Abstract

Today the discussion of radicalism is often associated with Muslims. The pesantren as an Islamic educational institution is the foundation of the ummah to spread peace and introduce to Islamic brothers and sisters among the pesantren. This paper intends to offer ideas on efforts to increase the role of pesantren as a stronghold to counter the development of radical understanding and action in their environment. This idea was formulated based on three things: first, the philosophy and tradition of pesantren; second, facts found about the understanding that developed in pesantren and third, the analysis of the stages and factors that can make someone who has a radical understanding can be dragged into radical actions.

Abstract

Al-Quran and al-Hadith are the main sources of reference in Islam, Islam is a religion blessed by Allah SWT which was conveyed by Rasulullah Saw to Muslims, in al-Quran it is mentioned if Muslims are the best ummah, the chosen ummah and the just ummah. . In the reality of the life of Muslims, it is the opposite, for example the emergence of radical groups and liberal groups, the debate on the matter of Furu 'iyah. The purpose of this research is to examine 2 issues, namely: How the interpretation of Moh. Emon Hasim on the concept of Moderation in the scope of Islam according to Moh. Emoh Hasim and the interpretation of Moh. Emon Hasim on the verses of wasathiyah. This research uses the method of maudhu'i (thematic), library research (Library Research) is qualitative descriptive. Data search technique is by way of documentation (photos) of books related to this research. The results show that there are two sources of data that form the basis of this study; first, the primary data source by using Tafsir Ayat Suci Lenyepaneun by Moh. Emon Hasim son of al-Qur’an al-Karim. Second, secondary data sources can be from works such as, books, scientific works or journals that have relevance to this research. The conclusion is sourced from Moh. Emon Hasim in the interpretation of the holy verses Lenyepaneun wasathan ummah which is the ummah that can uphold justice, balance and tolerant behavior towards human beings, as described in Surat al-Baqarah verse 143, Surat al-Maidah verse 89, Surat al-Adiyat verse 5, Surat al-Qalam verse 28 and Surat al-Baqarah verse 238. describes the principles of moderation in the scope of Islam and the behavior of moderate Muslims in accordance with the Qur'an, which is described as 3 terms, term adl in Surat al - Baqarah verse 282, surat al- Baqarah verse 124, and al- Hadid verse 25, the term tawazun in Surat al- Infithar verse 6- 7, Surat ar- Rahman verse 7 and al- Mulk verse 3, the term tasamuh is in Surat al - Imran verse 64, Surat al-Imran verse 159 and Surat al-Kafirun verses 1- 6.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidik belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan penyusunan RPP sehingga mereka hanya copy paste pada temannya, padahal seringkali RPP hasil copy paste tidak relevan dengan situasi dan kondisi di madrasahnya sehingga RPP yang ada tidak bisa dijadikan acuan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari penelitian tindakan madrasah ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru guru di MAS Darussalam Sumedang, yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik secara formal, dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi masing- masing pelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan refleksi, dan dilakukan minimal dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; Pertama, pada komponen Perumusan indikator tujuan pembelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 40 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 60% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 70% pada akhir kegiatan. Kedua, pada Komponen Penentuan bahan dan materi pembelajaran, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dari 65% menjadi 70% setelah siklus 1 dan lebih menguat menjadi 80%. Ketiga, dalam Komponen Pemilihan Strategi dan metoda pembelajaran, yang didalamnya memuat langkah-langkah pembelajaran dan penentuan alokasi waktu yang digunakan,terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari yang semula hanya 40% menjadi 60% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 75% setelah siklus 2. Keempat, meskipun tidak terlihat adanya peningkatan yang cukup tajam, dalam komponen pemilihan Media dan alat pembelajaran juga terdapat adanya peningkatan dari 60% pada awal kegiatan dan setelah siklus 1, menjadi 80% setelah siklus 2. Kelima, peningkatan yang cukup signifikan juga dapat kita lihat pada komponen perencanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Dari yang semula hanya 40% pada awal kegiatan, menjadi 60% pada akhir siklus 1 dan berhasil mencapai 70% pada akhir siklus 2. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi pedagodik, supervisi akademik, perencanaan pembelajaran. Abstract: The teacher has never attended a lesson plan preparation so they only copy paste it on their friends, whereas often the copy of the lesson plan is not relevant to the situation and conditions in their madrasas so that the lesson plan cannot be used as a reference in the learning process. The main objective of this madrasa action research is to help improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in MAS Darussalam Sumedang, who do not yet have a formal teacher certificate, in preparing learning plans that are in accordance with the competency standards of each lesson. The research method used is qualitative with an action research approach which is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation and reflection, and is carried out in at least two cycles. The research results show; First, in the components of the formulation of learning objectives indicators, seen an increase from 40% in the initial ability, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. Second, in the Determination Component of learning materials and materials, there was an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1 and more strengthened to 80%. Third, in the Component Selection Strategy and learning method, which includes learning steps and determining the allocation of time used, seen a significant increase from the original only 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and increased again to 75% after cycle 2 Fourth, although there was no significant increase in the selection of media and learning tools there was also an increase from 60% at the beginning of the activity and after cycle 1, to 80% after cycle 2. Fifth, a significant increase can also be seen. look at the learning evaluation planning component. From the original only 40% at the beginning of the activity, to 60% at the end of cycle 1 and managed to reach 70% at the end of cycle 2. Abstract

Kuttab is considered foreign to some people so that the public is still familiar with the concept of kuttab education. Historically, the Muslim community did not allow the Kuttab to be separate and there were boundaries with society. It is for this that the Kuttab correlates with its people and joins in their daily lives. The existence of a barrier between kuttab and society can affect people's beliefs and participation. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the Governance of Public Relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung from planning, implementation, assessment, to supporting and inhibiting aspects of public relations at Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection used observation procedures, interviews and documentation research. The data validity test used the participation extension technique, observer intensity, triangulation, peer checking, referral adequacy, negative problem analysis, member checking, detailed explanation and auditing. The results of this research show that the governance of public relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung is running well even though this task is held by the official Kuttab and the Tawaf division. First, planning refers to the vision, mission and profile of Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung which refers to the Al-Quran, hadith and the prophet's sirah. Second, implementation is carried out by implementing planned programs that involve all kuttab stakeholders. Third, evaluation is carried out after programs and activities have been implemented. This evaluation is to take into account the success of the program and deliberate on any cases. Fourth, the supporting aspects of public relations come from internal Kuttab, namely Kuttab's human resources who have a sincere mindset and the intention to worship when carrying out all activities. The factors inhibiting citizen ties come from externals, namely parents and residents who have different descriptions of the concept of Kuttab education.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah, sebagai seorang pemimpin, harus memiliki sifat, karakter, ciri, peran yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah SAW. Bapak Ahmad Syarif seorang kepala sekolah di Sekolah Menengah PertamaIslamiyah Ciawi mampu mendobrak kebiasaan lama dengan manajemen softpower kepemimpinannya sehingga SMP Islamiyah Ciawi mampu bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah negeri di daerahnya. Sifatnya yang lembut namun berwibawa, menjadi panutan seluruh stakeholder sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap tipe kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Islamiyah Ciawi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Kepala sekolah, sebagai seorang pemimpin, harus memiliki sifat, karakter, ciri, peran yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah SAW. Adalah Bapak Ahmad Syarif seorang kepala sekolah di SMP Islamiyah Ciawi mampu mendobrak kebiasaan lama dengan manajemen softpower kepemimpinannya sehingga SMP Islamiyah Ciawi mampu bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah negeri di daerahnya. Abstract

The public relations field at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang is less informative when carrying out open employee recruitment so that job seekers are less aware of recruitment information. This study aims to reveal the implementation of human resource recruitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang. The research method used is qualitative. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that First, the recruitment tool at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang uses social media advertising media using online pamphlets. The media forum was informed, namely universities to target fresh graduates. Second, organizational characteristics in madrasas that are very thick with Islamic religious nuances are very good at attracting applicants from Islamic tertiary institutions, the achievements of institutions with well-managed management of madrasas are one of the attractions for job applicants. Third, minimal compensation or salary policies make recruitment difficult. Very strict job requirements in administration in state-run madrasa aliyah with long procedures make it one of the obstacles to complaints from prospective employees.

Abstract

The book collection has not been properly inventoried, student interest in reading visits is still low, supervision is carried out every 2/3 months, there is a loss of inventory of madrasa library books, the head of the library does not have staff resources. The purpose of this study is to uncover and analyze the management process including; planning, implementing, organizing, monitoring and evaluating libraries in Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Sumedang, Indonesia. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use; study interviews with the head of the library as the key informant and head of the madrasa, study documents include, book archives, library work programs, library visit books; Observation studies record library activity activities, discussion processes, weekly meetings. The results showed that; first, planning is carried out with the madrasa head at the madrasa level meeting by submitting a work program and submitting a draft budget (RAB); second, organizing is regulated based on the statement of the headmaster of madrasa no: MA.i / S / 20 / pp.006 / 001/2019 concerning the additional duties of Elyana Barbera as head of the library and does not yet have accompanying staff; third, the program implementation at the library is carried out by the head of the library, namely borrowing books, daily library services, work program socialization; fourth, supervision is carried out incidentally monthly and weekly, direct and indirect visits through work program reports to the madrasah head; an evaluation is carried out at the end of the school academic period by submitting a report on the overall madrasa library management program.
