Abstract

This study aims to provide convenience for the company's management to solve problems in the process of selecting the best Brand Ambassador in promoting cosmetic tools. The problem identified in this study is the large number of prospective Brand Ambassadors, causing the management to find it difficult to determine the best Brand Ambassador. In this study, the decision support method applied is SMARTER which can determine the ranking results in the final decision using the level of importance of each parameter. The results of this study conclude that the selection of the best Brand Ambassador who is ranked first is A5 (Lucky) with a value of 0.653108466

Abstract

This paper gives substance to Dynamic Path Planning focusing on reverse tracking method. The development of this method are proposed and expected to reduce the algorithm scanning the whole graph repeatedly. In this paper, several approachment will be presented sequentially. First, analysis and modeling of the obstacle and environment, pre-path planning, Depth First Search for availability path planning, and improvement of the Dijkstra algorithm for the shortest path. There-in the proposed model is defined by adopting the reverse feature in the Depth First Search algorithm in the finding of the availability path on the graph.

Abstract

This study aims to assist relevant parties in making selections in the selection of olympic students at the Elementary School Level in Gunung Maligas District. The method used is the AHP method. Source of research data obtained by observing and interviewing the school. The research data samples were four elementary schools in Gunung Maligas sub-district, among others: 1) SDN 096780 Kampung tape, 2) SDN 097806 Kabupaten Simalungun, 3) SDN 091263 Karang Sari and 4) SDN 098145 Karang Sari. The assessment criteria used as a basis for assessments include: Olympic Experience, Intelligence, Academic Ability (Science Report Score or Mathematics) and Olympic Capabilities. The results of the study showed that alternative 4 with a value of 0.356 (first rank) was recommended by Olympic student participants.

Abstract

Tanjung Baru Village is located in Tanjung Morawa District, North Sumatra Province, 15 KM from Medan City. Some of the village clan work as buurt for the company. As a result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, some residents experienced layoffs, so that the residents' economy was disrupted. To help the villagers, it is necessary to train in the skills of planting yard plants with a hydroponic system that produces products of economic value.

Abstract

The basic concept of the subtractive clustering algorithm is to choose a data point that has the highest density (potential) in a space (variable) as the center of the cluster. The number and position of the cluster centers formed are influenced by the given radius (r) parameter value. If the radius value is very small, it will result in the neglect of potential data points around the center of the cluster. If the value of the radius parameter is too large, it increases the contribution of all potential data points, thereby canceling the effect of cluster density. The number of cluster centers in the subtractive clustering algorithm is determined based on the iteration process in finding data points with the highest number of neighbors. This study uses the clustering partition as a parameter value to determine a data point (candidate cluster center) will be selected to determine the effect of the radius (r) parameter value on the subtractive clustering algorithm in generating clustering. From the experiments that have been carried out on 4 datasets, the results have been obtained, for dataset 1 the highest average value of fuzzy silhouette with a parameter value of radius (r) 0.35 is 0.9088 and the number of clusters 2. While in dataset 2, the average value The highest fuzzy silhouette with a parameter value of radius (r) 0.40 is 0.6742 and the number of clusters 3. While in dataset 3, the average value of the highest fuzzy silhouette with a parameter value of radius (r) 0.50 is 0.7434 and the number of clusters 3. While in the dataset the last is the fourth dataset, the highest fuzzy silhouette average value with a radius (r) parameter value of 0.50 is 0.6630 and the number of clusters 2. This subscractive clustering algorithm is widely applied in the fields of transportation, GIS, big data, control of electric voltages, electrical energy needs, knowing the area of population density to health such as breast cancer diagnosis, which is related to the needs of human life.

Abstract

Dalam usaha untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berkualitas pada suatu instansi sekolah maka diperlukan prediksi peminatan siswa dalam pemilihan jurusan yang terbaik di bangku sekolah. Tujuan peminatan siswa ini dalam pemilihan jurusan sangat penting dalam menunjang ilmu ke perguruan tinggi dan lebih semangatnya siswa tersebut dalam mengembangkan ilmu di bidang jurusan yang dipilihnya, seperti masalah di beberapa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dimana siswa tersebut memilih jurusan sesuai dengan dorongan orang lain tanpa ada minat pada jurusan tersebut sehingga mengakibatkan turunnya semangat dalam belajar. Data mining merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengubah data menjadi informasi yang berguna dan dapat menghasilkan ilmu baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Algoritma C4.5 dalam menentukan jurusan yang akan diambil oleh siswa sesuai dengan latar belakang, minat dan kemampuannya sendiri. Variabel yang digunakan adalah jurusan siswa, hasil tes minat dan bakat siswa. Dengan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner didapat bahwa nilai precision sebesar 100% dan nilai recall sebesar 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system to select the best village in Simalungun District. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is used for decision-making. This system is designed to assist local governments and related stakeholders in selecting the best villages based on relevant criteria. The criteria covered aspects such as community education, public health, community economy, security and order, community participation, governance, social institutions, and family empowerment and welfare. Consideration of each criterion's weight or level of importance is carried out by involving experts and relevant stakeholders. The SAW method calculates the performance scores of existing villages based on predetermined criteria. The score is then used in the ranking process to determine the best village. Based on the research results, alternative villages that deserve the title of the best village are Marubun Bayu village as rank 1, Dolok Maraja as rank 2 and Naga Jaya II as rank 3. This research is expected to provide significant benefits for decision-makers in selecting the best village in Simalungun Regency to increase efficiency and objectivity in the decision-making process, as well as encourage more sustainable and equitable development in all the villages of Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

Absensi dapat dikatakan suatu tanda kehadiran yang merupakan bagian dari aktifitas pelaporan yang ada dalam sebuah institusi. Tidak terkecuali pada sistem absensi sekolah untuk menandaai kehadiran siswa umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana hal ini sangat tidak efisien karena informasi tentang kehadiran bisa saja terjadi kecurangan baik dari pihak murid ataupun guru yang salah dalam menandai kehadiran siswa. Oleh sebab itu sangat perlu untuk diterapkan sebuah teknologi yang dapat membantu proses absensi di sekolah. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem pada layanan kehadiran siswa. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem absensi yang dapat dibangun dan diatur sistem informasi kehadiran. Kehadiran dicatat dengan memindai kartu ID siswa Anda dengan pembaca kode QR. Setiap siswa menerima kartu yang dapat dicetak dari sistem menggunakan kode QR yang unik. Kode ini akan diterjemahkan ke dalam sistem saat siswa akan hadir/keluar dari sekolah. Dengan sistem informasi ini, maka data kehadiran siswa dapat tercatat dan terekapitulasi dengan cepat bila dibandingkan dengan metode manual.
