Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika psikologis subjek dengan cara memahami faktor motivasional individu dari tana’ bulaan miskin dalam melaksanakan upacara rambu solo’, beban keuangan sebagai kejadian menekan yang mereka hadapi, strategi pengatasan masalah dan dampak psikologis pada tana’ bulaan miskin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 orang yang melaksanakan upacara rambu solo’ tingkat sempurna, sedang, dan minim serta 7 orang informan. Metode analisis  mengacu pada Moustakas (1994) yaitu : deskripsi pemahaman fenomena, reduksi dan eliminasi, pengelompokkan tema dan deskpripsi individu terhadap fenomena. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah: a) faktor-faktor yang mendorong pelaksanaan upacara rambu solo’  merupakan  upaya individu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dalam dirinya, yaitu kebutuhan untuk survive , love and belonging, power,  dan  freedom. b) Keputusan terlibat membuat para pelaku menghadapi dampak langsung  dan dampak tidak langsung dari beban keuangan rambu solo’. c) Dalam menghadapi beban keuangan rambu solo’ sebagai stresor, Strategi coping yang dilakukan para pelaku, utamanya pelaku upacara rambu solo’ besar, cenderung mengalami penurunan secara bertahap dari coping berfokus pada masalah kemudian beralih pada coping berfokus pada emosi dan dari coping adaptif beralih pada coping maladaptif. (d) dampak psikologis  yang ditemukan: stres, ketakutan (kecemasan), depresi ringan. (e) dinamika psikologis pelaku upacara rambu solo’ sangat kompleks, sebagai pilihan dari proses  internal, beban keuangan rambu solo’  dinilai subjek sebagai konsekuensi dan untuk itu mereka berupaya mencari kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang sama atau berbeda yang  adekuat atas deprivasi kebutuhan dasar dalam dirinya.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the psychological acculturation dynamics of participant of KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand through identifying and understanding the motivation of participants to participate on KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand. How did Barrier as stressor which they face it, what coping strategies was used by participants, and how did the psychological acculturation process of participants in Thailand. This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach. the results of this research is there are basic needs such as need to have fun, need to love and belonging and need to power which are realized through their participation on the KKN- PPL integrated programme in Thailand. As for this research found that stressor was different among participants. Subjects who face initial stressor without advance stressor tend to using coping strategies focused on the problem consistenly and coping strategies centered emotions simultaneously without adaptation switching otherwise subjects who face the advance stressors tend to being decreased in pattern or transition coping strategies gradually. Furthermore, the psychological acculturation process of participant of KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand are the result of interaction of complex factors which affect participants to be success or failure to be integrated self or to be new self identity.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap penurunan level agresifitas pada remaja warga binaan di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak.  Subjek penelitian adalah enam belas remaja warga binaan lembaga pembinaan Khusus anak kelas I Blitar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan rancangan eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala agresifitas Buzz Perry untuk mengukur perubahan yang terjadi setelah pemberian tritmen. Hasil uji beda dua berpasangan didapatkan nilai asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0, 030. Karena nilai signifikansi 0, 030 0, 05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengisian kuesioner agresifitas skala agresifitas Buzz Perry pada pengisian sebelum dan setelah pemberian perlakuan. Hasil uji juga menunjukkan korelasi antara dua variabel adalah sebesar 0, 168. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tritmen berhubungan secara nyata atau adanya korelasi positif yang lemah. Secara garis besar dapat disimpulkan bahwa  terapi  Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT ) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan agresifitas Remaja warga binaan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas I Blitar.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika akulturasi psikologis mahasiswa peserta KKN-PPL Terpadu IAIN Tulungagung di Thailand dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan memahami faktor motivasional keterlibatan para peserta dalam KKN-PPL terpadu di Thailand, hambatan sebagai kejadian menekan (stresor) yang mereka hadapi, strategi pengatasan masalah yang mereka lakukan dan proses akulturasi psikologisyang dijalani oleh para peserta KKN-PPL terpadu selama berada di Thailand. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah terdapat kebutuhan dasar seperti kebutuhan untuk mencapai kesenangan (need to have fun), kebutuhan akan cinta dan dimiliki (need to love and belonging),dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan (need to power) yang terpenuhi melalui keterlibatan dalam program KKN- PPL terpadu di Thailand. Stressor selama proses akulturasi di tempat KKN-PPL di Thailand dapat berbeda antara individu satu dengan individu lainnya. Subjek yang hanya mengalami stresor awal dan tidak mengalami stresor lanjutan cenderung mampu mempergunakan strategi coping berfokus pada masalah yang konsisten dan koping berfokus emosi secara bersamaan tanpa adanya peralihan koping, berbeda halnya dengan peserta dengan pengalaman stressor lanjutan yang cenderung menunjukkan pola coping yang mengalami penurunan atau peralihan secara bertahap. Adapun proses akulturasi psikologis peserta KKN-PPL di Thailand merupakan hasil interaksi dari faktor –faktor yang kompleks dan sangat berpengaruh pada  keberhasilan atau kegagalan hasil akulturasi psikologis menjadi integrated self atau diri baru. Kata kunci: Akulturasi psikologis , stress akulturasi , strategi copingAbstract: This study aims to understand the psychological acculturation dynamics of participant of KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand through identifying and understanding the motivation of participants to participate on KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand. Abstract

Parenting styles significantly influence adolescent self-confidence, particularly during high school, a critical stage of identity development. This study examines the effects of authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting styles on the self-confidence of senior high school students in Blitar Regency, Indonesia. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected through questionnaires from 78 students aged 15–17. Descriptive analysis showed that democratic parenting had the highest mean score (M = 44.06, SD = 6.96), while permissive parenting had the lowest (M = 23.28, SD = 5.63). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that democratic parenting positively influenced self-confidence (B = 0.513, p < 0.05), whereas authoritarian (B = -0.242, p = 0.016) and permissive styles (B = -0.223, p = 0.050) had negative effects. The model explained 35.9% of the variance in self-confidence (Adjusted R² = 0.359). These findings emphasize the importance of democratic parenting, which balances emotional support with structured guidance, in fostering adolescent self-confidence. The study provides practical insights for parents, educators, and policymakers in Indonesia, highlighting the need for parenting programs that promote warmth, open communication, and appropriate boundaries. These strategies can enhance adolescent psychological well-being and contribute to more effective educational and family interventions.

Abstract

Despite global students' mental health problems being prevalent, adequate attention and resources to treat mental health problems are still lacking. Meanwhile, several studies found that religious commitment and gratitude can play an essential role in addressing the issue of mental health problems. This study explored religious commitment to promote mental health and gratitude as moderating variables to address this gap. This study used the Brief Scale of Mental Health 12, the General Mental Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), the Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Test (GRAT), and the Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI–10) scales. Data were taken from 320 students of four state Islamic Universities in East Java, Indonesia. This study utilized descriptive and regression analysis techniques. The result of the data analysis demonstrated three main findings as follows. First, the students had a high level of mental health. Second, religious commitment positively affected mental health. Third, gratitude could become a variable that strengthens the relationship between religious commitment and mental health. Research implication in education is attempting to improve mental health among students not merely on the religious commitment but also on emphasizing systematic ways to develop gratitude in students' daily lives as a moderator that plays a role in maintaining the relationship between mental health and religious commitment. This study was based solely on a quantitative approach; therefore, a mixed-method model is recommended for further investigation to understand the process of improving mental health through religious commitment and students' gratitude better.

Abstract

All this time, fundraising for the Foundationof Zakat Administrator (LPZ) keeps some ambivalence. Although fundraising is rated as stimulus of LPZ programs, policies and strategies of professional fundraising-especially the psychological based- get no serious attention. This fact results in many unsuccessful LPZ in realizing the potential of the very large number of zakat in the motherland simultaneously with the increasing of philanthropy awareness of Indonesian muslim. The needs for revamping the fundraising policy on LPZ isin associated with method or approach that should be more count heavily on complexity of the donors psychological aspects include the interaction of decision making process of a donor with demographics aspect and social norms with the result that causes someone decides to donate. Understanding and approaching psychology in fundraising at once are not only encourage the increase of the quantity of donors and donation amount provided, but also raise the position of donors as an object into a subject that also fully and actively involved in running the zakat axiological aspects i.e. functional worship which carry out the empowerment of ummah principle in order to be able to get out of poverty.Keywords: Fundraising, Zakat, Psychological approach
