Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang berjudul “Kemampuan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh Menulis Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi” mengangkat masalah bagaimanakah kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh dalam menuliskan laporan hasil observasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh, tahun pelajaran 2015/ 2016 yang berjumlah 124 siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh yang mengambil 5 orang siswa dari tiap kelas secara random. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik penugasan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh menulis teks laporan hasil observasi adalah 71. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh dalam menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berdasarkan isi adalah 65 . Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh dalam menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berdasarkan struktur teks adalah 73. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh dalam menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berdasarkan penggunaan bahasa adalah 80. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh dalam menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berdasarkan ejaan dan tanda baca adalah 67. Nilai tersebut berada dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian, kemampuan rata-rata siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh menulis teks laporan hasil observasi dikategorikan baik.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Siswa, menulis, teks laporan hasil observasi. ABSTRACT The study, titled "The ability Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh Writing Text Reports Observations" raise the issue of how the ability of seventh grade students of SMPN 18 Banda Aceh in writing a report on the results of observation. The study population was all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh, the academic year 2015/2016, amounting to 124 students. Number of samples of this study were 25 students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh which took 5 students from each class were randomly. The method used is descriptive method-quantitative data collection techniques are techniques assignment. The result showed that the average value of the ability of students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh write the text of the report on the observation of 71. The average value of the ability of students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh in writing the text of the report on the observation based on the contents is 65. The average value of the ability of students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh in writing the text of the report on the observation based on the structure of the text is 73. The average value of the ability of students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh in writing the text of the report on the observation by the use of language is 80. the average value of the ability of students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh in writing the text of the report on the observation based on spelling and punctuation is 67. these values are in good category. Thus, the average ability students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh write the text of the report on the observation well categorized.Keywords: Ability Students, writing, text reports on the results of observation

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian berjudul “Kemampuan Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh Menyusun Teks Cerita Fabel” ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh dalam menyusun teks cerita fabel dengan langkah dan cara yang benar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 234 siswa dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 siswa.Penelitian tersebut dikatakan dengan penelitian kuantitatif karena menggunakan rumus dan angka dalam pembahasan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes buatan guru dan tes sekitar. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik statistik sederhana dalam bentuk penghitungan nilai rata-rata (mean). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan rata-rata atau nilai rata-rata siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh menyusun teks cerita fabel yaitu 79,28. Berdasarkan kategori nilai yang menjadi acuan penelitian ini nilai rata-rata 79,28 berada pada kategori baik. Nilai kemampuan rata-rata siswa VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh dalam menyusun teks cerita fabel berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan nilai peraspek yang dibahas, aspek menyusun cerita fabel berdasarkan struktur teks, siswa mendapatkan nilai 100 dengan  kategori istimewa. Berdasarkan unsur kebahasaan, siswa yang memperoleh nilai sangat baik berjumlah 2 orang siswa atau sebesar 6,25%. Siswa yang memperoleh nilai baik sebanyak 24 orang siswa sebesar 75%. Siswa yang memperoleh nilai sedang 6 orang siswa. Perolehan persentasenya juga 18,75%. Tidak ada siswa yang memperoleh nilai cukup dan kurang sehingga persentase nilai kurang adalah 0%.Kata kunci: Kemampuan siswa, menyusun, teks cerita, fabel. ABSTRACT The study entitled "The ability Student Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh Prepare Text Story Fabel" is intended to describe the ability of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh in drafting the text fable by step and the right way. The study population was class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh the school year 2015/2016, amounting to 234 students and the sample in the study were 32 siswa.Penelitian is said to quantitative research because it uses a formula and figures in the discussion of the study. The data collection was done by using teacher-made tests and tests around. Processing data using simple statistical techniques in the form of calculating the value of the average (mean). The result showed that the ability of the average or the average value of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh compose text fable namely 79.28. Based on the value of the reference category this study the average value of 79.28 was good category. The value of average ability students of SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh in drafting the text fables that are in either category. Based on the value per the aspects discussed, aspects compose fables based on the structure of the text, students receive a score of 100 with a special category. Based on the elements of language, students who obtain excellent value amounted to 2 students or 6.25%. Students who get good value as many as 24 students by 75%. Students whose grades were 6 students. Acquisition rates are also 18.75%. No student who obtained sufficient value and less so percentages less value is 0%.Keywords: Students' abilities, compose, text stories, fables.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berupaya melihat kemampuan siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi, dan (2) bagaimana kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menemukan ciri informasi teks cerita biografi. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi, dan (2) mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menemukan ciri informasi dari masing-masing struktur teks cerita biografi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 142 orang siswa yang tersebar ke dalam 6 kelas. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara acak, tiap kelas diambil sampel 4 atau 5 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata Kemampuan Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi adalah 66. Nilai tersebut berada dalam kategori cukup yang berada pada rentang nilai 56-69 (Depdiknas, 2006:57). Dengan demikian, Kemampuan rata-rata siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi dikategorikan cukup. Namun, bila dinilai dari masing-masing aspek dalam menentukan struktur teks cerita biografi siswa memperoleh nilai 68, dan dalam menemukan ciri informasi siswa memperoleh nilai 62. Menurut klasifikasi yang diterbitkan Depdiknas (2006:57) nilai 68 dan 62 berada pada rentang nilai 56-69. Ini berada pada kategori cukup.Kata kunci: Kemampuan, teks, cerita biografi.                                                                                        ABSTRACT This study seeks to look at the ability of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh determine the structure of the story text biography. The method used in this reseach is descriptive-quantitative. The study population was all class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh the school year 2015/2016 which amounts to 142 the students spread into 6 classes. Samples were taken totaling 29 students. Techniques of data retrieval is done randomly, each class taken 4 or 5 students. The results showed that the average ability of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh determine the structure of the story text biography is 66. These values are in enough categories that are in the range of values 56-69 (MONE, 2006:57). Therefore, the ability of the average class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh determine the structure of the story text biography categorized enough. However, when jugged from each aspect in determining the structure of the story text biographies of students gain value of 68, and in finding the characteristics of the information students gain value 62. According to the classification published Ministry of Education (2006:57) grades 68 and 62 are in the value range 56-69. This is the category enough.Keywords: Capability, text, narrative biography
