Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Service Quality at the Arga Jaya Village office, Air Rami District, Muko Muko District. The method used in this research is to use a questionnaire method and the scale used is the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) And the results of the service quality questionnaire pembutan Certificate of Disability at the Village Office Arga Jaya District Air Rami Muko-Muko District obtained a score of 82 with the quality of service B with good criteria because it is in the range of SKM Conversion Interval Rates 76.61 - 88.30.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan is a strategic government program aimed at reducing poverty through conditional social assistance. However, the effectiveness of this assistance depends heavily on the ability of beneficiaries to manage their finances. This community service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of families receiving Program Keluarga Harapan in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City.The methods used include outreach, interactive training, simulations, and individual mentoring in developing family financial plans. With a participatory, educational approach, participants are expected to be able to manage their assistance more productively and sustainably.The results of this activity include an increased understanding of simple financial management, an increased savings culture, and a reduced use of assistance for consumer needs. This program is expected to contribute to poverty alleviation efforts and increase the economic independence of Program Keluarga Harapan recipient families.

Abstract

This study analyses the effects of economic growth, inflation, interest rates, unemployment rates, and poverty rates on local government capital expenditures in 10 provinces in Sumatra during the 2019–2024 period. Using a panel data regression approach with fixed and random effects models and the Hausman test, we found that economic growth had a significant positive effect on capital expenditures, while inflation and poverty rates had a significant negative effect. These results emphasize the importance of macroeconomic stability and fiscal capacity in encouraging public investment at the regional level.
