Abstract

The objective of this research is to create models of one, two, or three years before the financial difficulties, bankrupty, and survival. The accuracy of the models in predicting is then tested. The models are created based on eleven financial ratios, which are, CAR, Bad Debt Ratio, Net profit Margin, ROA, BOPO, Net Call Money to Current Assets, LDR, Working Capital to Total Assets, Book Value to Total Liabilities, Retained Earning to Total Assets, and BMPK. The method used for categorizing bank bankruptcy, financial difficulties, and survival is that of CAMEL method. In creating the model, statistical testing device of multiple discriminant analysisi is used.The result of the research shows that the rations that are related to the discriminant model of three years before financial difficulties, bankruptcy, and survival are those of CAR, and Book Value of Equity to Total Liabilities, for the model of two years before financial difficulties, bankrupty, and survival the rations are those of CAR, Book Value of equity to total liabilities, and Bed Debt Ratio, and as for the one year before financial dificulties, bankrupty, and survival there are only two ratios, which are BOPO and Book Value of Equitymto Total Liabilities.The models formed for one, two, and three years before financial difficulties, bankruptcy, and survival have a good level of accuracy in predicting. Abstract

This research aims to determine the steps cluster analysis method with Ward method and K-Means method, and compare the results of the analysis of the two methods for clustering student data related decision-making to determine the students are eligible to receive a Peningkatan PrestasiAkademik (PPA) scholarship and Bantuan Biaya Akademik (BBA) scholarship in STMIK Pringsewu. Cluster analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Version 23. Cluster Analysis results of both methods were compared using standard deviation ratio in the group (Sw) and the standard deviation between groups (Sb). Based on this research the ratio of the value of the standard deviation in the cluster and standard deviation between the cluster shows that the method of Ward and K-Means has the same performance when used in clustering scholarship PPA, both methods have a ratio value (Sw/Sb) are the same, 0.749959584 %. Therefore the results of the cluster that will be used as a reference in determining scholarship recipients PPA is the result of cluster analysis using Ward method or K-Means as they both have the results and performance of the same cluster. While on scholarship BBA clustering,Ward method has better performance than the KMeans method because the method of Ward have value of the ratio (Sw / Sb) 0.5346668% smaller than the value of the ratio (Sw/Sb) K-Means method 0.831525302 %. Therefore, the results of the cluster that can be used as a reference in determining BBA scholarship recipients is the result of cluster analysis using Ward method.Keywords: Cluster, K-Means, Scholarship, Standard Deviation, Ward.

Abstract

Information services application for students, is one of the form of loyalty from Universities to the students to be active and not left behind in existing information. Student information services previously informed through wall magazine, banner or brochures, this has not been delivered properly and didnt have any activities data either extracurricular activities or intracurricular activities.  Regarding to all interested parties in IBI Darmajaya especially give best service to the student hence the importance of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application to increase the flow of information needed by students, increasing student interest in every activity, having a database of the most interested activities and to accommodate IBI Darmajayas interest. The data used in this research is all the activities information in the student affair, processed through Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with four phases done in sequence and iterative where each iteration can be used to fix iteration with visual programming language, hence resulting a well produced CRM application for information services. Keywords : CRM Application, Information,  and SDLC.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang salah satu bidang layanannya adalah Angkutan Penumpang. Untuk itu harus memberikan informasi tentang fasilitas di masing-masing kelas layanan. Terutama sejak meningkatnya persaingan dibidang angkutan penumpang di Indonesia. Maka Penelitian ini mencoba memperkenalkan pelayanan di masing-masing kelas angkutan penumpang yang disediakan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia kedalam sebuah aplikasi media promosi berbasis Android. Android merupakan sebuah sistem operasi yang berbasis Linux untuk perangkat portable seperti smartphone dan komputer tablet. Akan lebih jauh menarik apabila aplikasi media promosi ini digabungkan dengan suatu wadah berbentuk aplikasi yang berbasis multimedia. Dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara langsung dengan narasumber. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu Luther sutopo(1994) terdiri dari 6 tahapan, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi media promosi berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini dapat dijalankan secara offline atau dapat dijalankan tanpa menggunakan paket data internet, menyediakan informasi lebih akurat dan detail untuk calon penumpang tentunya lebih mendalam dan interaktif. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian in, Aplikasi Media Promosi Kereta Api ini dirancang menggunakan StoryBoard, dan dibangun menggunakan Unity 3D, dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem multimedia yang beroperasi di system operasi Android.Kata kunci : Android, Media Promosi, Kereta Api.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Dian Cipta Cendikia (STMIK DCC) Lampung merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi komputer yang ada Lampung Utara.  Sampai saat ini, dengan banyaknya sumber daya yang harus dikelola, STMIK DCC Lampung belum memiliki pengolahan data yang terintegrasi. Sumber daya dan data masih dikelola oleh masing-masing satuan kerja secara terpisah dengan mekanisme dan pola pengelolaan yang berbeda-beda.Untuk pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi diperlukan sebuah rencana strategi  yang sesuai visi misi dan kebijakan organisasi.  Oleh karena itu  perlu dilakukan penelitian guna menghasilkan blue print  rencana strategi  sistem informasi STMIK DCC Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP).Hasil akhir penelitian adalah cetak biru (blue print) atau arsitektur enterprise berupa rencana strategi sistem informasi STMIK DCC Lampung. Arsitektur enteprise tersebut diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Akademik yang terintegrasi di STMIK DCC Lampung. Pendefinisian enterprise ini menghasilkan 8 entitas, 8 sistem informasi dan 47 kandidat aplikasi Kata kunci  :  Enterprise Architecture Planning,  Arsitektur Data,  ArsitekturAplikasi, Arsitektur Teknologi, STMIK DCC Lampung.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan global para pelaku UMKM harus selalu meningkatkan kualitas produk maupun layanannya. Peningkatan ini akan berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja mereka. Berdasarkan studi literatur Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah alat yang sangat kompetitif dalam meningkatkan kualitas mutu produk atau layanan. Namun, dalam proses penerapannya pada UMKM para manajer/praktisi sering menghadapi hambatan dan kendala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi instrumen hambatan dalam penerapan TQM pada UMKM. Terdapat 30 instrumen hambatan yang sering ditemukan dan dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha UMKM manufkatur maupun jasa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada UMKM di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 30 instrumen hambatan yang di uji adalah sangat valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan pada penelitian TQM di UMKM.Kata Kunci : Hambatan, Total Quality Management, UMKM

Abstract

Program Magister Manajemen IIB Darmajaya memiliki tiga konsentrasi bidang ilmu yaitu konsentrasi pemasaran, sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan keuangan (Finance). Didalam pemilihan konsentrasi bidang ilmu adanya kendala yang sering ditemukan yaitu banyak mahasiswa yang masih belum mengenal minat dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya, Sehingga mahasiswa cenderung memilih dan menjalani konsentrasi yang tidak sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya. Selain itu banyak mahasiswa yang memilih konsentrasi bidang ilmu hanya mengikuti peminatan yang paling banyak, bukan berdasarkan kemampuannya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan alat bantu yang mampu memberikan dukungan keputusan dalam pemilihan konsentrasi berdasarkan pertimbangan yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah ini yaitu Metode Fuzzy FIS Tsukomoto dengan 4 (empat) variabel input dan 3 (tiga) variabel output. Variabel input terdiri dari nilai matakuliah, nilai minat, nilai motivasi dan kemampuan. Sedangkan Variabel output terdiri dari konsentrasi pemasaran, sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan keuangan (Finance. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh dari satu data sampel mahasiswa Magister Manajemen Semester dua (2) menunjukkan bahwa Rekomendasi pemilihan konsentrasi yang tepat untuk mahasiswa tersebut yaitu konsentrasi Keuangan dengan nilai Defuzzifikasinya sebesar 65.9150 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi Pemasaran sebesar 64.6943 dan konsentrasi Sumber Daya Manusia sebesar 64.5971Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy FIS Tsukomoto, Konsentrasi

Abstract

IIB Darmajaya is one of the private universities in Lampung province. IBI Darmajaya has become the technologyand business-based university and dominated the marketplace in Bandar Lampung. The problem statement of this research was that the employee performance in IBI Darmajaya was not optimum. The variablesof this research were the leadership, training, reward, and punishment. The objective of this research was to determine the leadership, training, reward and punishment on the employee performance so that the researcher needed to know to what extent the correlation of the leadership, training, reward and punishment on the employeeperformance. The sampling technique used in this research was non-random sampling technique. The population of this research was 215 employees. The sample used in this research was 68 employees. The data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaire. The results of this research showedwas that the leadership, training, reward and punishment were the most important variables to improve the employee performance because all of these variables had a significant effect.Keywords : Leadership, Training, Reward, Punishment and Performance

Abstract

The implementation of technology information and communication is needed in the field of education and business as a tool for carrying out businesses. It changes all patterns and ways in all fields, especially in a field of businesses so that a company must use information technology in order to be a competitive organization. Information technology service quality and continuous improvements are the important factor used to encounter competitions, to improve performances, and to provide customer satisfaction. Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the private universities that use the information technology for academic activities. One of the information technologies used by IBI Darmajaya was the Academic Information System. This objective of this research was providing convenience for companies or colleges on IT services to measure the maturity level of the IT service quality using the Knowledge Management System-based Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework. This system was designed to obtain online IT service rates about the information technology quality so that the current level of information technology that the current maturity and the expected maturity were known. The validity and reliability of the research instruments had already been tested using SPSS 23 so that the result of this research was the recommendations for improvements on the IT service quality for the future.Keywords: Knowledge Management System, Maturity Level, Current Maturity, Expected Maturity, Validity, Reliability, ITIL V3

Abstract

The MSME must always improve the quality of their products and services in the global competition era. The achieving a performance in an organization can be seen from the organization objectives. It can be measured by quantitative or qualitative method. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a very competitive tool in improving the quality of products or services from MSMEs. This research was conducted by taking research places in MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in Lampung and Surabaya Provinces. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of the constraints that MSMEs faced on performance. This type of research was quantitative. The populations in this study were all MSMEs in Lampung and Surabaya Provinces. The sampling technique was probability sampling. Research data was collected using documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques were factor analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS data processing. The results of the study showed the resistance variables formed from latent attributes. They are two factor variables. Obstacle factor variables had proven that they have a positive and significant relationship to financial and non-financial performance, but in the partial test, it proved that only two factors had a significant positive relationship to performance with a 95% confidence level.                                          Keyword: Obstacles, Organizational Performance, Total Quality Management, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
