Abstract

Kemacetan masih menjadi masalah pokok yang tejadi di DKI Jakarta. Salah satu strategi dalam mengurai kemacetan adalah melalui pembangunan dan perbaikan pada transportasi publik, salah satunya melalui Transjakarta. Pelayanan Transjakarta masih memiliki beberapa masalah yakni Transjakarta masih mendapatkan aduan masyarakat terbanyak dibandingkan dengan transportasi lain. Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas pelayanan Transjakarta khususnya pada Koridor 13 ini menggunakan kesimpulan dari teori-teori kualitas pelayanan yang berasal dari Zeithaml, Parasuraman, dan Berry yang kemudian ditinjau melalui Peraturan Gubernur No. 13 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanna Minimal angkutan Transjakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas Transjakarta masih belum optimal pada dimensi tangible, realibility, responsiveness, dan assurance. Permasalahan yang didapat seperti kepadatan penumpang, ketidaktepatan waktu kedatangan bus, belum meratanya sarana prasarana, dan masih ditemukannya cat calling. Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang telah dianalisis yakni dengan memperbaiki dimensi-dimensi yang masih belum maksimal seperti meningkatkan manajemen distribusi kedatangan bus, dan pembuatan kebijakan komprehensif yang melibatkan beberapa instansi untuk melakukan kerjasama seperti Kapolda Metro Jaya dan Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta terkait sterilisasi jalan dan keamanan berkendara.

Abstract

Green Open Space public parks are important to provide in the city area because as a center of physical fitness and fitness for sports facilities, natural recreation, and beautifying the environment. Therefore it is important to maintain and maintain the park environment so as not to experience a decrease in the quality of the park and maintain the quality of the environment that is already good. Maintenance in public parks in Duren Sawit Subdistrict is the responsibility of the East Jakarta Parks and Urban Forest Service. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of the Park and Urban Forest Service Tribe according to Cooper which consists of objective and subjective responsibility and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the responsibilty of the Park and Urban Forest Service Tribe in maintaining public parks in Duren Sawit District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the responsibilty of the Parks and Urban Forests Service in maintaining public parks was still not optimal because there were factors, namely the lack of the number of park maintenance workers, the lack of the number and quality of work equipment was not sufficient, the budget to carry out park maintenance was still insufficient, this was due to facilities in several parks that were still damaged due to the actions of less responsible residents, but on the other hand there were still a small number of residents who cared about maintaining the park.

Abstract

Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) in Jakarta is a program created due to the lack of open space for children to play, thus causing children lose their righs. RPTRA Bambu Petung is an RPTRA in East Jakarta that has achieved the highest score in the certification and standardization of Child Friendly Playrooms (RBRA). However, reality shows that the paint on the children's play equipment at RPTRA Bambu Petung contains more than the maximum limit of lead which can be detrimental to children's health. This study aims to identify and analyze the success and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Bambu Petung RPTRA Program in an effort to fulfill children's rights. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The theory used is the CIPP evaluation theory (Context, Input Process, and Product). The results showed that the implementation of children's activity services in the Bambu Petung RPTRA Program had gone well and succeeded in fulfilling children's rights to play, socialize and recreation, the right to develop children's interests and talents, and the right to education. Even so, several obstacles were still found, namely limited human resources in the form of teaching staff for BKB-PAUD services, budget constraints in the form of no DKI Jakarta APBD allocation for 2021-2022 due to budget refocusing for handling Covid-19 and the absence of effective CSR cooperation. providing monthly financial contributions, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure in the form of parking lots and open stages. The advice given is that it is necessary to increase CSR cooperation between the Bambu Petung RPTRA and private companies, the PPAPP Sub-agency and the Bambu Petung RPTRA Manager carry out official permits for the use of residents' land as a parking facility for RPTRA visitors, and the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of the Bambu Petung RPTRA Management Team in the future must be more careful when receiving game equipment from third parties so that the problem of lead content in the game equipment at RPTRA Bambu Petung does not happen again.

Abstract

To realize successful tourism development requires synergy between the stakeholders involved. Likewise in the development of tourist objects Purwahamba Indah Beach which is located in Tegal Regency. Stakeholders for the development of the Purwahamba Indah Beach tourism object are the Tegal Regency Disporapar, PT BPK, and Pokdarwis Pesona Bahari. The success of the synergy between stakeholders can be seen through the communication and coordination of tourism activities. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the success of stakeholder synergy and the factors that hinder the realization of stakeholder synergy in the development of Purwahamba Indah Beach tourism objects. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that stakeholders in the development of Purwahamba Indah Beach attractions have not yet synergized. Communication and coordination between stakeholders is not optimal. Stakeholders have not carried out their roles properly as stated in the Regional Regulation of Tegal Regency No. 7 of 2018. Disporapar involvement is still not optimal. The unrealized hopes of developing Purwahamba Indah Beach with the conditions on the ground led to a decline in trust between stakeholders involved in the development of Purwahamba Indah Beach. Disporapar's responses tend to be less good at dealing with infrastructure problems that have decreased feasibility and lack of maintenance has an impact on direct relationships and weakened stakeholder participation. To encourage the realization of synergy between stakeholders, a special evaluation is needed to increase professionalism between stakeholders in the development of the Purwahamba Indah Beach tourist attraction, Tegal Regency

Abstract

MPP is an expansion of integrated service functions that provide various types of public services in one location. The MPP aims to provide convenience, speed, affordability, safety and comfort to the public in obtaining services, and is expected to increase the ease of doing business, but in the implementation of the Batang Regency MPP found a number of problems indicating the ineffectiveness of the Batang Regency MPP, especially in the implementation of business licensing services. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the MPP in administering business licensing services in Batang Regency along with the supporting and inhibiting factors for this effectiveness. This research is important, considering the potential for promising business and industrial development must be supported by ease of business licensing which is realized through the effective implementation of MPP Batang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as using domain analysis. The results showed that MPP Batang Regency in the implementation of licensing services was quite effective based on three indicators of organizational effectiveness by Duncan, namely goal attainment, integration, and adaptation, while the supporting and inhibiting factors for effectiveness were analyzed through four characteristics that determined organizational effectiveness by Steers, namely organizational characteristics, environment, employees, and management. The advice given is the need for regulations governing all services and OPD in the Batang Regency MPP under the control of the Batang Regency MPP organizer coordinator, the need for a massive outreach activity program about the importance of owning business licenses, the need for building expansion, the need for repair and development as well as massive outreach to the public about the online service system

Abstract

Kabupaten Purworejo merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki permasalahan perkawinan anak. Penyebab perkawinan anak di Kecamatan Bruno karena budaya masyarakat dan kondisi sosial ekonomi yang rendah. Belum adanya partisipasi secara kelembagaan di masyarakat dan masyarakat hanya berpartisipasi melalui edukasi dalam forum pertemuan tingkat desa yang disisipi materi mengenai perkawinan anak, menjadi penyebab rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap perkawinan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya masyarakat dan kondisi sosial ekonomi terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Budaya Masyarakat dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat, akan tetapi tingkat hubungan yang diperoleh adalah rendah.
