan, pelaksanaan pembuatan media daring, pelaksanaan perkuliahan secara daring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui tugas. Pelaksanaan  kuliah daring memerlukan evaluasi persiapan perguruan tinggi juga memerlukan evaluasi dari mahasiswa.  Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan  menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi mahasiswa dengan dosen melalui pembelajaran daring PHI memerlukan dukungan dari perguruan tinggi dan dosen, dukungan perguruan tinggi dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana dan dosen menyiapkan materi ajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran daring tersebut diberikan Sementara mahasiswa telah mennunjukkan motivasi yang cenderung meningkat  sebab mahasiswa memerlukan variasi tersendiri yang berbeda dengan perkuliahan tatap muka,   dan mereka  lebih menyukai  pembelajaran daring sebagai variasi cara mengembangkan  dan penyampaian materi. Kata kunci : respon mahasiswa, Pengantar Hukum Indonesia, perkuliahan daring
