This study aims (1) to analyze the omzet level of micro, small and medium enterprises before and after the existence of Indomaret and Alfamart. (2) Analyzing the growth rate of turnover of micro, small and medium enterprises before and after the existence of Indomaret and Alfamart. (3) Analyzing the number of buyers who came to the micro, small, and medium enterprise stores before and after the existence of Indomaret and Alfamart. (4) Analyze changes in the opening hours of micro, small, and medium business stores before and after the existence of Indomaret and Alfamart. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to ninety respondents spread across the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, a quantitative descriptive analysis tool was used which aims to describe a phenomenon, event, symptom, and incident that occurred factually, systematically, and accurately and a sign test which aims to determine the impact of the effect of the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises before and after the existence of Indomaret and Alfamart. The results of the sign test of the ninety respondents studied based on the 5% significance level indicated that the p-value <0.05 meant that there was a significant impact. These results indicate a change in the level of turnover, profit and store opening hours due to the presence of Indomaret and Alfamart around micro, small and medium enterprises.Keywords: Impact, UMKM, Indomaret, Alfamart

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the home industry of raw cassava chips in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The population and sample in this study was the home industry of raw cassava chips in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, amounting to 10 businesses. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interview methods and recording methods. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis covering market aspects and technical and technological aspects, socioeconomic aspects, aspects of human resources, while quantitative analysis is performed to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) , Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), and Break Event Point (BEP) The results of this study indicate that the home industry of raw cassava chips in the Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City is worth working on. This can be seen from the results of financial analysis which shows the average NPV value of Rp. 41,612,964,991> 0, the average B / C Ratio is 1.49> 1, the average Net B / C Ratio is 4.25, and the production BEP analysis reaches 748.47kg, 760.10kg, respectively 547.59kg, 691.71kg, 321.85kg, 566.38kg, 513.17kg, 443.01kg, 358.91kg, and 456, 06kg with the selling price per kilogram of Rp.12,000 respectivelyKeywords: Cassava Chips, Home Industry, and Feasibility

This study aims to see the feasibility of the brown sugar household industry in the village of gemalasari, Rangsang District, Kepualuan Meranti Regency. The population and sample in this study were brown sugar home industries in Gemalasari Village which stated 10 businesses. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Technique data through observation methods, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is quantitative and descriptive analysis. Financial analysis is performed to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefeit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). And descriptive analysis to analyze nonfinancial feasibility such as market aspects, technical aspects, and socioeconomic aspects. The results of this study indicate that the brown sugar home industry in Gemalasari Village, Rangsang Subdistrict, Meranti Islands Regency is feasible to be developed. This can be seen from the results of the financial feasibility analysis which shows the NPV value of 28,826,971.1> 0, B / C Ratio 1.06> 1, IRR 32.5%> 12% and the payback period (PP) 2 years 1 month 28 days. So it can be denied that the brown sugar household industry in Gemalasari Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency is feasible to develop financially in the research area.Keywords: small industry chop, brown sugar, Financial and non financial feasibility analysis, NPV, B / C Ratio, IRR, PP

This study aims to determine how much influence the capital, the number of hours worked and the length of business to business income. The object which is used as the target of this research is the small and medium industry in Dumai City. The sample used in this study were 74 small and medium industrial business units using proportional stratified random sampling method. Conducted in JuneJuly 2020. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with data explanation in the form of numbers, using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS version 23.0 application. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the variables of business capital and length of business have a positive and significant effect on the income of small industry enterpreneur. Meanwhile, the variable number of hours worked has a negative value and has no effect on the income of small industry enterpreneur. The variable that has the largest partial regression coefficient is the variable capital, with a coefficient value of 0.168 and a significant level of 0.000, this shows that the variable capital is the variable that has the most influence or dominance on the income of small industry enterpreneur at Dumai City.Keywords: capital, small and medium industry, number of hours worked, length of business, income

This study aims to see the feasibility of establishing a peyek cracker business in Pelalawan Regency in terms of marketing, supply of raw materials, socio-economic and financial aspects. This research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency. The object of research is small cracker crackers in Pelalawan district. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis to see the feasibility of the Peyek cracker business in terms of marketing, socio-economic and quantitative data analysis to see the feasibility of the Peyek cracker business, finance by using Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return. Results From research conducted on 25 respondents, it is known that the feasibility of Peyek crackers for business fans from the marketing aspect is included in the feasible category. In terms of raw materials, the establishment of the Peyek cracker business is feasible to be determined. From the socio-economic aspect, the fried banana fan business is feasible to open and generate profits, the Peyek cracker business in the financial aspect of the Net Present Value of Rp 97,505,378>0, then the Peyek cracker business is feasible to be established. Value Benefit Cost Ratio is 1.23>1, then Peyek cracker business is feasible to be established. The value of the Internal Rate of Return is 46.88%>12%, so the Peyek cracker business is feasible to be established in Pelalawan district.Keywords : feasibility business, peyek cracker

Photocopying business is a small business whose implementation does not really require a high level of education, so that it can help open up job opportunities for human resources who have low education and will reduce the unemployment rate. will later encourage people's purchasing power and in time can contribute to the regional economy. Therefore, this study aims to determine the feasibility of a photocopying business around the Riau University, Pekanbaru campus. The population in this study were all photocopying service businesses around the Riau University campus which amounted to 14 photocopying service industries which were also used as research samples. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis technique or feasibility test. The results of this study indicate that in terms of financial aspects, namely NPV, BC Ratio and IRR for 14 photocopying business actors in the Riau University campus environment, it is feasible to run and from non-financial aspects, namely legal aspects, market aspects, technical and technological aspects and aspects of non-financial aspects. economic and social is also feasible to run.Keywords : Analysis Business Feasibility,, Photocopying Business, UMKM

This research was conducted on the Durian Pancake industry in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital, raw materials, and labor on the production of Durian Pancake industry in Pekanbaru City. The data used are secondary and primary data. This secondary data was sourced from the Cooperative and UMKM offices of Pekanbaru City, while the primary data was obtained from as questionaire conducted through interviews with 9 respondents of the durian pancake industry in the City of Pekanbaru. The theory used in this study is a theory relating to production factors, namely the Cobb-Douglas production function. The Data analysis method in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples, namely 9 samples of Durian Pancake industry in Pekanbaru City. Data processing using SPSS application version 23.0.the variables used are capital,raw materials, and labor in the Durian Pancake industry in Pekanbaru City. The result showed that the variables capital, raw materials, and labor had a significant effect on durian pancake production. The results of multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination R2 value is 0.837.This means that capital, raw materials, and labor have an important role in the level of production in the durian pancake industry in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Production, Capital, Raw Materials, Labor, and Durian Pancake

This study aims to determine the impact of the pre and ongoing Covid-19 pandemic on the business profits of MSMEs in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a comparative descriptive and quantitative method. The population in this study were MSME actors in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City and registered at the Pekanbaru City Cooperative and UMKM Service, totaling 14,563 units of UMKM players in Pekanbaru City and 6,155 units of UMKM players in Payung Sekaki District. In this study, researchers used simple random sampling. From the above calculations, it can be seen that the number of samples to be studied is as many as 98 respondents. The data in this study were analyzed by Different Test or Paired T-test. The results of this study indicate that the impact prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on the capital of MSMEs in the Pekanbaru City Area was Rp. 10,000,000– Rp. 19,999,999 and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period the capital was <Rp. 10,000,000. The impact before the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on the turnover of MSMEs in the City of Pekanbaru was Rp. 10,000,000 - Rp. 19,999,999 and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, the turnover was Rp. 10,000,000. The impact prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on the benefits of MSMEs in the Pekanbaru City Area of Rp. 10,000,000 - Rp. 19,999,999 and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, a profit of Rp. 10,000,000.Keywords: The Covid-19 Pandemic, Economy

The purpose of this reseach are to analyze the feasibility of wood carving craft business in Pekanbaru City. Data were collected by observation and questionanaire methods with a total of 3 entrepeneur as respondents. The reseach method applicated is descriptive analysis on non-financial aspects which include market, technical, technology, socio-economic, dan legal aspects, while quantitative analysis is implement ot analyze of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). Analysis result obtained on financial aspect are that this business has meet the feasibility measure based on investment criteria.Iwan Souvenir’s NPV is Rp 143.950.846 > 0, B/C Ratio is 1,2851 > 1, IRR value is higher thant interest rate applied (12%) which is 34,5%, and obtaining result from Payback Period calculation are 1 year, 4 months, and 2 days. Urban Green is Rp 111.223.443 > 0, B/C Ratio is 1.2589 > 1, IRR value is higher than interest rate applied (12%) which is 38.5%, and obtaining results from Payback Period calculation are 3 year, 5 months, and 2 days.
