Abstract

This study was aimed to know the quality of water refills in the district of east Palu, Central Sulawesi during periode of March until May 2012, with Purposive Random Sampling Method. Ten of fortyeight water refill was chosen as the sampling. This study was quantitatively with MPN (Most Probable Number) method for determination of Coliform used Lactosa Broth (LB) medium. In addition, was also conducted a qualitative test by testing of Escherichia coli used selective medium, there are Eosine Methylene Blue Agar (EMBA) and Mac Conkey Agar and then used Gram staining. The result showed tha the water refills in the district of east Palu were not for the requirements of SNI water with bacteriological test by 1 sampling (values of MPN Coliform about 4,3x101 (43 cell/ml)), and the requirements of SNI water are 9 sampling (values of MPN coliform about 3,0x100 (<3 cell/ml)) from all the sampling. But, for the testing of Escherichia coli is negative. Key words: Coliform, Escherichia coli, Drinking-Water refill station (DAMIU)

Abstract

The indicator of the running of the legislative body's role is the production of pro-people legal products. However, in the reform era, the role of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia has decreased as a legislative body. The decline in the role of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in the reform era was influenced by several factors. It is necessary to examine the factors causeby the weak role of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia and also the implications of the Constitutional Court Decision on the Job Creation Act. This study aims to explain the causes of the decline in such a role and to explain the role of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in the formation of the law. This type of research is normative juridical. The results of the study indicate that there has been a weakening of the role of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in the reform era caused by several factors such as the weakening of the political parties' power, the large number of political parties in coalition with the government, as well as the large intervention of the economic elite in political parties and the government, which resulted in a controversy over the formation of Job Creation Act caused by the non-applicability of the principles of the formation of good legislation by legislators at the time of making the law.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the difficulty of students' conceptual understanding in algebra material based on APOS theory. The research approach is qualitative with the type of research is a case study. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. The source of data in this study is 31 students in grade VII F SMP Negeri 4 Singkawang for the 2023/2024 school year. Furthermore, 6 more students were taken as subjects to be interviewed. Data collection techniques use tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are: 1) Data Collection, 2) Data Reduction, 3) Data Display, and 4) Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of the study show that: 1) The difficulty of mathematical conceptual understanding of students with APOS theory of the high category is the lack of understanding of students' concepts in Algebra material, lack of accuracy in reading problems and lack of understanding of the meaning of the problem; 2) The difficulty of mathematical conceptual understanding of students with APOS theory in the medium category is lack of understanding of the concept of similar terms in Algebra, confusion about how to explain the reason and mathematical model, lack of mastery of the concept of calculation operations on integers, lack of mastery of distributive concepts applied to Algebraic forms; 3) The difficulty of mathematical conceptual understanding of students with APOS theory in the low category is the difficulty in applying the basic concepts of Algebra
