Abstract

Pada tulisan ini akan dijelaskan bentuk distribusi posterior P(probabilitas klaim) = Beta (β│α) dengan proses simulasi implementasi algoritma yang disederhanakan dan penerapan algoritma Markov Chain Monte Carlo dengan mengunkan analisis sistem Bayes dengan pendekatan model Markov Monte Carlo. Algoritma Markov Chain Monte Carlo adalah suatu kelas algoritma untuk melakukan sampling dari distribusi probabilitas dengan membangun rantai Markov pada suatu distribusi tertentu yang stasioner. Algoritma Metropolis merupakan algoritma untuk membangkitkan barisan sampel menggunakan mekanisme penerimaan dan penolakan (accept-reject) dari suatu distribusi probabilitas yang sulit untuk dilakukan penarikan sampel. Penggunaan perangkat lunak R sebagai media untuk mengeksplorasi algoritma dan diagnostik yang umum untuk implementasi MCMC. Hampir semua program dapat dijalankan dengan fungsionalitas dasar R yang berarti tidak diperlukan overhead penyetelan untuk menjalankan blok kode selain versi kerja R dan tersedia gratis secara online untuk semua sistem operasi.AbstractIn this paper, we will describe the form of the posterior distribution of  (claim probability) =  with A simplified algorithm implementation simulation process and the application of the Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithm are given by the Bayes system analysis with the Markov Monte Carlo model approach. The Monte Carlo algorithm of the Markov Chain is a class of algorithms for sampling the distribution of probability through the construction of a Markov chain in a particular stationary distribution. The Metropolis-Hastings algorithm is an algorithm used to produce sample sequences from a probability distribution that is difficult for sampling using an accept-reject mechanism. Usage of R program as a platform for MCMC implementations to explore popular algorithms and diagnostics. It is possible to run almost any program with simple R features, which means that no overhead configuration is needed to run code blocks other than the working version of R, and all operating systems are available online free of charge.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah kasus Covid-19 ini disebabkan rendahnya tingkat produktivitas dan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat di era new normal. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produktivitas dan pemeliharaan kesehatan masyarakat kota Medan selama beraktivitas, baik bekerja di luar rumah maupun di dalam ruangan pada masa transisi menuju era normal baru. Survei ini dilakukan secara online oleh 366 responden dari berbagai kalangan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat, selama masa pandemi ini apakah mereka sudah mampu menjaga kesehatan dan peduli menjaga kesehatan di era new normal ini, selama beraktivitas. Responden menyelesaikan survei berbasis kuesioner yang terdiri dari 15 pertanyaan, kemudian semua data ditabulasikan ke dalam excel dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM. Kesadaran masyarakat masih rendah dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan mandiri. Minimnya perawatan kesehatan mandiri terlihat pada sebagian masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan masker dan tidak menjaga jarak saat beraktivitas di luar rumah. Survei yang dilakukan saat ini menyimpulkan, meskipun mayoritas responden sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang Covid-19, masih banyak yang belum sadar untuk mematuhi aturan.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, era normal baru, kesehatan masyarakat, SEM

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic. In general, the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic positively impacts the continuity of education in Indonesia. This research method is obtained from online observations and Scoping reviews. Literature is obtained from various databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, Crossref Search. Furthermore, the literature was mapped in several parts so that 40 appropriate literature was obtained and could be used regarding teaching and learning activities in schools and the higher education environment. The study results show that online learning is currently considered adequate to replace conventional learning, but several factors related to the implementation of learning must be considered.

Abstract

Image processing combine with machine learning is used widely in image recognition, image classification, and image detection. By using camera to detect an object has been done within several article. The other usage of image and object detection is in measurement of distance. Distance measurement is possible by using additional peripheral such as sensor and extra camera. This research is intended to elaborate the usage of single camera in detecting and measuring distance. The distance set between the camera and the object. In this research, author used a square object with different size and different distance range. By using one of the known data as a pivot in calculating other image distance, the average error between 4%-7% . These result was achieved by using different object size. The bigger the size of the object used as reference, the smaller the error percentage of the measurement.

Abstract

This study investigated the use of a free GeoGebra application, where the ability of a GeoGebra software application had the potential to simplify and help the teaching and learning process in the informatics management study program, Medan State Polytechnic. The focus of this research was the incorporation of conventional method-based teaching, namely using the assistance of writing instruments such as pencils, pens, and paper when describing the Venn diagram in mathematical logic courses with the help of the GeoGebra application which made it easier for students to drew circles and determine the slices and combinations on the Venn diagram. The resulted of this study were obtained from the scores of student assignments and the results of interviews conducted online with the number of respondents consisting of 44 students who successfully uploaded assignments through the SIPADI application. The value analysis obtained was compiled into tables then processed using the SPSS application using the pair test and linearity test. Based on the output obtained, it was known that the GeoGebra value obtained the average value of learning outcomes or the mean of 75.9773, while for the average learning outcomes using conventional methods or the mean of 68.9091. The number of respondents or students who took the test amounted to 44 people, Std. Deviation for GeoGebra method was 5.800092 and conventional method was 5.56909, and Std. Error Means. Based on the results of descriptive statistical tests, the average value of the GeoGebra method > conventional method was 75.9773> 68.9091, so descriptively there was an average difference between the GeoGebra method and the conventional method.

Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif siswa terutama di tingkat SD adalah salah satu kemampuan yang ingin dibangun melalui pembelajaran kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Walaupun pada kurikulum Merdeka Belajar kemampuan kognitif tidak memiliki porsi yang besar, namun sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar di jenjang pendidikan dasar salah satunya adalah mata pelajaran Matematika. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah untuk membantu para guru di SD Yayasan Mulia meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa dengan memberikan pelatihan mandiri bagi siswa yang belajar dari rumah menggunakan aplikasi. Pada kegiatan PKM ini akan menerapkan Aplikasi pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa berbasis Windows® dan android®. Aplikasi akan dibagikan kepada orang tua siswa oleh para guru. Pada aplikasi ini akan terdapat gambaran perkembangan anak dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan menggunakan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh guru. yang diikuti dengan pelaksanaan evaluasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Untuk mendapatkan hasil evaluasi, aplikasi akan dihubungkan dengan aplikasi yang terhubung ke aplikasi web berbasis API (Application Programming Interface). Pelatihan akan diberikan kepada para guru agar dapat mensosialisasikan kepada para orang tua mengenai tata cara penggunaan aplikasi.

Abstract

Pemberian pakan ternak bebek perlu dilakukan secara tepat waktu dan dengan jumlah yang mencukupi kebutuhan pakan. Pemberian pakan ternak yang tepat dapat menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas telur yang dihasilkan. Hal ini dikemukakan oleh Subagai bahwa jumlah pemberian pakan bebek juga berpengaruh terhadap produksi telur. Ini berarti bebek membutuhkan asupan pakan yang cukup dan tepat. Untuk ini diperlukan sistem yang dapat secara otomatis dalam memberikan pakan dengan tepat waktu dan dalam jumlah yang memenuhi. Pada pengabdian ini, tim PKM akan melakukan penerapan teknologi IOT dalam mengendalikan pemberi pakan ternak bebek agar dapat memberikan pakan secara teratur tanpa interaksi manusia. Hal ini dapat membantu meringankan pekerjaan peternak sehingga kegiatan beternak dapat lebih baik dan meningkatkan produksi hasil ternak yakni telur bebek.

Abstract

Product quality is a combination of properties and characteristics that determines the extent to which the output can meet the conditions of customer needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions, including product quality and competitive prices. This scientific article was written using qualitative methods, literature study, and library research. Reviewing literary books that are in accordance with the theory being discussed, especially in the context of strategic management. This includes reviewing both respected and less respected scientific articles from journals. Mendeley and Google Scholar serve as the sources for all scientific articles. Based on the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that: (1) product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (2) Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study has the objectives, namely first, to find out whether students' mathematical problem-solving abilities can be improved by using external representations. Second, analyzing student activities in learning mathematics by using external representations. Third, analyzing student responses to learning mathematics by using external representations. This research uses classroom action research (CAR) or classroom action testing (PTK) methods. According to O'Brien in Mulyatiningsih, "action research is carried out when a group of people (students) identify the problem, then the researcher determines an action to overcome it." Classroom Action Research (CAR) seeks to develop and reflect on a learning model with the aim of improving learning processes and outcomes. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: learning using external representations can improve mathematical problem solving abilities; it can be seen that there is an increase in the number of students who score above the KKM in cycle II, with the percentage of students who are declared complete (reaching the KKM) at 71.4%, or as many as 20 students are higher than in cycle I, with a percentage of 53.57%, or as many as 15 students who are declared complete. This means that most students have achieved learning mastery resulting from learning through the use of external representations

Abstract

In order to prepare learning that can enhance children's naturalist intelligence, learning methodologies are being examined and described in this study. Descriptive data are employed in the research method, which is a qualitative one. Seven classroom teachers and one school principals or deputy principals served as the study's subjects. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions were all processes in the Miles Huberman analysis of the data. This study found the diversity of strategies applied in preschool, namely by using or applying three stages of strategy in the learning process, namely: first, the planning strategy, which includes the following things: learning objectives, planning indicators to achieve naturalist intelligence, learning program planning, approach planning, methods and techniques, and learning tactics. Second, the implementation strategy stage includes strategies to manage content and learning material, send content and learning material through the media, and manage learning activities. Third, the assessment strategy stage, which includes the assessment of child development and the teacher's teaching ability in the development of the child's naturalist intelligence
