Abstract

Ibuprofen mempunyai khasiat sebagai analgetik, antipiretik dan antiinflamasi. Kelarutan ibuprofen praktis tidak larut dalam air, sehingga dalam pembuatan diperlukan cairan pembawa untuk melarutkannya, oleh karena itu untuk mendapatkan bentuk sediaan yang stabil ibuprofen dapat dibuat dalam bentuk suspensi. Suspensi adalah sediaan yang mengandung bahan obat padat dalam bentuk halus dan tidak larut terdispersi dalam cairan pembawa. Zat yang terdispersi harus halus dan tidak boleh cepat mengendap, jika dikocok perlahan-lahan endapan harus segera terdispersi kembali.    Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium PoliTeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal, mengenai pengaruh PGA, tragakan dan kombinasi PGA dengan tragakan sebagai suspending agent terhadap sifat fisik suspensi ibuprofen. Suspensi ibuprofen ini dibuat sebanyak tiga formula yaitu formula I PGA 10%, formula II tragakan 1%, formula III kombinasi PGA 10% dengan tragakan 1%. Suspensi yang dibuat diuji sifat fisiknya yang meliputi uji organoleptik, uji pH, uji berat jenis, uji viskositas, dan uji sedimentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS 15 One Way Anova.                 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga formula pada uji organoleptik suspensi berbentuk cairan kental, bau khas, warna putih keruh dan rasa yang manis. Pada uji pH, pada formula I, II, III diperoleh pH 6. Kemudian pada uji berat jenis, uji viskositas dan uji sedimentasi dari hasil analisa One Way Anova dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% menunjukkan signifikansi 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh PGA, tragakan dan kombinasi PGA dengan tragakan sebagai suspending agent terhadap sifat fisik suspensi ibuprofen. Kata Kunci : PGA dan tragakan, suspensi ibuprofen, sifat fisik suspensi.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0 that we are facing today is also a development of the industrial revolution 4.0 that puts more emphasis on the technological development of every day. The creative abilities of students also influence the creativity of teachers. Educators often simply deliver curriculum materials without encouraging students to show their interests and talents. It inhibits the creativity of the pupils. The aim of this study is to find out the internalization of Merdeka Learning in the formation of the character of the Student Profile of Pancasila in the era of society 5.0. This research method uses a qualitative approach, that is, an approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written words. Reviewed by type, this research is literary, including in the type of library research (library research). Students are given freedom of thought to maximize their knowledge. The result of this investigation is a modern curriculum concept that requires students to study independently, both in formal and non-formal schools. This century's concept of freedom will give students the opportunity to learn as much as possible. Literacy activities enable talent growth through skills and positive things that support the development of each student.

Abstract

The globalization of education presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic schools in Indonesia. One response is the integration of the globally oriented Cambridge Curriculum with the nationally designed Merdeka Curriculum. This study explores such integration at SDI Islamic International School PSM Grogol Kediri, showing how local wisdom can meet global standards to promote moderate and tolerant Islamic education. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents and lesson plans. Findings indicate that integration is carried out through mapping the core content of Cambridge and Merdeka, collaborative lesson planning, and competency-based assessments that combine cognitive, affective, and character aspects. This practice improves learning quality, fosters critical thinking, and cultivates tolerance among students. The study confirms that merging local and global curricula can provide a model of Islamic education that nurtures love, inclusiveness, and social harmony.
