Abstract

Currently the Social Service has implemented a centralized computed population data collection, which has resulted in the social office unable to optimally process data on its citizens. The data processing still has several shortcomings that need to be overcome, namely in determining the value of the criteria for classifying the level of poverty of the population, which is carried out at the center. This study describes the classification of the poor as a breakthrough in producing information to the Social Service and the public about the level of poverty in Tegal Regency. This system is a website-based application designed for Social Service officers to process data on the poor. The method used in this application uses a weighting and ranking method. The result of this research is a website-based application that can classify poor residents, villages and sub-districts.

Abstract

Each study program seeks to improve the quality of education and accreditation. One element that becomes the value of accreditation is students who graduate on time. The more active students, the more students will graduate on time. Thus, the head of the study program needs to make predictions of students who will be inactive in the next semester. To make predictions, we must determine what features are needed. This article is the result of feature selection research to predict the active status of students. The selection of features using seven features using the RandomForest package from R Studio. One feature as output is the active status of students and six features as input i.e; grade point (GP), grade point average (GPA), parent work, school majors, school category, and student hometown. The results of the selection of features show the strongest features to the weakest are; grade points (GP), grade point average (GPA), work of parents, majors of origin, schools of origin, and student hometown

Abstract

The presence of students in the classroom is one way to supervise students. Evidence of the presence of students in the classroom is still done manually, ie signature presence. The aim of this research is to build a back-end information system that can be used to manage student attendance recapitulation named e-abseni. The Codeigniter framework is used to build this system in order to get a good result. Benefits of the research conducted is to provide assistance in policy making about the presence of students. With e-absensi is expected to assist in the process of calculating the attendance of students in the class that the number of attendance is a requirement to take the exam, both Mid Semester Exam (UTS) and Semester Exam (UAS).

Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi berkembang pesat. Sistem aplikasidiberbagai bidang merupakan suatu keharusan bagi suatu instansi/perusahaan untuk memanfaatkaninformasi sebagai basis administrasi dan pengolahan data. Karlita International Hotel Kota Tegalmerupakan suatu perusahaan yang bertugasmenyediakan informasi reservasi sewa kamar hotel. KarlitaInternational Hotel memiliki sebuah sistem informasi data pegawai beserta penggajiannya yaitudengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, akan tetapi sistem tersebut masih jauh dari efisien dan efektif.Menurut Jogiyanto (2001: 12) aplikasi merupakan penerapan, menyimpan sesuatu hal, data,permasalahan yang ada sehingga berubah menjadi sesuatu bentuk yang baru tanpa menghilangkannilai-nilai dasar dari hal data,permasalahan, pekerjaan itu sendiri. Aplikasi Pengolahan Gaji KaryawanPada Karlita International Hotel dapat dibuat sehingga dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat dalammengolah gaji karyawan.Kata kunci: Penggajian, Aplikasi, Borland Delphi

Abstract

Salah satu UMKM kuliner di Jawa Tengah masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan media digital untuk menampilkan profil usaha, promosi produk, serta belum didukung oleh sistem pemesanan online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendukung digitalisasi usaha melalui pembuatan website profil dan layanan pemesanan online. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, pengembangan sistem, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada mitra yang melibatkan 2 orang pengelola usaha. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola website serta memanfaatkan fitur pemesanan secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap teknologi digital sebesar ±70%, peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan menu dan pemesanan online sebesar ±65%, serta peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan pemesanan sekitar ±40%. Website juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan citra profesional usaha dan memperluas jangkauan promosi.

Abstract

Keterbatasan media promosi konvensional dan kurangnya akses informasi yang cepat dan akurat menjadi permasalahan utama SMK Harapan Bersama Kota Tegal dalam menyampaikan profil sekolah kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website profil sekolah sebagai media informasi dan promosi yang transparan serta mudah diakses. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, desain dan pengembangan website, serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan website kepada 3 orang perwakilan guru dan staf sekolah. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi penggunaan website dan pengumpulan umpan balik mitra terkait tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kelengkapan informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola dan memperbarui konten website sebesar 80% serta peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi sekolah, khususnya pada pembaruan berita dan pengumuman. Website yang dihasilkan mendukung efektivitas komunikasi dan transparansi informasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat
