Abstract

Health insurance is one of social health guarantees programs provided to the society in accessing health services in Indonesia. This program is implemented as a solution of equality problems on health services. This paper aims to analyze effect of health insurance ownership on accessibility health services to people with disabilities who included as vulnerable communities. This research have 1.288 respondents of people with disabilities from Indonesia Family Life Survey that analyzed by multinomial logit regression models. The results show that health insurance ownership of disabilities are not effective enough in accessibility of disabilities health services. To access health service, people with disabilities have main obstacle factor namely physical mobiltity services. Furthermore head of household, chronic disease, transportation costs, and years education variables have significant effect on preventive and curative health services to people with disabilities. Whereas sex and unemployed status significant effect on preventive health services. Keywords :  People with Disabilities1, Health Insurance2, Accessibility3, Health Service4

Abstract

The digital economy has become an online platform for all social economic activities especially Indoneisa. Platform online have become a necessity for every individual’s life. The existence of the digital economy is a business opportunity as a digital tools to improve business performance and interact with consumers. In addition, the digital economy provides open access for everyone including for people with disabilities. Ojek Difa is one of the digital-based innovatiions pioneered by people with disabilities as inclusive-based online transportation services. Ojek Difa is expected to be able to improve the social and economic welfare of ppeople with disabilities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by in-depth interview. The results of the study indicate that Ojek Difabel has a major influence on increasing the economic degree of the income of workers (with disabilities). The results showed an increase in the percentage of 27.3% in income more than Rp. 1,000,000 and 45.5% in the range of income from more than Rp. 500,000 to Rp. 1,000,000 after the presence of Ojek Difa.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia seringkali mengalami hambatan mobilitas dan aksesibilitas. Salah satu bentuk hambatan aksesibilitas kelompok tersebut yaitu akses permodalan (keuangan) guna meningkatkan taraf ekonomi melalui kegiatan wirausaha mandiri. Terbentuknya koperasi merupakan salah satu upaya solutif dalam penyediaan jasa akses keuangan pada kelompok penyandang disabilitas Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini disebabkan kesadaran internal kelompok penyandang disabilitas yang masih minim terhadap koperasi dan pengetahuan serta keterampilan tata kelola koperasi. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan yaitu pemberian edukasi tentang koperasi yang sesuai dan tepat untuk penyandang disabilitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan Juni 2022 dengan metode penyuluhan melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan dan diterapkan dalam kegiatan koperasi difabel Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan dan penguatan keahlian dalam mengelola koperasi difabel Kota Bengkulu. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta dan pengurus koperasi mendapat peningkatan pengetahuan tata kelola koperasi yang sesuai dan tepat untuk diterapkan kepada anggota penyandang disabilitas Kota Bengkulu.People with disabilities in Indonesia often experience barriers to mobility and accessibility. One of the obstacles to the accessibility of these groups is access to capital (financial) to improve the economic level through independent entrepreneurial activities. The formation of cooperatives is one of the solution efforts in providing financial access services for groups of people with disabilities in Bengkulu City. This is due to the lack of internal awareness of groups of persons with disabilities regarding cooperatives and the knowledge and skills of cooperative governance. One way to do this is by providing education about appropriate and appropriate cooperatives for persons with disabilities. The activity will be carried out in June 2022 with the counseling method through socialization and interactive discussions to understand the material presented and applied in the activities of the disabled cooperative in the City of Bengkulu. This activity aims to provide knowledge and strengthen skills in managing disabled cooperatives in Bengkulu City. The results of this activity show that the participants and management of the cooperative received an increase in cooperative governance knowledge that was appropriate and appropriate to be applied to members with disabilities in the City of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan modal usaha masih menjadi salah satu kendala utama bagi para wirausaha desa. Selain itu, layanan pinjaman lembaga keuangan masih dianggap memiliki akses yang sulit dan banyaknya syarat administrasi yang sehingga masyarakat desa cenderung tidak memiliki kelengkapan administrasi tersebut. Desa Talang Pauh, Bengkulu Tengah menjadi salah satu desa yang memiliki problematika dalam hal kurangnya akses modal bagi para wirausaha. Sehingga tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kesadaran kepada warga desa akan pentingnya peranan pembentukan koperasi sebagai kemudahan akses permodalan bagi warga desa yang dapat dikelola dari oleh dan untuk warga desa tersebut. Selain itu, pemberian motivasi tentang pembentukan koperasi di Desa Talang Pauh sebagai upaya agar warga desa dapat memanfaatkan program tersebut dengan tepat, efektif, akuntabel dan kompeten. Untuk itu, Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unibersitas Bengkulu akan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan motivasi tentang peranan penting pembentukan koperasi sebagai upaya stimulasi modal kerja bagi para wirausaha di Desa Talang Pauh Bengkulu Tengah. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan bulan Maret 2023 di Kantor Desa Talang Pauh, Pondok Kelapa, Bengkulu Tengah.

Abstract

The aim of community service activities in Sri Kuncoro Village is to socialize the benefits of coconut trees to the local community. Apart from that, to develop a sense of love for the environment through the use of local coconut trees around people's homes and to introduce ways to process coconuts in a more innovative way that has high added value, namely into VCO oil (Virgin Coconut Oil). The process of making coconuts into "Pure VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil)" is a very strategic "step" in accelerating the achievement of advanced, balanced and sustainable regional development (in Sri Kuncoro Village).

Abstract

Employment is one of the main instruments of a country in providing social welfare. Society's perception of job often get comparisons between rights and gender. Various factors that cause society to judge employment have certain limitations and assessments. This study to analyzes the comparison of public stereotypes of employment in the three largest Muslim countries in Southeast Asia. This study uses world value survey data batch 7 (2017-2022) with ordered logit analysis. The results shows that Public perception of the primacy of men's rights in getting a job, public perception of the preference of local residents over foreigners in job giving, and public perception of the negative effects of women's emancipation at working are still relative high influenced by individual religiousity level, the role of social capital, democratic level in that country, and variable of demographic.
