Abstract

Indaily distribution activities, GED is a shipping service company. Always associated with couriers as inter mediaries. Where each courier will send a packagetoseveraldifferent places.Surely they(couriers)want to immediately complete their tasks,by findingor determining the path that is traversed in order to shorten the work and return to the office and then make a report. This case is commonly called the Traveling Salesman Problem, which can be solved by several methods. One of them is by optimization of Genetic Algorithms. Genetic Algorithm methods can provide solutions to these problems by providing input (input) fromseveral addresses that they will (courier) distribute. Then the input will be processed with several stages starting from initialization, selection, crossover, mutation and regeneration. The results are then displayed in graphical form which links the shipping addresses. The results of the study, obtained the fastest route with a maximumof 10 points or shipping address, which can be used by the courier in its distribution. In this study, the objective valueisthe value of the length of the road section taken from the Google Map. With termination rules or conditions that state that the smallest and largest fitness values must be the same or 60% of the fitness of the genetic algorithm population shows the greatest fitness. This rule will give the same and accurate results even though the number of generations produced is different.

Abstract

The conversion of the ballot for the division of parliamentary seats has become one of the historical points inthe development of the democratic order in Indonesia. How not, through a plenary session, the DPR RI finally finalizesthe discussion and decision making on the Election Bill proposed by the government. Conversion of votes is one of thecrucial issues to get the word consensus in the House of Representatives, because the method of voting conversionused will greatly determine the acquisition of seats for a political party. For example, if using the quota method, aparty can get 5 seats, but it is not certain if the calculation method uses the Sainte Lague method, it could be that oneparty will get 4 to 6 seats. That is why the voting conversion method is one of the main variables of an electoral system. The method of converting votes is the procedure for calculating the results of elections to determine theacquisition of seats for political parties in representative institutions based on the results of the acquisition of validvotes of each political party participating in the election. The Hare Quota method is characterized by a calculationmethod using the Number of Voters Dividers (BPP) which divides the total number of valid voting votes by the numberof seats allocated to one particular constituency, and always has the remaining choice of votes that requirescalculation at the next stage for the remaining votes of choice / residual the chair is the Sainte Lague method (theremaining votes are voted on).

Abstract

Indonesia has many islands and there are beautiful inland areas, interesting historical and cultural ruins, beaches, mountains, and more. Especially in the tourism sector is one of the largest industries that are veryinfluential and grow very fast. The advancement of the tourism industry in a region is very dependent on thenumber of tourists who come both domestic and foreign tourists. The large number of foreign tourists that comepush and accelerate economic growth. So that directly leads to an increase in demand for goods and services. Tomeet the needs and demands of tourists, it is necessary to predict the number of visits of foreign tourists. Onemethod that can be used in forecasting is Monte Carlo. From the results of Monte Carlo research can work well,From the stage of the prediction system implementation that has been built using the initial parameter 12 months100x simulation and delta-t = 0.001, then get sigma = 52.2650054, Mu = -0.0398. And the simulation is moreaccurate in predicting the number of foreign tourist visits in East Java, which has a small error value. To get asmaller error value is by reducing or delta-t value.
