Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing mix, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the marketing of pineapple chips, agroindustry marketing strategy agribusiness UMKM incubator tenants University of Riau. The method used in this research is a case study with a sample of 10 entrepreneurs. The results showed that the product consisted of pineapple chips of various sizes ranging from size 100 grams, 125 grams, 150 grams, 200 grams and bulk packaged in plastic containers and packaging boxes. The selling price of pineapple chips varies from Rp. 10,000 to Rp. 25.000 according to the packaging used. Distribution Marketing pineapple chips was focused on the local area that is Pekanbaru, Perawang, Danau Bingkuang but occasionally also carried into the field of marketing. Promotion done yet continuous pineapple chips businessmen, entrepreneurs simply do promotions with direct interaction to consumers, in addition to the promotion of the use of brochures and mass media do only a few businessmen, entrepreneurs also take advantage of the promotion through government assistance by following the bazaar and exhibitions. Marketing strategy pineapple chips to do is strengthen the brand or product brand, maximize product quality so as to penetrate the market, make loans to banks, in cooperation with other regional traders and standardized products. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study originated from the observation that the writer found in the field, it turns out the students are less success in doing smash in practice, the results of unsatisfactory accuracy smash has not achieved good results, this is caused by the jump is too high therefore the ball cannot run dynamically. The factor that caused less success doing smash was lack of the element of physical condition named power. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power with accuracy smash results at female volley ball team of MA Darul Qur’an. The population in this study was 12 samples. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling for counting a sample that is not too large. Instruments of this research were vertical power jump test in order to measure the leg muscle power, then two-hand medicine ball put test in order to measure arm and shoulder muscle power and the last smash ability test in order to measure the accuracy smash. The results showed that there is a significant relationship with r table at α (0,05) = 0,576 while r count > r table, it means that hypothesis was received and there is a significant relationship of leg muscle power and arm and shoulder muscle power with accuracy smash at female volley ball team of MA Darul Qur’an.Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, Arm And Shoulder Muscle Power, Accuracy Smash

Abstract

Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran eksak yang termuat dalam kurikulum, merupakan dasar perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini dibuktikan banyaknya produk-produk teknologi yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan konsep Matematika . Bahkan dalam KTSP (Kurikulum Tingkan Satuan Pendidikan) saat ini, mata pelajaran Matematika termasauk salah satu mata pelajaran yang diujian nasionalkan. Tetapi realita saat ini masih ada saja anggapan siswa bahwa mata pelajaran Matematika adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit, hal ini disebabkan mata pelajaran Matematika selain terdiri dari konsep-konsep juga istilah-istilah latin yang sulit dipahami oleh siswa. Hal ini menyebabkan minat belajar siswa menurun, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Tujuan diadakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Model Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan mencapai standar ideal. Dari 57,86 % pada Siklus l, dapat meningkat pada siklus 2 mencapai 66,14 % dan siklus 3 mencapai 76,43 %, dan secara klasikal telah mencapai ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD ) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX-1 Model Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD ) efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pelajaran Matematika di SMP Negeri 1 Unter Iwes Kab. Sumbawa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza and phosphate fertilization on the growth and production of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L. ). Research conducted at the Greenhouse o f Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Factorial experiment arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with repeat 4 times. The first factor: VA mycorrhizal (with and without mycorrhiza); the second factor: phosphate (0, 100, 200 and 300 kg TSP/Ha). The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of flowers, fruit number, fruit weight, fresh weight of plants, phosphate uptake. Data were analyzed by ANOVA followed by Duncan test 5%. Mycorrhizal fungi and phosphate give significantly different interaction effects on plant height, stem diameter, plant fresh weight, and phosphate uptake of plants with mycorrhizal fungi combination VA and phosphate 300 kg/Ha which gives the highest yield. Mycorrhizal fungi significant effect in increasing plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit weight and wet weight of plants and plant phosphate uptake. Phosphate significant effect in increasing plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit weight and wet weight of plants and plant phosphate uptake. There is no difference between the effect of phosphate 100 kgTSP/Ha with 200 and 300 kg/Ha TSP in high regard detainees, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of relationship, the amount of fruit, fruit weight, and plant fresh weight.
