Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of micro-fundamental factors on stockreturns. This Research Is A Quantitative Research Using A Sampling Technique Method ThatObtains 12 Sample Companies. The population of this study are transportation companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are continuously issuing financial reports from2016-2020. This Research Uses Secondary Data Obtained from www.idx.co.id. This analysismethod uses panel data regression and classical assumptions. The results of this studyindicate that the micro-fundamental factors for stock returns have a T-test value (Fstatistic)of 0.476295 > 0.005. While the F test shows the influence value is -0.008064 <0.00. Fromthe calculation of the R value, the results of the determination test conducted in this studyresulted in an r value in the upper table of x1 = 0.1309, where the r value was > 0.005 andwas declared to have no effect. X2 = 0.7900 where the value of r > 0.005 means it has noeffect. X3 = 0.6598 where the value of r > 0.005 means it has no effect.

Abstract

Investment is the main key in achieving increased economic growth, which is reflected in the ability to increase growth rates and income levels. The greater the investment of a country, the greater the level of economic growth that can be achieved. In this study the authors chose LQ45 companies as research objects. The LQ45 stock index was chosen because it is a stock that is quite attractive to investors. This is because LQ45 shares have high liquidity and market capitalization value. But at this time the LQ45 stock index is experiencing an unstable decline seen since 2019 of 3.2%, 2020 of -7.8%, 2021 -2.5% (IDX, 2021). This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive research method that aims to find out which stocks are included in the optimal portfolio candidate. to find out how big the proportion of each share. And also to know the return and risk that will be accepted. The population used in this study is 45 shares of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria Sugiyono (2010). With the criteria, namely companies that are active and consistently listed on the LQ45 Index during the 2019-2021 period, a total of 34 company shares. Based on the analysis that has been carried out by calculating using the formula in Microsoft Excel, the results in this study are from 34 samples of LQ45 company shares, there are 4 company shares that are candidates in the optimal portfolio, namely Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. (ANTM), Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA), Vale Indonesia Tbk. (INCO), and XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL). Of the 4 companies, the proportion of shares selected was ANTM, the highest with 0.3669 (36.7%), then INCO with 0.2556 (25.6%), ERAA with 0.2182 (21.8%), and EXCL of 0.1593 (15.9%). Of the stocks that make up the optimal portfolio, it has a return of 0.0333 (3.33%) and a risk of 0.0459 (4.59%).

Abstract

There are problems with employee performance which result in decreased production and sales in convection light. There is a decrease in the amount of production because employees need leaders, work environment, and work motivation that are suitable for increasing production results in convection light. Employees need evaluation to improve their performance so they can meet the targets needed by the company. For this reason, a leadership style, work environment and work motivation are needed to improve employee performance in the convection light. Leadership style evaluates the ability and potential of each employee to expand the employee's responsibility and authority in the future. This study has the objectives, namely to find out whether transformational leadership style affects employee performance, to find out whether the work environment affects employee performance, to find out whether work motivation influences employee performance, to find out whether transformational leadership style, work environment and work motivation influence relationships. between work motivation and employee performance. The sample of this research were 40 employees of the Ganjar Angung Metro Barat convection light. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test with the program (SPSS 25). There is a positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Light Convection of Ganjar Agung Kota Metro. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance of Management Student Class of 2019 Muhammadiyah University Metro. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance in the light convection of Ganjar Agung City Metro.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat adopsi Digipay di satuan kerja mitra KPPN Metro, yang hanya mencapai 11,11% pada tahun 2023, meskipun platform ini menawarkan berbagai keunggulan seperti efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan belanja negara. Faktor penyebab rendahnya penggunaan Digipay antara lain kurangnya pemahaman pengguna, preferensi terhadap metode konvensional, serta keterbatasan penyedia barang/jasa yang terdaftar dalam sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan transaksi belanja negara melalui marketplace Digipay pada satuan kerja mitra Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Metro. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas strategi berdasarkan kriteria fleksibilitas, kehati-hatian, efektivitas, dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas (bobot 0,33) menjadi kriteria utama yang memengaruhi keputusan satuan kerja menggunakan Digipay, dengan subkriteria kemudahan transaksi (0,41) sebagai faktor paling dominan. Sementara itu, kendala implementasi terutama terkait dengan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan regulasi yang belum optimal. Simpulan penelitian ini mengusulkan tiga strategi utama: (1) peningkatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi pengelola keuangan satuan kerja, (2) pendaftaran penyedia barang/jasa langganan ke dalam platform Digipay, dan (3) optimalisasi metode pembayaran non-tunai seperti Kartu Kredit Pemerintah (KKP). Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup perlunya regulasi yang lebih tegas untuk mendorong penggunaan Digipay serta kolaborasi antara KPPN Metro, satuan kerja, dan penyedia barang/jasa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat digitalisasi belanja negara sekaligus mendukung prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara.  The low adoption rate of Digipay in KPPN Metro partner work units, which only reached 11.11% in 2023, even though this platform offers various advantages such as efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing state spending. Factors causing the low use of Digipay include lack of user understanding, preference for conventional methods, and limited providers of goods/services registered in the system. This study aims to formulate a strategy to increase state spending transactions through the Digipay marketplace in partner work units of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) Metro. The research method uses a mixed methods approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine strategic priorities based on the criteria of flexibility, prudence, effectiveness, and accountability. The results of the study show that flexibility (weight 0.33) is the main criterion that influences the decision of work units to use Digipay, with the sub-criterion of ease of transaction (0.41) as the most dominant factor. Meanwhile, implementation constraints are mainly related to human resources, infrastructure, and regulations that are not yet optimal. The conclusion of this study proposes three main strategies: (1) increasing socialization and training for financial managers of work units, (2) registering subscription providers of goods/services on the Digipay platform, and (3) optimizing non-cash payment methods such as Government Credit Cards (KKP). Policy recommendations include the need for stricter regulations to encourage the use of Digipay and collaboration between KPPN Metro, work units, and providers of goods/services. These findings are expected to accelerate the digitalization of state spending while supporting the principles of transparency and accountability in state financial management.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital telah menjadi strategi utama dalam menarik minat beli konsumen, terutama dalam industri kuliner seperti kafe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen di Café Lacosta Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 78 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kafe. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi aksesibilitas, interaktivitas, hiburan, kredibilitas, kejengkelan, dan informativeness. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel aksesibilitas, interaktivitas, hiburan, dan informativeness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Sebaliknya, variabel kredibilitas dan kejengkelan tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Uji simultan (F-test) membuktikan bahwa secara bersama-sama, keenam variabel tersebut berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan minat beli pelanggan Café Lacosta Metro. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, seperti meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi, menciptakan interaksi yang menarik, menyediakan hiburan yang relevan, serta memberikan konten yang informatif, dapat meningkatkan daya tarik kafe dan membangun loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku usaha kafe untuk lebih mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing guna meningkatkan persaingan di era digital. Digital marketing has become a major strategy in attracting consumer buying interest, especially in culinary industries such as cafes. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on consumer buying interest at Café Lacosta Metro. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 78 respondents who are cafe customers. The variables studied include accessibility, interactivity, entertainment, credibility, annoyance, and informativeness. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of accessibility, interactivity, entertainment, and informativeness have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. On the other hand, the variables of credibility and annoyance do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous test (F-test) proves that together, the six variables contribute to increasing the buying interest of Café Lacosta Metro customers. This study confirms that an effective digital marketing strategy, such as improving information accessibility, creating engaging interactions, providing relevant entertainment, and delivering informative content, can increase the appeal of a café and build customer loyalty. These findings have implications for café businesses to further optimize their digital marketing strategies to increase their competitiveness in the digital age.
