Abstract

This Research carried out with the aim background knowledge management and allocation of funds for Excise tobacco results (DBHCHT) in Kudus District fiscal year 2010-2012. Funds for Excise tobacco results  (DBHCHT) is one of the fund given by the central government to the local government from the State Budget with percentage division based on the regional potential and a benchmark for PMK 84/PMK.07 /2008 and subsequent changes in PMK No. 20/PMK.07 /2009 about the use DBHCHT and sanctions on abuse of Allocation DBHCHT.This research uses two methods or that is a combination of quantitative methods and the method qualitative research method also called descriptive analytical mind. This research subject that is the parties involved in managing DBHCHT is The overall Regional Secretary Kudus Regency, Economics district Sanctuary and service agencies SKPD on that are involved in the management of DBHCHT. Technical data collection on an interview, documentation, literature and then analyzed through techniques examine, editor data, editing, presentation data in the form table and draw conclusions.This research that is technically allocation and management of the funds for Excise tobacco results  (DBHCHT)  in Kudus District fiscal year 2010-2012 if it is seen as a model guidelines based on the regulation of the Minister of Financial No 84/PMK.07 /2008 and its amendments No 20/PMK.07 /2009 was appropriate and quite well but effective and efficient in the use of the funds are still less optimal. From the result of the research found many obstacle faced by the manager of DBHCHT such as timeliness in the preparation, implementation, reporting, the clarity of the regulation is not appropriate for the conditions of problems in field.

Abstract

Computer ability to control the outside peripherals enable the computer can be made to become the more usefull equipments for its user. Through ports and expansion slots provided at computer, various digital equipments can be connected and controlled through computer. System that is realized in this research is a system of long distance controller of lamp by exploiting one of features from GSM Cellular, that is Short Message Services ( SMS) as information system having the character of real time, constructively computer as controller of Electronic switch which is connected to computer through PPI8255 Interface   This System Solution cover the realization from hardware in the form of GSM Cellular, RS232 Interface, PPI 8255 Interface and Electronic switch; software and Hardware. Software as controller device of hardware made using the Visual Basic V6.0 Programming Language. Software undertake to take the data of SMS at cellular phone memory, processing accepted data, storages data to conduct the arrangement to interface PPI8255  according to accepted information or data

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat  aplikasi dan penerapannya dari  Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis di Puskesmas Masaran I Sragen dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penulis membuat sistem informasi rekam medis. Untuk itu penulis menyusun suatu program aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menunjang sistem informasi rekam medis yang berbasis multi user. Dengan menggunakan komputer dan program Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan menggunakan database SQL Server 2000, dapat mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan-laporan yang dihasilkan dalam program dari  Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis di Puskesmas Masaran I Sragen.  Adapun laporan-laporan tersebut antara lain : Laporan Data Petugas Kesehatan, Laporan Data Poli, Laporan Data Pasien, Laporan Data Kartu Identitas Berobat, Laporan Pendaftaran, dan Laporan Data Rekam Medis. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis, Puskesmas.

Abstract

Vehicle theft cases continue to increase every year. This is very troubling vehicle users both two-wheeled vehicles or four-wheeled vehicles. The security system used today is still using analog, so it needs to be replaced using a digital system to improve the security system. The use of electronic control systems almost covers most of everyday human life. The electronic control system is practical and efficient, so many people like it. Digital electronic control systems are made to replace analog systems because they have advantages, namely practical, efficient, and more futuristic. design and construction of the use of E-KTP as a car securitysystem, this system is to ensure its security as a communication medium using SMS, to ensure the security of vehicle owner data. in conducting research the research methods used design methods. data from the study in the form of electrical and starter on / off sub system testing, short message system testing.Keywords: ArduinoNaNo, E-Ktp, Car, short message system

Abstract

Pengembangan website Program Studi IIB Darmajaya (PS) saat ini sangat dibutuhkan, mengingat kebutuhan informasi akademik bagi dosen, mahasiswa, staf, dan masyarakat umum. Oleh karena itu, website PS harus dipelihara, dimutakhirkan, dan dievaluasi terus menerus untuk memastikan bahwa website tetap bermanfaat dan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Saat ini website PS sudah berusia 5 tahun, sejak terakhir dibuat pada tahun 2017, oleh karena itu diperlukan pembaruan teknologi baru dengan melibatkan pengguna akhir sistem, untuk memberikan masukan dan umpan balik selama 5 tahun penggunaan website PS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design thinking dengan melibatkan 84 responden yang telah mengisi kuesioner umpan balik pada website PS sebelumnya. Hasil dari umpan balik tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mendesain ulang website PS yang baru, selanjutnya website baru tersebut akan dievaluasi kembali oleh responden sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kenyamanan pengguna untuk website baru PS sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Laboratorium komputer merupakan fasilitas penting dalam mendukung kegiatan pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengembangan teknologi informasi. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan kehadiran asisten laboratorium secara efisien. Sistem presensi manual yang masih menggunakan pencatatan berbasis kertas menyebabkan proses pemantauan jadwal piket dan kegiatan asistensi menjadi tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem presensi asisten laboratorium berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) untuk mendeteksi kehadiran, NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler, dan platform berbasis web untuk menampilkan data presensi. Sistem dirancang agar dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet sehingga memudahkan koordinator laboratorium dalam memantau kegiatan piket dan asistensi secara praktis dan efisien. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan presensi asisten laboratorium. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencatat kehadiran asisten secara akurat, menampilkan data presensi secara real-time, dan memberikan kemudahan akses bagi koordinator laboratorium. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berpotensi menjadi solusi efektif dalam pengelolaan presensi laboratorium berbasis IoT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the breakfast menu at the InterContinental Bandung hotel after covid - 19, this research was made using descriptive qualitative research methods, this research focuses on analyzing the differences in the development of the breakfast menu at the InterContinental Bandung hotel after and before covid - 19. The very obvious difference lies in terms of service which is more hygienic than before covid - 19. So that the new rules in the covid - 19 era make new policies that support people to live healthier and more hygienic lives. The results showed that the differences in the breakfast menu arrangement at the InterContinental hotel were very different before and after the arrival of covid - 19.
