Abstract

Pertanian sebagai salah satu sektor industri menjadi bagian pekerjaan yang menunjang pemenuhan kebutuhan makanan pokok masyarakat seperti tanaman pangan. Tanaman padi merupakan tanaman pangan yang rentan terserang hama. Pengenalan terhadap jenis hama yang menyerang merupakan langkah awal yang sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam usaha pengendaliannya. Hama tanaman padi tersebut dapat menjadi kendala bagi petani untuk bisa meningkatkan produksi. karena hama tersebut dapat merusak tanaman padi hingga membuat gagal panen. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan deteksi klasifikasi pada hama daun padi untuk mencari akurasi dengan menggunakan perbandingan berbagai macam metode algoritma yaitu dengan Decision Tree, Random Forest, Naïve Bayes, SVM dan KNN. Sehingga diharapkan mampu menangani hama secara tepat, agar tidak terjadi kerusakan dan gagal panen. Dengan menggunakan dataset Rice Leaf Diseases Detection untuk Deteksi dan Klasifikasi Penyakit Padi. Dataset ini memiliki tiga kelas/penyakit yang diantaranya yaitu: Bakteri daun busuk, bercak coklat, dan daun api, masing-masing memiliki 40 gambar dengan format gambar jpg. Dari perbandingan ke lima metode algoritma tersebut dapat dihasilkan 3 macam model yaitu Model Overfit (Random Forest, Decission Tree dan Naive Bayes), Model Underfit (SVM) dan Good Models (KNN). Jadi metode terbaik diantara kelima tersebut yaitu metode KNN dengan nilai akurasi 87%, karna model ini konsisten baik pada kedua evaluasi. KNN tidak terbukti memiliki masalah overfiting karena secra konsisten berkinerja baik pada data train dan data test.Agriculture as one of the industrial sectors has become a part of the work that supplies people's basic food needs, such as food crops, rice is a food that is susceptible to pests. Identifying the host of pests is a vital first step toward promoting success in its control. The pest of the rice plant can pose a challenge for farmers to increase production. Because such pests can damage the crops to the point of failure. It is therefore necessary to assess the classification of rice leaf pests for accuracy by using a variety of algorithm-based methods of decision tree, random forest, naive bayes, SVM and KNN in the hope that farmers will soon discover the type of rice pests and their ferocity levels. And so it is expected to be able to handle eve properly, lest the damage and failure of the harvest, by using datassets Rice leaf diseases diseases diseases to detect and classification rice diseases. This datasset has three classes The underlying diseases: leaf rot, chocolate patches, and fire leaves produce 40 images each with JPG in their format. In comparison to the five possible methods of the algorithm, the three types of models are the overfit models (Random Forest, Decission Tree dan Naive Bayes), Model Underfit (SVM) dan Good Models (KNN). So the fifth prime method, however, is the KNN method with an accuracy of 87%, because it is consistent with both evaluations. KNN has no evidence of overfiting problems because it consistently performs well on train data and test data.

Abstract

Telemarketing is one effective way for promoting products. However, it is often difficult to measure the success of telemarketing. Therefore, a way to predict the success rate of telemarketing, and hence strategies could be planned to increase the success rate. In this study, we evaluate several implementations of machine learning for prediction the success of telemarketing. The evaluated methods are Deep Neural Network (DNN), Random Forest, and K-nearest neighbor (K-NN). We validate our experiments using 10-fold cross validation and our experiments show that DNN with 3 hidden layers outperforms other methods. Accuracy of 90% is achieved with the DNN. It is better than Random Forest and KNN that achieve accuracies of algorithm and 88% and 89%.Keywords— Bank Marketing, DNN, KNN, Random Forest.

Abstract

Business competition in the fashion industry will certainly greatly affect the level of quality that must be achieved by a company. Companies are competing to do many product innovations and improve quality and reduce reject products so that companies achieve the expected benefits or profits. If the company cannot control the quality properly, it can be imagined that the reject product will be high and this will certainly harm the company, not to mention the availability of uncertain materials can also be one of the factors hindering production. In one production of 5000 products there are 100 defective products that must be repaired. Defective products occur mostly in manual processes, namely in the gluing process. This research was conducted to find out related to quality control to reduce rejects that have been happening so far. The method used is Six Sigma DMAIC. Based on the calculation of the average DPMO value and the average sigma value of 3.7 with the possibility of damage to the production of 12,000 pcs when producing 1,000,000 pcs of bags.

Abstract

Last year's learning activities at home or studying from home were carried out by a number of schools and the office sector due to the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) that causes Covid-19. This change in activity can have a negative impact on both physical and mental complaints that may occur due to behavior during lecture activities. During lectures there are still many of us who have not paid attention to the correct and safe position when conducting online meetings such as sitting position, distance between the computer screen and head, foot position, working or study room conditions, correct hand position and so on. So it is important for us to understand the definition of ergonomics in order to reduce the work risks that occur and determine a safer body position to do. Efficiency of human–computer interaction as well as user comfort, health and safety can be improved by applying ergonomic principles. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to identify student behavior during lectures, measure physical complaints (MSD and visual fatigue) and provide recommendations to minimize negative impacts that occur using the ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment) method. With this method, it can be seen that some students surveyed using the ROSA method resulted in a final score of 2 which means they have a low level of danger, but must still pay attention to various aspects of sitting in a sitting position while doing lectures by avoiding the use of smartphones in a non-sitting position. chair so as not to pose a risk of dangerous disease.

Abstract

The internet as a communicator of information is now a necessity. Particularly in the provision of information for a company, government organizations / agencies such as Village Centers that require a fast, precise and accurate data management system that can provide more complete, up-to-date, interactive and dynamic information. In Demangharjo Village the information system related to Village Information is still submitted in the form of a guide book and the service is still done manually. Basically, population residence service activities are required to take care of application letters at the village office with the applicable procedures, so that in practice it will certainly take a long time and energy. For this reason the author made the Final Project concerning the Design of Demangharjo Village Website with the metedo Waterfall. Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang Optimal adalah perusahaan yang memiliki perencanaan yang matang dalam beberapa proses produksinya. UMKM yang memproduksi tas terkadang memiliki kendala yang besar ketika datang orderan yang banyak. Pihak UMKM merasa bahwa sumber daya yang di miliki merasa kurang mampu menghandle orderan tersebut dan berpengaruh terhadap penyelesaian produksi. Metode Assignment sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu permasalahan tersebut dimana bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisi menggunakan software POM QM. Hasil yang didapat Pada penelitian ini nilai optimum untuk memproduksi sebanyak 100 tas ada 1822 menit atau 30 jam dengan penugasan diantara pengukuran pola dilakukan oleh tim D, Pemotongan dilakukan oleh tim A, Pengeleman dilakukan oleh tim C, Pengecatan dilakukan oleh Tim F, Pemasangan aksesoris dilakukan oleh tim B, Jahit Cangklong dilakukan oleh Tim G, dan Untuk Finishing Produk dilakukan oleh tim E. Setelah di ketahui penugasan tersebut perusahaan dapat mengetahui pengeluaran untuk biaya pekerja sebanyak 2.800.000 per 100 tas.
