Abstract

The Forest Reserve of  Kenegerian Rumbio Kampar District is one that holds a lot of conservation of germplasm one Eurycoma longifolia Jack, information regarding the distribution pattern of the forest Eurycoma longifolia Jack in the Forest Reserve of Kenegerian Rumbio was limited. This study aims to determine the analysis of vegetation and distribution patterns of Eurycoma longifolia Jack in Panoghan zone, Naghao Koto zone, and Sialang Layang zone from Forest Reserve of Kenegerian Rumbio. This study using purposive sampling method.The observation plot is made in square plot which plot size was 20 x 20 m for tree level and 10 x 10 m for the poles. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of vegetation reaches its maximum value outcome important value index is 300%. Distribution pattern of Eurycoma longifolia Jack were clumped with Morisita Index value > 1. Eurycoma longifolia Jack clumped distribution petterns caused by Eurycoma longifolia Jack seeds grow not far from the mother tree, Eurycoma longifolia Jack tolerant shade tree canopies, and by factors of edafik.Keywords: Analysis vegetation, Eurycoma longifolia Jack, Morisita Indeks,                        Forest Reserve of Kenegerian Rumbio

Abstract

This study aims to describe and reveal data about the diagnosis of student learning difficulties at school and the teacher's efforts to identify the types and characteristics, as well as the factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a library research approach obtained from books, literature, articles, journals, and sites on the internet that are related to the research conducted. The results of the study show that learning difficulties are defined as obstacles to children in learning who have difficulty learning to read, understanding every learning the child cannot develop and receive the information obtained properly so that it affects the child's learning achievement. Factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning are 2, namely internal factors which include psycho-physical disorders of students both in cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects and external factors including family, school and community environments. Efforts made by teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties can make various strategic efforts involving identification, diagnosis, intervention, providing assistance and collaboration. In this effort, it is important for teachers to continuously improve their professional competence, especially in recognizing and dealing with various types of learning difficulties.

Abstract

Preparing for primary school is an important phase in a child's educational development. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between strengths and difficulties identified through the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) with school entry readiness in prospective elementary school students in Deli Serdang Regency. The study involved data collection using the SDQ which covers five main domains: emotional problems, behavioral problems, hyperactivity, relationships with peers, and pro-social behavior. The results showed that children with high scores on pro-social behavior and low scores on behavioral problems had better readiness to adapt to the school environment. In contrast, high scores on emotional problems and hyperactivity indicate potential obstacles in the adaptation process. This study confirms the importance of using the SDQ as an evaluation tool to identify areas in need of intervention, thereby supporting children's optimal transition to formal education. The implications of the results of this study can serve as a reference for parents, teachers, and policy makers in developing strategies that support children's readiness to enter primary school. Abstract

This study aims to determine the sustainability status of the Kenegerian Rumbio Indigenous Forest Management ecotourism. The type of data collected includes primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using survey meth-ods, interviews and literature. The method used in this research is Multidimesion-al Scalling (MDS) analysis. Sustainability analysis is carried out using the MDS analysis approach with the help of Rap-InsusEco software. The sustainability sta-tus of managing the Kenegerian Rumbio Indigenous Forest Ecotourism Forest is currently multidimensional in the category of quite sustainable. The results of the analysis of each dimension are the ecological dimension (72.5%) the economic dimension (33.4%) and the socio-cultural dimension (51.6%). The design of sus-tainable ecotourism management in the Kenegrian Rumbio Indigenous Forests by: (1) Establishment of clear ecotourism planning and management (2) Safeguarding and monitoring forest access (3) Establishment of business partners (4) Means of ecotourism information on Kenegerian Rumbio Indigenous Forests (5) Determina-tion of ideas and ideas for the formation of attractions (6) Support from various parties (7) Financial support, infrastructure and mental readiness of the communi-ty.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan puncak kendali dalam suatu organisasi, dengan hadirnya seorang pemimpin yang mampu mentrasformasikan segala aktivitas dengan optimal akan memperlancar efektivitas dan efisiensi segala kegiatan yang dilaksanan bersama untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati bersama. Penelitian menyajikan tentang optimalisasi kepemimpinan transformasional menuju efesiensi pendidikan. Melalui kepemimpinan trasformasional menjadi pilihan yang tepat bagi seorang pemimpin agar dapat mengoptimalkan kepemimpinannya dalam peraktik manajemen dunia pendidikan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data penelitian menggunakan bahan-bahan pustaka, baik buku, majalah maupun artikel hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini dan sudah terseleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks pendidikan pendekatan ini dapat membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi dan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan
