Abstract

In era of reform and in the global era Indonesian nation, it is no wonder if many aspects will affect the national defense both in terms of ideology, political, economic, social, and cultural aspects of defense and security. The realization economic resilience is reflected in the nation's economic condition is capable of maintaining a healthy economic stability and dynamic, independent, highly competitive, realize the prosperity of the people are fair and equitable.Economic development is directed on the stability of economic resilience through a healthy business climate and utilization of science and technology, availability of goods and services, maintenance of environmental functions, and improve competitiveness within the global economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the rate of return that a company must achieve on investment to maintain its stock market value. The results of this study indicate that the company's capital structure is less than optimal because the optimal capital structure is a capital structure that minimizes the weighted average cost of capital (WACC). From the results of the analysis and discussion conducted that PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk obtained WACC values of 32.25%, 39.61%, 74.83%, 65.13%, and 74.62%. The WACC value that has the best performance and provides the minimum rate of return indicated by investors is in the 2015 period. This calculation of the cost of capital can be used as a reference by company management to pay attention to the composition of the company's capital structure by reducing funding through debt to reduce financial risk and company capital costs.

Abstract

The internal control system is one of the variables that can help to improve the quality of government financial statement data (SPI). The purpose of this study is to see how the internal control mechanism at Palembang City's Regional Secretariat affects the quality of financial reports. The responses to the distributed questionnaires are collected, and data processing begins. Staff from the Palembang City Regional Secretariat's twelve sectors were polled. Sixty people responded to the survey, and sixty of them provided feedback. Linear regression was used as an analytical tool. The study's findings show that internal control has a favorable and significant impact on financial statement information quality
