Abstract

Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, which was established by Regulation Kampar District Regional Level II No. 02 of 1990 dated April 13, 1990 which authorized the governor of the Province of Riau with decision No. 02 of 1993, has the goal to serve the public interest in the field of provision of clean water in Kampar. While the function of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar is to seek the provision of clean water for the needs of people in Kampar. In an effort to improve employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar, it would require a driving factor that can stimulate the spirit of the work in order to achieve company goals. The research was done in PDAM Tirta. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and effectiveness of communication to employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analysis model is a linear analysis with independent variables that leadership style and effectiveness of communication and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. While the number of respondents in this study were 61 respondents and sampling using census techniques. Based on the results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style and effectiveness of communication has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously to employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar. Test the correlation coefficient (R) independent variable on the dependent variable 0.931, which means there is a very strong relationship closeness while the test coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 86.6%, while the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables.Keywords: Performance, Style Leadership, Communication Effectiveness

Abstract

Mikrohidro memiliki tiga komponen utama dalam pembangkitan yaitu air (sebagai sumber energi), turbin, dan generator. Air yang mengalir dengan kapasitas tertentu disalurkan dengan ketinggian tetentu menju rumah instalasi (rumah turbin). Pada rumah tersebut (power-house) instalasi air tersebut akan menumbuk turbin, dipastikan turbin akan menerima langsung energi dari air dan mengubahnya menjadi energi mekanik yang menyebabkan berputarnya poros turbin. Perubahan beban dapat menyebabkan seringnya fluktuasi pada frekuensi dan tegangan system. Perihal ini dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada peralatan listrik. Karena itu digunakan Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) agar mengontrol tegangan dapat lebih stabil. Untuk mendapatkan parameter kontrol optimal pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga air mikro digunakan PID controller. Penelitian ini membandingkan metode tanpa control, metode kontrol PID-ZN, metode PID-DE, agar diperoleh metode kontrol yang paling baik. Dari perbandingan hasil simulasi didapatkan, bahwa respon terbaik pada system pembangkitan mikro-hidro diperoleh dari model control PID-DE kontroller dan respon terbaik pada sistem AVR pada model kontrol PID-DE kontroller. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya akan dicoba bengan metode lain, yang hasilnya mungkin akan lebih baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the application of human resource discipline, especially among Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD employees in carrying out and carrying out their obligations, as well as complying with all applicable regulations. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation as well as document review, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program to test the validity and reliability of the data. In this research, there were 58 respondents who were obtained using the Slovin formula and determining respondents using probability sampling techniques to answer the questionnaire given. The results of the research show that the level of employee discipline at the Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the employees who tend to be disciplined, although there are still some employees who have a low level of discipline. Judging from five aspects, namely attendance, evaluation, standards, vigilance and ethics, obtaining the largest average number in the very good category with a percentage of 75.1%, thus the role of the Head of the Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD and the awareness of each Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD employee is very important in improving discipline.
