Abstract

Latar Belakang : Peran perawat jiwa identik dengan perilaku caring dan empati dalam menangani klien dengan ganguan jiwa, keterlibatan emosional dalam berempati dapat meyebabkan stres, kecemasan dan depresi yang dapat memicu terjadinya compassion fatigue pada perawat jiwa. Compassion fatigue menjadi tren dan isu dalam keperawatan, yang membutuhkan perhatian yang serius akibat dampak yang ditimbulkan. Compassion fatigue adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kombinasi antara burnout (BO) dan stress traumatic secondary (STS) yang merupakan kelelahan fisik dan psikologis yang menjadi gambaran akan bahaya kerja pada perawat jiwa yang menjalankan perannya sebagai care giving dalam memberikan perilaku caring pada klien mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan compassion fatigue pada perawat jiwa di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum Kabupaten Banjar. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, tempat penelitian di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum Kabupaten Banjar pada bulan Maret, jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 perawat jiwa menggunakan kuesioner, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan spearman rho. Hasil : Hasil uji statistik menunjukan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan BO (p=0,005), usia dengan STS (p=0,002), tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan compassion satisfaction (p=0,139), ada hubungan antara status pernikahan dengan BO (p=0,000), status pernikahan dengan STS (p=0,000), status pernikahan dengan compassion satisfaction (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan BO (p=0,000), stres kerja dengan STS (p=0,000), stres kerja dengan compassion satisfaction (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara empati dengan BO (p=0,021), empati dengan STS (p=0,031), tidak ada hubungan antara empati dengan compassion satisfaction (p=0,161). Kesimpulan : Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan compassion fatigue pada perawat jiwa antara lain usia, status pernikahan, stres kerja, dan empati di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum Kabupaten Banjar.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. To analyze criminal responsibility towards children as perpetrators of criminal acts of theft in the jurisdiction of the Pati District Court. 2. To analyze constraints in the implementation of criminal responsibility against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of theft in the jurisdiction of the Pati District Court and their solutions. The research method used is juridical empirical. Research results and discussion The background of the crime of theft committed by children is various factors, including; lack of parental attention and supervision. The occurrence of the criminal act of theft, not only raises legal problems but also creates economic problems and social problems in the community, because it is an act that is detrimental to the state and to this act the state reacts with punishment as the last resort (Ultimum Remedium)Accountability for the verdict of case Number: 5 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2017 / PN Pati, with the defendant WES Known as Wn Bin S having been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the crime of "Theft in Aggravating Circumstances"; as regulated and punishable under Article 363 paragraph (1) 4 of the Criminal Code as in the single indictment, imposes a crime against the child of WES Known as W Bin S, in the form of imprisonment for 7 (seven) months at the LPKA (Special Development Institution for Children), arrest and detention that has been served by the child is fully deducted from the sentence imposed, so that the child remains detained, by charging the child a case fee of IDR 2,500 (two thousand and five hundred rupiah).

Abstract

The results showed that the majority of manufacturers micro and kecildi Special RegionYogyakartabelum have a halal certificate, some others even labeled halal themselves without acertificate of kosher and halal label does not list an official of BPJPH (Halal Product SecurityAgency). Efforts legal protection of the consumer by the government in food products that are notlabeled halal is to set up surveillance guarantees halal products, the issuance of an Act to regulate thecertification and labeling of halal, socializing, appeals or withdrawal of products that violate theprovisions of halal labeling, the establishment of the agency organizing halal product assurance, theestablishment of halal audit institution, formed auditor kosher, halal label the presence of officialand criminal sanctions for violating the provisions stipulated in the Act. Obstacles faced by foodmanufacturers in labeled halal is halal labels mandatory, but only a small part for businesses whoare conscious about the importance of label kosher, halal certification process complicated, difficult,cost factors and conditions and process that takes time old makes businesses reluctant to take care ofit. It is suggested to producers or businesses to pay attention to consumer rights. to consumers to bemore careful in buying food that is not labeled halal, to the government to seriously address the issueof halal labeling so that consumers' rights guaranteed.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between nurses’ caring behavior and the satisfaction of inpatients at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. Caring is the core of nursing practice, encompassing a holistic concern for patients, while patient satisfaction is an important indicator of healthcare quality. This study employed a quantitative research design. The population consisted of all inpatients at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. The instruments used were a caring behavior questionnaire based on Jean Watson’s theory and a patient satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test with a significance level of 0.01. The results showed that most nurses were perceived as having good caring behavior, and the majority of patients reported being satisfied with the services provided. Statistical testing revealed a significant relationship between nurses’ caring behavior and inpatient satisfaction (p-value = 0.01; r = 0.504), with the strength of the relationship categorized as moderate. The study concludes that the better the nurses’ caring behavior, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. It is recommended that the hospital continue to enhance nurses’ caring competence through training, supervision, and regular evaluation, so that the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction can be continuously improved.
