Abstract

The study on optimization of linear velocity of rotary blade and tractor forward speed ratio oil soil puddling of wetjeld rice was carried out in order to find the relationship between linear velocity of rotary blade and tractor forward speed ratio (u-v ratio) and the number of tractor's pass versus soil puddling index and tractor wheel slip during the soil puddling, and todetermine the optimum u-v ratio for rice wetjeldpreparation with certain soil classijication and condition and also with certain two wheel tractor and rotary tiller.The result, using two types of two wheel tractors and rotary tillers, showed that soil puddling was extremely afSected by puddling pass Pequency. The puddling index increased with the increasing of puddling pass prequency until the soil became puddled soil, were 0. 18 up to 0.64 forjeld test I and 0.17up to 0.67 for field test 11 in average.

Abstract

Abstract: Segway is the two wheeled personal transportation device which is light, strong, can balance themselves and used for short distance. On this segway design, performed modeling and construction load simulation with the help of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012 software. On the loading simulation results, it was shown that segway’s construction have good strength, so it is safe to be driven.

Abstract

Abstract: structure analysis software. Resulted of Automatic parking system is a car parking system which moves the vehicle from the parking lot entrance to the parking space automatically with no drivers. Automatic car parking system accepts the load's structure which should be done by the calculation and the structural strength analysis to get a strong and stable structure with expected safety level. structural strength analysis which has been done in this thesis is strong and stable automatic car parking system structure design.The analysis in this thesis is undertaken by using of structure analysis software. Resulted of structural strength analysis which has been done in this thesis is strong and stable automatic car parking system structure design

Abstract

Abstract: Forklift is one of the lifting machines that use to lift and move loads which can move loads with a diffirent height without taking a long time than we lift it by people’s strength. The Applications of forklift can be seen at sea port area and loading area in industrial. The design of forklift must be applied to find the hydraulic system and the strenght for the forklift so it will definitely lift the cargo which want to be lifted. Design of forklift consists of design hydraulic system and strength for the forklift.. The design of forklift with 7 tons of capacity will be disscused in this thesis.
