Abstract

Provinsi Bengkulu memiliki posisi yang strategis dan memiliki potensi ekonomi yang sangat besar, baik skala lokal, regional, nasional, bahkan internasional, meskipun kondisi saat ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu yang masuk dalam daftar daerah tertinggal. Namun, beberapa tahun belakangan ini, tingkat mobilitas penduduk di Provinsi Bengkulu cenderung bertambah. Hal ini ditandai dari perekonomian Provinsi Bengkulu sepanjang tahun 2013 yang tercatat mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 6,21%. Berdasarkan peningkatan perekonomian yang ada maka masyarakat membutuhkan peningkatan aksesibilitas dan mobilitas orang dan barang dari dan ke pusat–pusat kegiatan wilayah yang ada di Provinsi Bengkulu.Tujuan studi adalah untuk mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas dan mobilitas serta membuat konsep arah pengembangan, strategi, dan program pengembangan jaringan prasarana dan jaringan pelayanan transportasi antar kabupaten/kota dengan outlet–outlet maritim Provinsi Bengkulu. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah metoda statistik deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan keterkaitan antara variabel aksesbilitas, mobilitas, dan Index Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), adalah korelasi dan regresi linier. Dalam hal ini data angka IPM diadopsi untuk menggambarkan variabel ‘ketertinggalan’. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 10 kota/kabupaten masing-masing memiliki nilai aksesbilitas diatas standar yang ditetapkan Kep.Menkimpraswil No. 534/KPTS/M/2001. Begitupula dengan mobilitas, dari semua kota/ kabupaten memiliki indeks mobilitas diatas nilai patokan minimal yaitu 0,002.

Abstract

The Aspen Residence Tower D project is considered to have significant occupational risk due to the high complexity of the building, which consists of 23 floors and 2 basements (25 floors total), while Towers A, B, and C are already occupied. Construction activity near active residents increases the risk of work-related accidents. This research uses the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard for risk analysis, combining preliminary surveys and questionnaires to identify, assess, and prioritize risks. The Bowtie method is used to analyze major risks with moderate to extreme levels. The study found three risks in the "moderate" category (dust pollution, burns, UV exposure), seven in the "high" category (pinched hand, chain block injuries, pinched feet, scratches, electric shocks, eye injuries, gas exposure), and two in the "extreme" category (falling precast, worker falling from height). Abstract

The main objective of this research is to identify the extent to which employee competence and work discipline affect service quality at Hotel XYZ Depok. In the hospitality industry, service quality is a strategic aspect that heavily depends on the role of human resources. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative design to analyze the relationships among variables. The research involved 128 hotel customers selected based on their direct experience in receiving services, using a questionnaire measured with a 5-point Likert scale. The instrument testing results indicate that all items are valid and reliable, as shown by Cronbach’s Alpha values exceeding 0.6 for all variables. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis was applied with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 30 to obtain hypothesis testing results.Employee competency showed a significant positive influence on employee service quality (β = 1.213; t = 7.555; p < 0.001). Work discipline also had a significant positive influence (β = 0.578; t = 5.669; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced employee service quality (F = 203.157; p < 0.001) with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.765, explaining 76.5% of the variance in employee service quality. The contribution of this research provides understanding for hotel management to improve service quality through employee competency development and work discipline strengthening as an effective operational strategy.
