Abstract

Discourse on gender has never been quietly discussed both among academics, politicians, and in peoples daily lives. In the development of the current discussion about gender has involved Islamic thinkers to explore the repertoire of Islamic thought to see the existence of gender discourse in Islam. This condition is inseparable from claims that Islamic teachings are not gender sensitive, and even tend to reduce women, especially when a handful of people talk about the existence of women in the public sphere which is constrained by restrictions on womens movement to gain access in education, social and political fields. Fatimah Mernissi, when analyzing the religious texts already in the yellow book, especially the hadiths of the Prophet. and the narrators who later came up with a new term, namely "Misogynist Hadith" or hadith which hated women. Fatimah Mernissi had been critical, even to the figure of Imam Bukharis caliber who was highly recognized for his credibility and authority, as well as for several friends of the Messenger of Allah. therefore, this critical attitude should not stop here, and not even bring taqlid attitude. This paper will show the method of criticizing misogynist hadith according to Mernissi.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Doom that occurs today is due to the birth of various understandings, ranging from rational understanding to irrational. This understanding comes down to blaming one element of society and social. This is because the hadith text about Doom circulating on social media today is sounded based on the motives and interests of its users. It causes differences in understanding from the source of one text. Therefore, the author is interested in studying the hadith of Doom more deeply. The stages of analysis that will be carried out in this study are linguistic analysis of hadith text which then outlines critical analysis in the form of micro and macro nuzul asbabs and contextual analysis of hadith. From the results of this study, the authors concluded that there are two typologies of understanding in interpreting the hadith of Doom, namely, the typology of normative-textual understanding. This group interprets the hadith of Doom in the final text and rejects anything beyond that. Second, the typology of contextual understanding, this group is more concerned with the context and object of a punishment without judging thoroughly. Moreover, the rise of visualization of meme content sourced from hadith teaches its users to be more selective and research the source of hadith text. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the response of high-level formal education institutions in this case Fahmina in understanding local wisdom that develops in the community and its relation to Islam that is embraced by the majority of the Indonesian nation. Isoam from sisis culture. In Islam itself provides a vast space for culture. The results of this study illustrate that even Fahmina as an Islamic director of various streams of local wisdom is understood as a cultural creativity that must be promoted to enrich Islam as a religion while inspiring culture.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the virtues of ablution from a hadith perspective. This research is a qualitative type by applying literature study. The research was carried out by collecting literary sources, both primary and secondary. The results and discussion of this study include the definition of ablution ', hadiths about the procedures for ablution, and the virtues of ablution' from the perspective of hadith. The conclusion of this research is that ablution 'is an activity of washing the limbs that have been determined from the face to the feet in sequence, and there are also virtues of ablution' from the perspective of hadith, including the elimination of mistakes and elevation, the removal of sins that have been committed. in every limb until the last drop of water, and the angel will pray for someone who stays the night or sleeps in a holy state to have his sins washed away.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the description of the torment of unbelievers in the afterlife in the Qur'an. This research method uses qualitative research through literature study from secondary sources, namely theses and journals by applying content analysis as a tool to explore the collected data so that it can lead to conclusions. The results and discussion of this study include a general view of the meaning of infidels, descriptions of the afterlife and descriptions of the torment of infidels in the hereafter in the Qur'an. The conclusion of this study is that infidels are people who reject the truth that comes from Allah. During his life he did what he wanted. He feels that he will live forever in this mortal world, so he is desperately trying to get pleasure while in this temporary world. In the afterlife he will be held accountable for whatever actions he has committed while in this world. Allah has prepared a hell in which there is a blazing fire and a very painful punishment. This study recommends that a more holistic interpretation research be conducted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Saw. about the benefits of honey from the perspective of Islam and science. This research method is qualitative through the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches with chemical analysis. The results and discussion of this study is the benefits of honey from a scientific perspective. The conclusion of this research is takhrij and syarah hadith about the benefits of honey from the perspective of Islam and science. From a scientific point of view honey is proven to have many benefits because it contains many active compounds such as vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, phenolic acids and other active ingredients.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about usury. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about usury in Muslim history No. 2995. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the quality of the hadith regarding usury is considered authentic with the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the Islamic experience in avoiding usury which has a detrimental impact on society. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Muslim No. 2995 is relevant to be used as the basis for the development of the Islamic economy to create community welfare in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the implementation of entrepreneurship in the hadith. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about the implementation of entrepreneurship in the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah No. 2237. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of quality hadith hasan li ghairihi that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah no. 2237 is relevant to be used as knowledge to shape the nature and character in the field of entrepreneurship.
