Abstract

 The year 2020 is the year that the dependence with the use of the internet. Due to the pandemic Covid-19 all activities most use the Internet. Includes information on local elections (Elections) simultaneously. As the organizer of the KPU Kediri district also utilize the internet to the success of the dissemination of information and services through a media-based web site or website. Permasa-land in this study originated from the want to know how high people's satisfaction with website KPU Kediri district. People use the website to find information on Local Head Elections (PILKADA). The purpose of this study is to find out whether it is the achievement of services to the satisfaction of the public against the use of the website KPU Kediri district. This research method using Webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Sample this study uses purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents from the District. Kediri. The results of the research get the value of 93,5% with the value of the gap 0,226 it can be concluded that the level of service quality website KPU Kediri district has not been according to the expectations of society. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows the mapping of the cartesian diagram is expected to improve the quality of information by providing the information up to date and that the in-formation given on the web site is still not in the appropriate format or still less precise arrangement of the informa-signal. So as to make respondent confusion. Researchers give advice for the management of the website management in preparing a strategy to improve the quality of website KPU Kediri.

Abstract

This research and development is based on the limited of learning media for Basic Networking subject. The research and development objectives are (1) to develop and produce web-based learning media on the Basic Networking subject, (2) determine the feasibility web-based learning media developed, and (3) determine the efficiency of web-based learning media developed on learning outcomes of students. The model research and development of web-based learning media was using ADDIE development model. The results validate that the average value of media by media experts and subject matter experts amounted to 91.5%, a small-scale test of 87.75%, and the wide-scale test of 86.42%, thus, it obtain the average value of the overall validation of web-based learning media of 88.55%. From the results obtained, it show that the web-based learning media developed is valid and suitable for medium of learning. Operational field trials conducted in class X TKJ D SMKN 8 Malang during four meetings with the learning process using web-based learning media. On student learning outcomes, it showed an increase in the average value of the pre-test to post-test, with an average value of pre-test was 46.67 and the average value of post test was 88.09. This suggests that web-based learning media are developed efficiently used in the process of learning to improve student learning outcomes on the subjects of the Basic Networking.Penelitian dan pengembangan ini didasari oleh terbatasnya media pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran Jaringan Dasar. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah (1) mengembangkan dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada mata pelajaran Jaringan Dasar, (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan, dan (3) mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model penelitian dan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis web ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil nilai rata-rata validasi media oleh ahli media dan ahli materi sebesar 91,5%, uji skala kecil sebesar 87,75%, dan uji skala luas sebesar 86,42%, sehingga diperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan validasi media pembelajaran berbasis web adalah 88,55%. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan valid dan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran. Uji lapangan operasional dilakukan di kelas X TKJ D SMKN 8 Malang selama empat kali pertemuan dengan proses belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis web. Pada hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari pre test ke post test, dengan nilai rata-rata pre test adalah 46,67 dan nilai rata-rata post test adalah 88,09. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan efisien digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar
