Abstract

Kriptografi merupakan salah satu solusi atau metode pengamanan data yang tepat untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keaslian data, serta dapat meningkatkan aspek keamanan suatu data atau informasi. Metode ini bertujuan agar informasi yang bersifat rahasia dan dikirim melalui suatu jaringan, seperti LAN atau Internet, tidak dapat diketahui atau dimanfaatkan oleh orang atau pihak yang tidak berkepentingan. Kriptografi mendukung kebutuhan dua aspek keamanan informasi, yaitu perlindungan terhadap kerahasiaan data informasi dan perlindungan terhadap pemalsuan dan pengubahan informasi yang tidak diinginkan. AES-Rinjdael merupakan salah satu algoritma kriptografi yang digunakan dalam mengamankan pesan menggunakan panjang kunci sampai 256 bit, yang mana untuk meghindari kriptanalisis, maka dilakukan metode kombinasi  dengan algoritma  Eliptic Curve Criptografi (ECC) dalam pengenkripsian pesan.

Abstract

Image processing combine with machine learning is used widely in image recognition, image classification, and image detection. By using camera to detect an object has been done within several article. The other usage of image and object detection is in measurement of distance. Distance measurement is possible by using additional peripheral such as sensor and extra camera. This research is intended to elaborate the usage of single camera in detecting and measuring distance. The distance set between the camera and the object. In this research, author used a square object with different size and different distance range. By using one of the known data as a pivot in calculating other image distance, the average error between 4%-7% . These result was achieved by using different object size. The bigger the size of the object used as reference, the smaller the error percentage of the measurement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Balancing Funds and Regional Original Income on the Human Development Index and Poverty Levels in North Sumatra Province. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method, testing the Multiple Linear Regression method and Residual Test. This research also uses secondary data in the form of panel data (pooled data), namely combining time series data (data between times) and cross sectional (data between individuals). By testing the quality of research instruments, normality tests and classical assumption tests, you will get the best research model. The variables in this research are balancing funds (DAU, DAK, DBH) and local original income as independent variables, poverty level as moderating variable and human development index (HDI) as dependent variable. The total sample is 33 Regency/City Governments from 2015 to 2019. The results of this study show that the balancing has no fund and insignificant effect on the human development index, regional original income has a positive and significant effect on the human development index. Meanwhile, the poverty level as a moderating variable weakens the influence of balancing funds and local original income on the human development index.

Abstract

Liver disease is a liver disease caused by viruses, alcohol, lifestyle and others. Someone often does not realize or is late to know liver disease so that when examined liver disease is severe, it would be better if treatment is done early by knowing the symptoms suffered. Data mining can help diagnose liver disease more easily, especially to help doctors determine whether patients suffer from liver disease or not, with symptoms almost close to liver disease. The process of diagnosing liver disease is carried out by a classification process and the result is that the patient suffers from liver or not. This research uses a data mining classification method using an artificial neural network method, namely Multilayer Perceptron. The Indian Liver Patient Dataset (ILPD) used in this study was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. The division of the data set over the training data and test data is done by Cross Validation. Performance measurement of the method uses confusion matrix. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the application of Multilayer Perceptron resulted in varying accuracy based on testing with different Fold values with the highest accuracy of 83.70% when the Fold was 7, and the lowest accuracy of 80.57% when the Fold was 3. Then the average accuracy of all Fold tests is 82.13%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Dana Perimbangan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dengan Tingkat Kemiskinan pada Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengujian metode Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Residual. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel (pooled data), yaitu menggabungkan data yang bersifat time series (data antar waktu) dan cross sectional (data antar individu). Dengan melakukan uji kualitas instrumen penelitian, uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik maka akan mendapatkan model penelitian yang terbaik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah dana perimbangan (DAU, DAK, DBH) dan pendapatan asli daerah sebagai variabel independen, tingkat kemiskinan sebagai moderating variabel dan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) sebagai variabel dependen. Jumlah sampel 33 Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dana perimbangan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Sedangkan tingkat kemiskinan sebagai variabel moderating memperlemah pengaruh dana perimbangan dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia.
